Let's try this again. First review was removed. I ordered a truck bed extender on the 11th of July and paid online as if it were in stock. After not hearing anything for 10 days I called and was told it was on back order. That would have been nice to know at checkout. Anyhow.. the part arrived yesterday and glad. Even though I needed it a week ago.. I would have been happier if full disclosure was done upfront and if on backorder, I should have been called, not the one doing the calling. So if your looking for something call and ask before you buy thinking it's in stock. Just because it's online for sale does not mean they have it. And if they don't have it.. they will not call you. Your left guessing

I was looking for a bish guard for a 2004 Ford E450 motorhome Lenard hands down had the best price on the entire net by 75 dollar saving over other venues during Christmas. They called me to say the part needed to be made at for the truck as it was not a stock item anymore. It would not be shipped till end of Jan.. I was fine with that since it was something I would add in the Spring anyway. Throughout the whole wait I got updates and Nicole is so nice. I will for sure go to Leonard 1st stop for any other purchases. Thanks you

100% customer service.. carrier lost package so I called explaining the situation and had replacement parts shipped the next day. Excellent

Can’t say enough about the great customer service! I ordered a Loadhandler bed unloaded that turned out to be on back order. Nicole from customer service kept me up to date and honestly answered every question I had. The quick response to my questions even on weekends was amazing.
