Moore tree service was referred to me by a good friend. We live on Spring Creek golf course. Specifically the 14th hole. To the east I can see from the tee box all the way to the green. There was a tree that partially blocked the view.Billy and crew trimmed some branches and the view was complete. Then to the west is the 18th hole that has a lake running along the entire length. We could only make our bits and pieces of the lake because of very thick tree coverage. After Billy and his crew were done working their magic we can now see the entire lake all the way to the club house. I highly recommend Moore's tree service.

Starting with my first conversation with Billie a few weeks ago until today when he and his crew pulled into our driveway and began to work-at the time promised!.. I had a very positive feeling about this company. Moore Trees lived up to my expectations. Everyone we came into contact with presented a very professional appearance...starting with their work clothes proudly declaring their company logo. No torn, shredded jeans, their attire was a symbol of pride and respect for the company and clients they work for. Everyone of them were friendly, courteous and very well trained in their work. As they worked, there was no debris scattered everywhere. Each segment of their work was laid out for the next part of the process to begin. They worked safely, they helped one another and there was no standing around marking time. When 2 men had to stand clear of possible falling debris, they were in conversation about the huge Maple and what was going to happen toward the end result. I know this is wordy, but in today's world of trying to find dependable, truthful, and yes, caring people who really respect the clients property...well, it is very hard to find. We have more work for Billie and his crew but that will come in the fall. I'm looking forward to working with this company again. I am grateful that they understand what two very elderly people are trying to accomplish. Our 38 year old Sugar Maple is beautiul again, ready to take on whatever Mother Nature might throw at her and she will give us the shade and evening respite as wit under her branches and soak in what God has created all around us. Billy and his crew did the most fantastic job at our house. We had a tree fall on our home during a recent storm, and he was here the next day talking us through everything about removal. While they were here, we had them cut down and remove a massive dead pine out of the yard as well. The work they did was phenomenal, and there wasn’t so much as a small stick left in our yard after they did clean up! Billy was transparent, and prices were fair and clear. Moore Trees did an excellent job taking down three large dead trees in our yard this week. Billy was very clear and responsive in the estimate phase, with a superior online platform for customer service. When the crew arrived, they were professional, safety-minded, and strategic in felling the trees with the least impact. On a blistering hot day they took about five hours to complete the work, leaving us with firewood-ready pieces in neat piles. Zero complaints.

Billy Moore and his team did an excellent job arboring two beloved trees for us this morning... a Japanese Red Maple and an interesting Dogwood. In addition, he recommended a preventative treatment for the Maple. I was so impressed by his service that I engaged him for another hour+ to collect and haul away some clean-up debris left over from winter.

We have a five month old kitten that had learned how to use our doggie door so that it could go outside with our dogs and play. Well, said cat somehow found himself 50ft up a tree in our backyard and was too scared to come back down. I called Moore Trees, LLC after finding them on Google and they answered right away. I explained the situation to them and they said that they would head over and help out on the way to another customer. They arrived just when they said they would and quickly got to work scaling the tree to help our little problem child. They were able to coax the little guy over with a couple shakes of his favorite treats and then send him rappelling down in a cat carrier. He seemed to enjoy that experience a lot. (hopefully not enough to EVER try climbing the tree again. 20 hours in a tree should have taught him a lesson... we'll see). The guys that came out were extremely thoughtful and professional. They quickly assessed the proper course of action and executed flawlessly. They really cared about the situation and wanted to help. I would definitely call them again for this... although I hope to never HAVE to need to call them for this again. I will also definitely call them for any tree work I may need in the future. They have earned a customer!

After having a few trees come down in our yard (and our neighbors) during a storm, I called around to get a about five quotes. Not only did Moore Trees have the best price, but they were also INCREDIBLY professional and dependable from the moment I called until they wrapped up their job. Billy was able to email me and my neighbor a concrete, itemized quote within 5’ of arriving to look at the fallen trees so that we understood the work needed to be done (no other company did this). He even offered to come out and do the job on a Saturday if it would earn our business (which was not necessary but I was impressed he offered). We emailed him a few questions and he responded within a matter of minutes. They got the entire job done in about 5 hours and did a great job cleaning up the debris. Plus on top of that, Billy and co. are just really pleasant, nice guys—it seemed clear to me that they enjoy what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Wow, what a team! Billy and his crew started work quickly after the estimate was given. They are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Billy Moore and his expert team of tree workers did a first class job of taking down a number of mature trees close to our house on March 18, 2022 that had suffered badly from an ice storm in January. Two of the trees were in excess of 65 feet in height, others up to 50 feet, and they were all skillfully taken down from the top without any of the limbs or sectioned trunks touching surrounding saplings, shrubs, or garden beds. In the same manner, pruning of specimen trees was carried out in a professional manner. Everything taken down was chipped, and clean-up after finishing the job was excellent.
Moore Trees work hard and in a business-like manner. Estimates were competitive, and scheduling was strictly on time. They earned my complete satisfaction and my highest recommendation.

Billy Moore and his team trimmed dead branches from the trees on two of the acres of trees around my house. They also removed a number of small dead pines and cleaned the dead fall under the trees. He and his crew did a great job, were efficient, and very accommodating. Billy’s quoted a price for doing the work which I felt was very reasonable. Once I agreed to his quote he notified me when he could do the work, arrived when he said that he would and once he completed the agreed upon work asked if I was happy with what had been done. I pointed out a few things that I am sure were not part of his quote which he happily did. The true indication of how good a job that was done is that my wife was very happy with the results.

Billy and crew did a terrific job pruning a willow oak that was too close to our house. They also removed some other deciduous trees on our property that were blocking a view of our pond. His crew did a great job making it look like they were never there! Through the estimate and scheduling process Billy was very responsive and communicated clearly to be sure our expectations were met. As we consider other projects we feel Billy brings a level of expertise (what fits our space, which trees are invasive, what would be a good replacement). We feel his pricing was very fair as well. We will definitely have a Moore Trees back to do additional tree work, and other tree planting projects. Highly recommend.

Billy is the best! We just bought a home with a bunch of trees that needed care, and he gave us a fair price, fit our project in quickly (about a week after giving us a quote, which he also did really quickly!), and did beautiful work. I was particularly worried about a willow tree on the property that I loved but that looked scraggly and sad, and had a bunch of dead branches. Billy cleaned it up beautifully and added some fertilizer which seems to really have helped it out-- it looks so much better just a month later. He's also really kind and clearly cares about trees and happy to explain what he's doing and why. All in all it was a delightful experience. I'll definitely work with him anytime I need tree help, and recommend him to friends.
