I had a very good experience when Freedom Home Roofing. At first I was very skeptical about having my roof replaced after the hail storm. Mark assured me he would help me from the beginning of the process until the end. Whenever I had a question or was unclear about the process I would give him a call and he answered my question. Mark has a great personality and was easy to work with.

We had hail damage, and the insurance company said we needed a full replacement. The company we worked with, Freedom Homes, Inc., kept their word in every way, including how quickly they got the project done. And our roof looks better than it ever has, too, because they used higher quality shingles. They also fixed our siding and gutters.

We are very impressed with their integrity and superb contracting and communication skills.

Extremely happy with the service we received from Mark and Freedom Homes. From the the initial inspection, working with the the Insurance company and the adjuster, we had great guidance with any questions we had during this process. Did not rush or pressure us into a decision and truly wanted us to be happy with the choices we made. Even attached a loose gutter for us while they were up there. Very happy with our decision to work with Freedom Homes and highly recommend giving them a call for any roof, gutter or solar needs!

Freedom Home Roofing was an exceptional company to deal with. From the first time Manager Mark rang our bell everything went extremely well. Mark was very courteous and professional. We actually felt that we mattered and their primary concern was to meet the needs of the customer. Mark explained everything in detail. We were highly satisfied with his skills and knowledge! He made the paperwork procedure less stressful by navigating the process with our insurance company. The installation crew were very polite, and did good quality work. They were careful not to damage any of our plants, and the clean up job was done masterfully. The initial quote was what we paid! We will definitely highly recommend Freedom Home Roofing to neighbors and friends.

Had a great experience with Mark and Freedom Home. Hearing that your roof needs to be replaced is stressful, but Mark walked me through every aspect; from filing an insurance claim to selecting materials that would optimize the warranty coverage. The job was scheduled quickly, completed on time, the crew cleaned up really diligently, and the roof looks great. Highly recommended!
