The bathroom's are extremely clean. The whole place is stocked well people were nice. This place has a little of everything had more hardware selection than Lowe's!!

Update let me say again how great this place is better prices then Lowe's on tools and drill bits!!

The people here are nice enough but really don't have any knowledge of anything I came in there for some better weed and feed and she started googling stuff and then I asked someone about outdoor kills he said he doesn't know anything about any department he actually told me that this is the time I really miss true value hardware

They are very helpful when we go there we just ask for Jim he knows where everything is and what you need to do the job very nice people you g to miss Casey and the rest of the crew in radio shack though!!

This is the cleanest, best stocked, most helpful Ace I have ever seen. And who new Radio Shack was still around. But this Radio Shack is as nice and well stocked as any high end electronics store. And to top it off the prices are very reasonable.

It seems like if I'm having a hard day and I talk to Casey, he makes it start to get better. It's almost like he sends me home with more money, almost.

Just had propane filled. Awesome customer service. Highly recommended for all hardware and electrical needs. Always a helping hand around to help out.

I bought an aux cord from his shop, on the way home I tried it out and it kept pausing the music so I went back same day with the receipt and told him it was not working. He tells me that he will not take it back and that I’m using it wrong and refuses to give a refund. Terrible costumer service, very rude, no care for costumers opinion because he knows everything. Never will buy from him again the wait for 2 days on amazon is well worth it to not visit this store

I took my mother to ace and they treated her as they always do, with the utmost respect and courtesy.I made the mistake of asking if I could trade two rolls of dimes for two rolls of dimes that I haven't looked over,(I've found some quite valuable coins that way), I attempted to explain but the cashier was simply flabbergasted at such a request!, So I went nextdoor.

Well stocked Ace Hardware store with good staff. Prices are on the high side as I can buy bolts and nuts at Lowe's for about half the price at Ace. Very good selection of more difficult to find fittings such as brass tubing fittings in the complete range of sizes.

This location’s customer service is terrible. If you are unhappy they won’t talk to you about it. They just think they are right and they won’t try to make thing good. They take advantage of teens that want good systems and they don’t care how it looks. We was very disappointed in the way they talked to my husband when he went to confront them about my daughter’s truck. We would rather go pay more money then deal with them anymore. Worst customer service we have ever had ANYWHERE!!!!
