Travis, my Handy Man was a class act always smiling helped me with paint color and was very patient and understanding you’re lucky to have him

Mr Handyman’s tech, David, fixed all the water damaged facia around my house. He removed the gutter to access the damaged wood and replaced it. Gutter was put back and adjusted to have better rain flow. Three other areas around the house were also fixed and repaired in just one day. He even fixed roof nail that will cause a problem in the future if not done correctly. Excellent job!

Upper story fascia board replacements due to damage by carpenter bees. Work was professionally performed by Steve, with the right tools and paint, within the estimate.

I'm not sure which handy man service my neighbor used - the vb or norfolk location - but this is the trash that was left behind in my yard and they still have not come to clean it up! It's been over a week. I just moved in next door this is ridiculous it's like a huge pile of dirt and debris about 6 feet all the way around and there's no way I can move it myself. (Even though I shouldn't have to)

The gentleman was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, he did not have a ladder stabilizer which was needed in order for him to do the job properly. When one of the owners was made aware of the situation, he sent Tristen to complete the job to my satisfaction.
Tristen was very through, and noticed the problem was extended further than we knew. He fixed it without an extra charge.
I will definitely be calling Me Handyman in the future as they can help with all kinds of repairs.

I had my gutters cleaned recently. Tim was prompt, communicated in detail the work completed, and cleaned up when finished. I’m very satisfied with Mr. Handyman and Tim’s work.

David did an outstanding job at our house.
He has the task of removing and replacing all of the peeling caulk from around the exterior of our house. It was so hot the two days he worked, and he still paid attention to the details. He also made sure the vinyl siding was secured in all areas it had come loose. He did it solo as well, which impressed us.
It was a pricy job, but he did a great job and I'm sure he's glad it's over! Would highly recommend this company for any work needed for your home.

The technician was there before time. Went right to work. Showed me and explained what was done and sent great pictures of the finished work.

Jim came out to do some work in the yard he was professional and friendly and showed up on time. After he left I noticed an issue so I contacted the office. They responded promptly and scheduled another appointment right away. Jim came back out looked at my concerns and corrected the issues. I could not be more satisfied with the level of service. I will definitely call again for other projects and would recommend them to anyone who needs help around the house.

Mr. Handyman was called because I needed a number of projects done. Tristan came out, gave us an estimate and we were pleased with the quote. He installed a new front porch railing, he removed and replaced broken shingles on the house and removed rotted wood trim around the front of the garage. He cut and installed new trim and painted that and the new house side shingles. He also removed an old, Hugh Direct TV dish. Tristons' work was impeccable. Not only was the work great, he cleaned up everything and removed all trash. The place looked better when he was done. Tristan was also a pleasure to work with. Brittany and Greg at Mr. Handyman kept me up-to-date with time and date of my appointments. I can not thank them all enough. Professional and friendly organization. I will use them again.

Technician Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after all his work and was informative as he completed each task.

Mr Handyman crew just completed extensive repair work on my condo and I cannot say enough about the excellent work Steven and Robert did. I had issues with rainwater leaking through windows and down inside walls. As it turned out, the windows were not flashed by the previous window installer and the wood underneath my siding had rotted over time. Steven and Robert did a great job replacing the rotten wood, flashed and sealed the windows and installed new j-channels and window trim. I had previous experience with contractors, but never had the level of expert work and attention to detail that I had with Mr Handyman’s service. Paul made sure that I was comfortable with what was needed to be done to ensure I did not have any more issues going forward. They were friendly, courteous, prompt and explained everything every step of the way. I am so grateful to have the issues fixed and the peace of mind that I will not have any more issues.
Everything turned out great and I will definitely use Mr Handyman’s services again in the near future for my next project.

Robert arrived on time and explained what he was doing as he put up my heavy chandelier. Kudos to him as he was holding it with one hand screwing it in place with the other hand. Whew, what a job.

Technician Matt Tinsley was exceptional. Matt went above and beyond to assist with installing a slab door that did not have a frame. His friendly attitude and professional service relieved my anxiety about this difficult situation.

I have German style windows and a door. I am thrilled to find someone locally who understands how their hinges work. Dwayne explained as he did the adjustments but my final assessment is that it’s too complicated for me to do. So I’ll be calling him back when my windows need adjustment again. Plus I’ll use Mr Handyman’s other services. Thank you for fine service!

Our technician, Triston, did a terrific job on a range of issues we needed yo have addressed: shower caulking and grab bar installation; fence repair; gutter cleaning and flashing replacement. Everything was very professionally finished with excellent clean up. Materials and fixtures were excellent match to what we currently have. Also, Brittany in the office, communicated clearly and often and made sure we had all the information we needed. I highly recommend this company for its excellent service.

Great service! Very professional, friendly, and as accommodating as possible. Communication was on point. We will be using them again.

Initially very excited about the reviews and first appointment to take measurements. Due to family issues, I went over the 30 day window. However when I went to reconnect, I was trying to set up install dates. Would set a date then a day or two later got call they had to reschedule. Then got told they could not find initial measurements. Set appointment to get measurements and never showed. An hour after no one showed , I called and only option was to leave message. I did not. Got call from them and just canceled , too much not going right. Did not work for me.

Matt worked on three projects for our house and was very personable and professional! Both the estimate and the work itself were done efficiently and to a very high standard. The estimate we received prior to the work being completed was accurate and fair. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a contractor and handyman!

He was super professional, arrived on time and did an outstanding job repairing my back porch screens, new wood replaced, putting in a doggy door and setup a better drainage system so my yard wasn’t a swamp. He also repaired and secured my gates. I would have liked a detailed job order that specified where the cost was and broken down but I’ll use Mr. Handyman again. Kelly was outstanding!

I received a text informing me that the Mr. Handyman technician (Matt T.) was on the way. My appt window was 8:00a - 9:00a. Matt rang my doorbell at 7:59a. This was the beginning of a superb day of services provided by Matt.

He initially hung a heavy picture frame for me in an awkward location (going upstairs)! After he finished I asked if he could perform an additional service that was beyond the scope of the original contract. He ended up installing two rodent guards over vent exhaust ducts located high up on the side of my home.

Throughout the entire service experience Matt was the epitome of professionalism and excellence! He was extremely courteous and even conversational while he performed his work.

I would highly recommend Matt (i.e., Mr. Handyman) when you need repair services of any kind performed around your home. I would give Matt ten (10) stars if I could.

Moises was great. He installed an electrical outlet for my garage opener motor, fixed a long crack in the ceiling and closed up cracks in the attic that showed daylight. He was very friendly and professional and I would definitely seek him out for my next couple projects.

David was excellent. He came and gave me an estimate on my door and had the availability to fix my door on the spot. He put in the weatherstripping put on the strip on the bottom of my door and make sure that the lock was aligned and close properly. What a great experience I will use them again

The first time I used them it was excellent. The second time has been a disaster. A guy came out to simply replace window screens and spent hours messing around while talking to his daughter on the phone. Never finished and had to come a total of 3 times. We also needed curtains hung. The guy didn’t use the anchors that came with the curtain rods and just put the screws in the drywall. The anchors ended up in the trash and needless to say that curtains ended up on the floor. We had to have another person anchor some of them in. This was months ago and this am another set of curtains are on the ground. We were pretty much robbed of like $565. The walls are damaged and that’s after having professional painters come in prior to the curtains going up. So drywall ripped out and new paint job damaged. Never again. This was an easy job that caused structural damage to our home and more out of pocket expense.
