We had a tree fall during a storm. Kyle had a team out in under two hours. They were able to cut it down without it collapsing on more of the fence (another tree was propping it up just barely over the fence) that night. They came by early the next morning to haul away the wood. They also repaired the damaged part of the fence (looks brand new and same custom style we had before) and removed the stump completely. I wasn’t expecting them to fill in the hole but they did so now I don’t have to worry about dogs or kids getting hurt. Very impressed with the speed and work done

I had recently purchased my first home in Fredericksburg and needless to say there were a lot of problems with my deck and siding that the inspector missed that I truly feel we're hidden from me in hindsight by the seller.I called Kyle up and explained my situation. He was able to pinpoint the exact issues and some I was not aware of. He was able to do all the work I requested and procuring me with he best rate out of 4 different other contractors. His crew was out 2 days later and got the job complete in a rather speedy fashion working around the unexpected rain that came up.After the job was complete I asked Kyle to help me with some very small side items including a front window cauking with a possible minor leak and replacing the weatherstripping on my front and he did at no extra cost. I simply asked for help and he delivered. Certainly consider your next deck/siding/exterior work with TKO. I am pleased and am extremely OCD and picky about these things so I can say TKO is a efficient company with reasonable prices. Give em a shot when you need an estimate sometime for something.I will be a return customer.

These guys built our multi-level deck, including a custom pergola in 5 total days this past April. Excellent worksmanship, friendly crew and always cleaned up the work area daily to keep the yard usable for our dogs. We asked for a door below the deck in order to store our kayaks...they went way above our expectations with a slider vice door. I definitely recommend this team for deck work!

My deck was in pretty bad shape before I contacted TKO. Kyle came out and looked at it, answered all our questions and even came out a second time to answer more questions in person. The price was very reasonable to resurface. The crew showed up on time every day, worked hard, and their attention to detail was great. So far we are very pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TKO and to use them again in the future.

We hired Kyle to put together a Pergola that we purchased. He arrived on time and they got right to work. They spent the better part of the day working tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and even arranged my patio chairs under the new pergola. They tied back the curtains and made it look pretty. They hauled away the boxes as well. Very reasonable with the price as well. We were happy he chose to do the job because we had a hard time finding someone that would. We will definitely use him in the future for other projects.

Built a set of stairs for our deck and they are fantastic! He was also very responsive and receptive to subtle changes along the way.

Kyle and his crew did a phenomenol job construction a large screened in porch (16x24') addition with a sunken hot tub. He used the best materials available and the engineered it to last. Every detail of the construction was done to perfection and no problems to report over the past 2 yrs. In addition he installed 2 large French doors and performed structual repairs to the house and chimney. All this at a very resonable price and within the expected timeframe.
