I normally don’t have any issues with auto zone from Alabama to Colorado to Virginia and everywhere in between they always have had the part or I can revive the part the next day but this one wasted my time telling me that they had the part on hand after I had given all the information on the vehicle like I have always done just to be told once I was in the store they didn’t have the part, i could have had in the next morning at the Wytheville location instead of waiting two days after the break down, what I’ve heard from other people is that this location has done the same thing to them just to get them in that store. Some employees are really nice and knowledgeable that’s the only reason I gave this store two stars

Had an alternator break after all the shops were closed. TJ and Trevor got me fixed up with an alternator and waited with me while I replaced it. Great customer service and general human service. Went well beyond the call of duty to help. THANKS A MILLION!!!

Went in to buy a brake light, they changed it for me and even helped me pick out frames for my license plates. Thanks Victoria, Missy, and a gentleman who was having trouble clocking in, however, he still provided excellent service first.

I can’t express how appreciative I am with Trevor, Victoria and TJ!! Brought in my Subaru Outback for a battery change. They tested before changing it just in case it was the alternator. They all were so kind and I will be back!

We were on vacation and our battery died. I went to this store to test my battery. Trevor came out tested the battery and showed me where it was not holding a charge. He then helped me find a battery to fit my budget and installed it. He also gave me a discount on the price. He was a wonderful, friendly guy. I was very pleased with their service. Trevor is an excellent employee!

You have great employees at the Marion Va store #0996. The are always helpful and knowledgeable. I used your rent a tool service. I got 2 different sets. We opened them in store and quickly looked to see if there was wrenches in them there was. I went home to use them and The one with part# 57141 fan clutch wrench was missing a wrench. We didn't check in-store to see if they all was in the box. We just saw that it had wrenches and assumed they was all there. It so happened to be missing the one I needed. So I took it back to the store. They keep apologizing and searched for replacement in store but there was not one. They promptly refunded me and even called their competitor to see if they had one in stock and sent me there they even asked their competitor to hold the tool for me. They went above and beyond what they needed to. That is one of the many reasons I shop here!

I have had 2 batteries installed this year and last year in 2 of my vehicles. The Duralast Gold is the best battery on the market from the consumer guide and I will agree. I had them to install both batteries Great job and from purchase to driving off 20 minutes.

I was in here with some car troubles a few weeks ago while traveling from out of state and the person working here was a very knowledgeable, hard working individual who I greatly appreciated for their service here. After helping me, another woman came by and had a problem with her vehicle. The person working there helped her figure out what it was, and was getting her the parts as I left. This was after not only helping me find the part I needed to replace, but also after offering to have a local shop help me look at my car. One of the nicest people I've ever met in my travels and I couldn't recommend this place enough because of him.

I did get the things I needed. The people were helpful there. I thought there prices were high, but I guess everything has to go up as gas prices go up.

This place is always helpful to me, all the employees help you out with changing wipers to helping you find a part. The manager did an excellent job at helping me find a part for my car I needed. He was patient and generous. Definitely a 5 star auto part store

I would give negative stars if possible. I went to work there and barely got enough hours to even say I worked there. My last direct deposit for $1.81 for my last two days of wasting my time there. My first day (a 9 hour shift) showed up on my pay stub for $0.10. I have all documentation to prove it all. Just a waste of time all the way around. I'll stick to doing business with Advance Auto. They have better parts and people anyways, this store is just ridiculous and treat their employees like trash. I'll never spend another cent in this place.

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
