Josh was great to work with! No haggling over the lowest price, honest about his depth of knowledge of the trailer I purchased. Since I was driving 450 miles to see it before buying it, he offered for me and my friend to stay in it over night, which we did. We got to try it before buying.

Our company bought several trailers from Josh at Trailers of the East Coast. I was involved in them all. We used them as demo trailers, selling our outdoor power equipment and the trailers were scattered across the US.
We bought goose necks as well as bumper pulled trailers and he worked tirelessly with us to be sure they fit our need and the vehicles we used to tow.
When the sales team drove in to pick the trailers up, several of our team members had little experience pulling and maneuvering trailers. Josh drove 80 miles one way to our warehouse to conduct a clinic to provide instructions on hookup, loading, tie down, backing and towing skills. To say he’s a patient man would be a gross understatement!
Clearly, his interests in us went well beyond the sale itself. His care and concern of making sure we were safe and satisfied made us a repeat customer and established a friendship.
I’ve since retired and Josh reaches out from time to time to check on me. Today, we don’t talk about trailers. Instead, we talk about life, family and friends. I would give them 10 stars if I could! They are always friendly, fast, knowledgable, keep you updated, and repairs came in under quote. They found a couple minor problems that I had missed (that could have been major if left not repaired). I told them I needed it by a certain date for a planned camping trip and they got it ready in time.

We just returned home to Texas after purchasing a consignment Renegade Valencia from Trailers of the East Coast in Mocksville, NC. From the first contact until the last, this company is top notch. They picked us up at the airport, went over every aspect of our new coach, allowed us to spend the night on their property to familiarize ourselves with the new coach and identify any issues, and even provided a vehicle to run around town for supplies. The next day, they resolved any identified issues and want you to depart only when you feel satisfied. We had as great trip home, love our new Valencia, and we love TOEC. Jeff Forman masterfully walked us through from conception to final delivery of our first custom built ATC mobile dog grooming trailer design and build out.
Having custom built his own home certainly brought to the drawing board a discernible eye for purposeful and detailed design. He made every effort to educate us on options and gave us time and grace to work through our final design and decision making process. Trevor was equally patient and brilliant with seeing our vision and designing our beautiful logo and wrap design.
The whole team has also stood by us with resolving quirks that inevitably occur and need to be worked out through initial roll out.
All of this amazing service with a smile and feeling of partnership…for which we are so thankful for!

I bought my first trailer from TOEC two years ago and was ready to move up to a larger size.. Well, it showed up.. I wanted it, credit approval in hand (two in fact), I get a call from the owner (will) about someone else who wanted the same trailer, but was a cash offer.. I certainly understood Will’s perspective, so I asked for 24 hours to review the financial offers from TOEC and the third party financial group and decide based on the numbers to close on the trailer.. to which, will agreed. I recieved a second call from the owner(Will) within the hour to discuss futher.. An hour! I wanted 24 hours, (I was still at work, have not even had time to discuss the purchase with my wife, when Will called again), but I guess that wasn’t in the cards against a subsequent cash offer.. As Will’s pressure to make a decision increased durring the second phone call, I made the only answer possible given the hour I was given to think about it: No, I do not want the trailer.. Which is the answer Will wanted. He certainly didn’t want to give me 24 hours, the cash buyer could have gone somewhere else.. Judging by the reviews, this is not an isolated incident, but a recent developing trend.

Trailers of the East Coast is a top notch business. Several years ago they helped me put a custom axle on my trailer and were super friendly, professional, and timely. Last week, I had to come in to get new hubs for the trailer. I was in a pinch as I noticed a good deal of rust the night before hauling my trailer down to the coast. Marsha at the service center walked me through everything and took the time to answer multiple questions. The service center had exactly what I needed in stock. I was able to get the parts I needed, fix my trailer, and head to the beach. Everyone I’ve ever encountered at this shop is top notch. I wish all businesses understood customer service as well as Trailers of the East Coast.

Few months back Trailers of The East Coast patched a few roof leaks for me and realigned storage bay doors. After driving through torrential rains for multiple days happy to say their stuff worked quite well! Thanks for the good work

I was super excited when I found the trailer of my dreams at East Coast Trailers. I made an offer and the manager accepted it and I received confirmation via email. Meanwhile the sales associate and I spoke on the phone and was told they would send me final price with tax, tags, etc. the following morning. I never received that email, didn’t hear anything so I contacted my sales associate and inquired. This is when I was informed that the trailer had sold (how could that be when I had made an offer and it was accepted?) And instead of leaving me hanging why didn’t the sales guy call me and inform me? All of this happened within 12hrs, very fishy. I am disappointed to say the least, be careful when dealing with this place, they did not treat me well at all. It was a cash deal and I was ready to buy, worst buying experience ever!!!

I purchased a trailer from the North Carolina location back in September. After purchasing the trailer, I experienced the nightmare that everyone is afraid of. The tailer had a major defect that rendered it un usable. Due to the type of the issue, there was no way for Trailers of the East Coast to know about it before it was sold to me. Their team stayed in constant contact with me and supported the process until the issue was resolved. Their willingness to help went way beyond any responsibility that they had in selling a trailer that was “AS IS”. They stood by the sale, and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this team.

I could not be happier with a vendor than I am with Trailers of the East Coast. The customer service, pricing and communication is outstanding. Not only did they do an outstanding job repairing my trailer, they were able to provide a replacement receipt within minutes after I laundered my original. Just wanted to give a shout out to the excellent folks in the service department. I brought my 2 year old stacker in from Florida for maintenance and to have a few issues repaired. Ashley and Jeff took great care of me. Their communication was first rate. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. OMG...what an absolutely awesome experience that my husband and I had at Trailers of the East Coast!!!! We just picked up our 2024 Verona 40vrb, and everything went so easy, from the sales, service, financing, even down to installation and setup of our Dish receivers!!! We have never been treated first class throughout!! We have not experienced customer service like this since the 1980s!!! They truly treat you like the customer! If you are looking to buy a trailer or a Renegade or need service, I would definitely give them a try!

Shopping for a trailer at Trailers of the East Coast was seamless and straightforward. Just purchased my THIRD aluminum car hauler from TOEC. Jeff has been my go-to-guy each time. His as well as everyone else at TOEC's friendly demeanor and "treat you like family" is NO JOKE. They mean it...and live it.

This recent purchase was for an enclosed hauler; the first one didn't quite work out being towed with our truck-it just wasn't safe. I immediately took it back, Jeff, Zach and Will (owner) assured me they would work on a solution. After "driving" it, Will called my cell personally and told me "Jerry, I can't sale you this trailer, it just isn't safe, I'll give you your money back". FIRST CLASS!!!!

After I asked for other options...we all met back at TOEC and "test drove" another, well after closing on a Friday. BINGO...that did it, we found the perfect fit. They worked with me on that hauler; and two days later, I was on the road for a 23 hour trip to pick up a car. TOEC (Jeff) kept in touch with me throughout to ensure all was well.

Our product specialist “Luis” went above & beyond, staying after hours to show us a Renegade motorhome. He had also printed off helpful resources, but most of all he was not pushy yet, made us feel so important as if we were family from the first time we met!

The business manager “Jordan” is simply amazing! She is an absolute expert in pairing the needs of the customer and ensuring the best possible options in the area of finance & extended warranty needs.

The transaction was fast and smooth. After spending quite a bit of time shopping online, we decided to use trailers of the east coast. We had never visited the dealer before. After long, serious research on nearly every model on the planet, I bought an ATC Game Changer Pro Series Toy Hauler from Josh at Trailers of The East Coast a few weeks ago. For those of you who don't know what a "Toy Hauler" is, it's an enclosed trailer that has all of the amenities of a travel camper, but easily converts to a trailer that can transport a race car to & from the track. Plus, when I get to the track, I am able to unload the car and then return the trailer back to camper status, with bath, kitchen, TV, etc. Taking race days out of the scenario, it's a perfect RV to simply travel all over the country with. The aluminum construction, features and capabilities are excellent. Just do a few Google searches, and you will be convinced on that front.
Regarding the buying experience, Josh, the rest of sales team and the parts & service teams are customer focused and service oriented. Having never purchased a trailer like this, I called and visited 10+ dealerships and probably researched another 20+ dealerships online trying to determine which model was right for my needs. Unlike at some dealerships, (car, RV, or otherwise), Josh asked the right questions on what I was planning to do with the trailer, what my truck capacities were and how long I wanted to keep it...so he could help me make a fact-based decision on which model to go with. Seriously, I was looking at a couple of bigger and/or more expensive models that did not fit my needs.
I have not had the opportunity to actually take the trailer on a trip yet. Meaning, I have not worked through the normal leaning curve that first-time buyers experience. Thus, I have questions that pop in my head nearly every day. I probably text or call Josh every day call the service department, they still treat me as a guest.
Finally, the ATC brand is a bit more expensive than some brands, but well worth it. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for an RV, trailer or camper to talk to this dealership before making a final decision. BTW, this is a family-owned business and one of the owners took time to find me to thank me for considering them.
