I needed a 36k service and a windshield replacement, making for a multi day service and long trips from my home town. Compounding the issue I had a hospital procedure scheduled in Wenatchee. Greg in the Body Shop took the effort to work with the Service Department and coordinated things so I dropped my Subaru off and when I picked it up both the windshield and service were done and all in time for me to make it to the hospital. Excellent service and great work. Thanks for the awesome experience.

had an appointment at 9 am to get my air conditioner looked at I dropped my car off they said they would call me at let me know what was going on, 5 pm rolled around never heard from them. stopped by to pick up my car lucky for me the sales department was still open and I was able to take my car home. The gentlemen had no clue what they diagnostic was, he just said call back Monday. After reading some reviews looks like the service department has an ongoing problem with not calling customers back and needs to do a better job of this!

I was just going to look but he was so positive and helpful and kind, k owledgeable and made it so easy and great price out the door. I’d been thinking I wanted a new car but thought the process would be too daunting and laborious. Not at Cascade auto and with Lucas and then Ted in billing. So pleasant and simple and quick. Then the next day Lucas drove my new car 50 mins. to me in Chelan and didn’t leave until all my questions were answered. Then he took the bus home. Booked an appointment over a week ago for Friday morning to look at my car. We're leaving to travel back home on Sunday, so the appointment was needed to be taken care of ON THE DAY WE BOOKED IT FOR. We received no contact throughout the day about if our car was ready or not. (Even though we called to check, and they didn't return our call). We came by in the evening to pick it up, and as it turned out, they hadn't even LOOKED at the car. If we hadn't gotten it by their closing time, they would've kept it locked up all weekend (without telling us), and we wouldn't have been able to leave on time. Terrible customer service, worse communication, and a waste of time, money, and a day I could've sent it to any other shop in town.

I had my 2019 Sierra 3500 crew cab in the body shop to repair both drivers side doors after they were crunched in. It took longer than initially estimated (some unforeseen things came up), but the staff were great at communicating what was happening and keeping things moving along. Horrible service department, they never return your calls. They are very friendly in person and pretend to be helpful and ready to work but as soon as you leave the building it’s like no one works in that Subaru shop anymore. You call and it goes straight to voicemail. You leave voicemails and no one returns the calls. I requested for a new advisor to take over my account but they only had 2 guys to advise so I was unable to get a new rep to help with my car issues. If you’re closer to another Subaru service I would highly advise you to go elsewhere with your work rather than coming to this shop. This is the only shop close to my area so I really have no choice but to keep going back.

I waited 2+hours for an oil change to be completed. I arrived on time, even early and got right in. I then waited, and waited, and waited. There were no issues with the car so still don’t know what happened. They apologized at the end and were nice enough. However in my mind this was way too long for a simple process.

When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased an extended warranty. My extended warranty was not honored, and this makes your dealership and GM look bad. I have a diesel engine that needs DEF for the exhaust system like all diesel trucks. I always maintain my truck and put DEF in the reservoir and somehow, it's my fault that the exhaust system had mechanical issues and you guys blamed me and the BlueDEF Platinum manufacturer stating that the DEF didn't have the proper concentration. I went back to Jerry's/Napa on Wenatchee Ave. and they confirmed that all their products were within their expiration and would have had to pass all testing. I believe this is a total cop-out because you don't want to honor the warranty and fix my truck like you should. Instead, I had to pay $1,400 after purchasing a several thousand-dollar warranty hoping I would have peace of mind in case something went wrong with the used truck that I purchased. I've bought 2 trucks from you, totaling over $80k, and would expect to be taken care of as a customer of your dealership. If this is how your extended warranty customers are treated, then I will no longer purchase your vehicles and will take my business elsewhere. I expect to hear from someone at Cascade Dealership or GM and make this right.

You could tell he was genuine and wasn't a pushy car salesperson. He thoughtfully listened to what I wanted, answered my questions and really helped me into a vehicle. I went 5 months with no car because a drunk driver hit me and totaled my car. I came in below Blue Book on my final price. Only time I felt pressured was with finance guy trying to add tons of extras, i.e. extended warranty, windshield protection, etc.

I had to take my car in for them to replace a part, and my experience was fine: they scheduled it quickly, the time it took them to complete it was as expected, and I was satisfied with the work they did. A few months later, I noticed something hadn't been put back together on my car perfectly. I called them, the manager had me come in as soon as I could, which was the next day, and they fixed it back to perfect in less than a half an hour. While they were working on my car, they offered me a ride to the mall, which they provided, and the driver picked me back up and brought me right back to my fixed car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would take my car back there any day. Thanks so much you guys for a great experience out of the dreadful feeling of car trouble!

It just doesn't seem possible for this GM dealership to actually charge their advertised service prices. They always charge much higher. And any time you bring a coupon that GM has mailed or emailed to you, the price goes up more before the coupon comes off. Fed up with these bait-and-switch scams. I've driven nothing but GM for 40 years. May finally be time to trade in my Buicks and Cadillacs for something from trustworthy brands.

Update... after the last service I found that they left my air filter cover off. It was several weeks before I opened my hood and saw that they never did the basic job of putting the air filter cover back on. There's no telling what kind of debris was sucked into my engine during that time. Cascade is way too pricy for such shoddy work.
