Reviewing for my mother who has had awful trouble with multi purchases , overcharging and delivery to just get a refrigerator. First time it was too small (no fault of yours) 2nd time the fridge came dented, delivery man told her warehouse had no more in stock, went back and found from a salesgirl who was already being overworked doing another department stuff also cause of low staff that they had 74 more in stock, she rang it up 3 times and was charging twice the amount, only to have it have to be overridden to fix it. Thank goodness my mom keeps reciepts and is good in math. When that was delivered it came without letting her know of the time and they had no knowledge that this was just an exchange and dented as usual. Hopefully third times a charm and she will get better service and and someone who knows what their doing *update 3rd fridge came busted- dont know who you stupid people hire to do deliveries but it needs work. Told her next time to skip Lowes. Oh and when i went looking for a staff member saw 2 in different departments that were just standing there for at least an hour chatting and laughing with someone when place was already understaffed that day.

Went to Lowe’s today with my parents when we were checking out, at self checkout, the cashier had to check my Dad’s military ID. My dad was standing in the back so he handed his ID to my mom to show the cashier. The cashier made the comment “yeah that looks just like you” to my mom before handing the ID back and walking away. It was such a disrespectful comment for no reason especially when the person for the ID was standing there just out of her eyesight. Never had someone make a comment like that at a Lowe’s Store before I kinda shocked me honestly.

The most unorganized store I have been in when it comes to fittings in electrical and plumbing. The labeled boxes are likely NOT what's going to be in it!
I know the customers get it that way, but they should try to keep it better organized!
Getting assistance takes entirely too long!

Well they gas grills on sale. Went to pick up hopefully in box well already . It was very difficult to get in my Jeep had to take shelf off. Every grill they have on sale is put together.
Why they did that makes no sense to me, why not half of them.

It was fine, just very crowded on a Saturday morning. We bought some lattice for under the deck and some plants, but I had to leave the 4 bags of rocks I wanted because all the carts were taken, none to be found. I even went out and looked in the parking lot.
Both checkout lanes in the garden area was backed up about 6 or 8 deep, not a place you're going to get in, get your stuff, and get out in a timely manner.

Went to Timberlake Lowe’s to buy a lawn mower they said I could take it home that day next thing you know I pull around the back & the lawn mower isn’t there an associate comes up to us saying the lawn mower they have won’t start and the other one they had is sold so I could get a steep discount on the non working lawn mower that’s non refundable which why would I want that I need a lawn mower that works anyways the other option was to get a FULLY ASSEMBLED CRAFTSMAN LAWN MOWER sent from Madison heights store then Y’all sent it without a battery then had the nerve to say you could re deliver Friday for 79$ when the whole delivery fee was supposed to be free because of all this mess they put me through. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON TOP OF HAVING TO WAIT SEVERAL DAYS FOR MY 2 GRAND TO GET BACK ON MY ACCOUNT AFTER CONTINUOUS MESS UPS ON YALLS PART DO NOT BUY A LAWN MOWER FROM HERE. There must not be anyone working in the department checking anything. How can you send a lawn mower without a battery for 2 grand ?? Home Depot I will be on my way! Hopefully you guys know how to assemble a lawn mower & send it with a battery!

I love Lowes but they need to stop with the in store product solicitation. It's making me avoid the store and go elsewhere. I was approached twice within 5 minutes. All you have to do is say no thank you but it's still uncomfortable.

I like the store employees, the like that it's not that far from me. I don't like some of the prices of plumbing brass fittings. 10 bucks for one fitting is crazy. I did get a bargain on plastic tubs with lids.

Terrible service in the store! Went to pick up a few things including 5 gallons of paint. Talked to the idiot paint guy and told him what color and paint I wanted. I carried on shopping came back to the paint section still hasn't started fixing my order. So I shopped some more came back again and still no paint! I had waited for at least 25 minutes and got nothing! I told the guy cancel my paint order. He knows nothing about mixing paint it turns out. So he just wasted my time and patience. To bad for Lowe's because they lost out on about 400 hundred bucks. I'll get my paint elsewhere. I know I'll get the were sorry back but if you really are sorry DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! It will be a cold day in hell before I shop there again. There are plenty of other places to get what I need.

Why can I not do ZERO stars??? The lady at the self checkout needs to be fired! I am going to pursue a discrimination suit as I am handicapped and confronted by this woman every time I go to this store. I complained last time it happened with management supporting her even after she charged at me aggressively. I am sick of this woman standing so close to me she constantly touches me. I asked her politely to give me space and she went off saying she was getting her boss to explain to me what her job was. I DON"T CARE what your job is but, it isn't accusing people of theft and grabbing items from their hands! This lady is aggressive and racially discriminate. I called corporate with NO RESPONSE! I have saught legal counsel and will be pursuing further action.

i had to drive to this lowes because the one closest to me ran out of what i needed. my trip was an hour. everything was extremely pleasant going through the store, but when we asked for help 3 separate times no one came. we found what we needed on our own. when we went to self checkout we rang everything up, checked out, and went to leave when we seen a worker yell across the room at another work to SEARCH MY CABINET. the woman searched my cabinet and found nothing. i was extremely offended by this. they did not ask me. they did not tell me why they felt the need to do this, and they did not apologize for it. i got 10 cabinets from a different lowes yesterday. they did not search my cabinets. this woman said “we have to search all cabinets.” make
it make sense. the woman that ordered the other woman to search WALKED OUT BEHIND US as if there was anything else needed to be said. like is this even allowed?

I paid then printed a recipt and said you want that too and the lady took that. Not sure when lowes became like walmart but I will be going to homedepot from now on

My sister ordered lumber online and had them delivered for a grape arbor project and had me come over to help her. Unfortunately the store sent us the bad lumber that we weren't able to complete the project. I wasted my time and resources spent on their neglect over quality control. Don't let a newbie pick the lumber for you! Pick your own lumber if you want your project to look good!
