Lowe's Home Improvement - Vernal, UT

I love Lowes but sometimes they don't have specific staples and fasteners I need. They also have a limited selection of mortar. But they do sell scaffolding at good cost

Went to lowes in vernal was helped by a very nice man to do some cuts of blocks of wood for us . While getting our blocks of wood cut another man came up and started yelling at the employee that wad helping us over having too many cuts of wood blocks . He then went after us about how it was a curtesy saw and for saftey reasons the employee couldn't continue . We apologized many times and the worker would not listen. The man's name as Kevlan at vernal lowes . Other than that lowes has been good . I wish they would have a sign that states how many cuts are allowed etc .

This Lowe’s delivery service is terrible to say the least.
We’ve had several deliveries over the course of the last few weeks & was told by the delivery men they’d show within the hour of when they called & waited for 2+ hours every single time!!
They definitely need to fix this issue because it makes it very inconvenient for the customer who is waiting!

Most unprofessional group of people my family has had the misfortune of meeting. Specifically Dan Jenkins who declines to hire people after having the gall to not even show up to the interview he freaking scheduled. Would drive all the way to Roosevelt rather than suffer through the displeasure of these people again

Lowe's is my go to place for home improvement. The customer service associates are always helpful and friendly. I've shopped at this store quite a bit because of the value they provide. Their garden center is a plus as well.

Only giving 4 stars because Jace at the customer service desk is absolutely AMAZING. He is so professional and easy to work with. He answers the phone every time we call and has the answers we need so fast! Everyone else at the customer service desk could benefit ALOT from learning from Jace. He’s the only employee I want to work with at that desk.

Love the fact that I can check on the app whether something is in stock or not before driving there. The employees are always very helpful and nice too.

Bought a Lemon dishwasher from the store in Vernal, took it back the next day (within the 48 hours of the mechanical or electrical defect policy), they won't fix or replace it. Was on the phone for hours to talk to management, no answer. So disgusted by Lowes and their service. Absolutely ridiculous.

I recently purchased a container of primer when starting a new project. It was a couple of weeks before I got to that point in the job, but not months or anything. When I did go to use it I couldn't because the contents of the container were rock solid. Like all the way thru. I have used this stuff many times, this was absolutely not normal. I have had this same product survive much more extreme circumstances and longer lengths of time in the past, exponentially longer than a few weeks. This container was stored inside, in a temp controlled environment, and wasn't opened so it was sealed airtight. When I reached out to Lowes to help remedy this situation not only were they unable and unhelpful but quite rude about it. I was concerned I had a bad batch of product and beyond wanting my own money back or primer replaced I thought I might not be the only one with this issue if that was the case. Lowes basically just told me that It Sucks to Suck! They were completely unwilling to refund, return, exchange, even just to cluck understandingly while I complained for a moment. Thankfully I was able to get help from the manufacturer directly, who agreed with me that something was wrong with my product... But I go to Lowes to avoid the hassle of buying every product directly from the manufacturer, and I happily pay the markup for that convenience. Customer service is supposed to be a big part of that. I am very disappointed to see Lowes care so little about the customer experience, as before this I had a very positive opinion of the company.

Sold me a lawnmower and refused to reimbursement. Told me to take it to a place that works on Toros the wanted 500.00 to get it out of the shop cause the didn't see sparks and I am highly doubt it. Do not go to lowes go to the city at least they cover it for 3 year. They didn't know what they were talking about and customer service is the worst .
This is more than 1 time.

Shoutout to Becky, Johanna, Molly, Vonda, Jessica, and John for their AMAZING service! We came in with a huge project in mind and these employees didn't hesitate one bit in helping us! After several several hours later, they were all still very helpful and cheery! If you ever need help, don't hesitate to go in-search for any of these great people!

Purchased a Samsung 5 years ago, power outage caused the control panel to error, there is NO Samsung service in the area. Buyer beware DO NOT buy Samsung, do not shop LOWES!!

Edited: Tried to contact the number on the response and can't talk to anyone, this is a ridiculous response to my issue. You can't discuss the issue with the VRO!!!! Give me a number to talk to a live associate!!!

Rudest employee I ever came across here!!! I went in to grab 8 of the 27 gallon totes went to aisle 5 where I normally get them and they were out but the website said they were in stock. So I seen a guy across from where I was I think washer and dryer area and asked if he knew where they were at he said aisle 5. I said I was just there and they’re not there. So he very rudely said sure let me drop what I’m doing (dropped the garbage bags on the floor) and go look for you. First off all he was doing was emptying garbage cans! Second I’m not mentally handicapped I know they weren’t there!! So he looks and said there’s these I said NOT what I’m looking for so then says check up front towards garden area. That’s all the ignorant guy had to say in the first place instead of dropping his garbage bags and being so rude. I don’t like customers being rude to employees and definitely don’t like rude employees. Maybe they should hire guys in better shape instead of over weight lazy guys that don’t want to help people!! People like this guy puts customers in a bad mood and should only be outside collecting carts!!!!

Super nice lady got our bathroom needs and put on a cart but had to wait 15 minutes for help liading!!

Been in this store 3 separate times just to get 1 toilet and i still left empty handed after they said it would be here.

Was handed another customers paperwork instead of mine. Now they wont get their products 8either.

I called they didn't help call me. Didnt know why i even bothered.

Ill be in to see the manager soon.

I've had a lot of good experiences here. I'm at this Lowe's about twice a month. I've always been treated well.

Best place to come to to get just abought any supplie or tool you could ever need for work or diy projects around the house. Helpful friendly staff that will point you in the right directions.

Update: Went back to Lowes, spoke to the manager and they refunded my money for the extended warranty.

Disappointed, I love my new dishwasher but Lowes upsold me their 3-year protection plan, that I was hesitant to purchase because I thought my home warranty would cover it, I was told I had 30 days to change my mind on the warranty.
Called 1-week after purchase and they told me I had to have cancelled within 48 hrs.
Should have bought from Costco, they throw in an extended warranty at no extra cost, I learned my lesson, $100 down the drain.
