They were very prompt, and quickly unplugged a clog in my kitchen sink.
They put away everything under the sink.

We had Mike Norr plumbing out to tap into our water main for a sprinkler system. They were willing to adjust the price of the service since we were planning to do some of the work ourselves. They were good to work with and got us on their schedule quickly. We also found a plumbing issue with our water pressure while they were here and they were able to get a new part installed while they were here and the price for that was fair.

I worried about some plumbing issues for over a year. Called Mike Norr plumbing on a recommendation from a building contractor. In one quick day, he and his associate solved the following problems, and did it affordably.
1. Replaced the leaking water heater and installed an expansion tank. Also, knew to enlarge the gas flew and strapped the water heater, per code.
2. Got the basement floor drain unplugged. I worried about this cause I couldn't even get the rusted cover off. They got the cover off and were able to augar out the drain. Flows well now.
3. Installed a pressure regulator on the main line into the house. Our old house never did have a regulator.
4. Replaced an outside water faucet that had frozen during the winter, and repaired the line to it.
5. Installed a new, beautiful, faucet in the bathroom. Also, replaced the two shutoff valves under the sink.
These guys were great. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Mike Norr Plumbing and team. I gave them a challenge in plumbing our new coffee shop ‘Coffee Run’ and it was no easy task. Such a challenge in fact, when I was getting quotes, one company said they couldn’t do it and the other just never called back.
These guys installed two water tanks, RO system, sinks, espresso, brewing equipment and cut me into the sewer system for draining. These experienced techs completed the job quickly giving us a quality product and making sure I could operate at a permanent location or stay mobile. A military family, we have been moved around quite a bit. Plumbing issues in military housing were, of course, handled by military contractors; however, whenever we lived off-base, we were responsible for our own appliance repairs. It seems like we had plumbing problems of one kind or another in all but a handful of our civilian housing locations, but we have never had quicker responses, politer personnel, or more professional plumbing service than we have enjoyed with the Mike Norr team on the three occasions we have needed help at our current residence. Mike Norr planned and plumbed our basement in such an efficient manner that we saved a great deal of money over another bid, came immediately when we had a stuck (on) shower handle, and again arrived within the hour when we experienced a leaking hot water tank. I can't praise this splendid company enough. I wish there were a higher rating I could give to it and its highly competent staff. Thanks again for everything. Jordon explained that noodle were not a good thing to put down the disposal and told me what happened and some other foods that are not good to put down the garbage disposal. He was very professional and dug right in and done the work.

We usually deal directly with Mike, but he had another crew of Mike's that showed up. They came the same morning we called and had the problem fixed in record time. They were even polite enough to laugh at my corny dad jokes. Absolutely recommend Mike and his team for any and all plumbing issues.

These guys are great. We had no water and they came out right away to resolve our issues.

I have had them out twice, once for a big job (entire basement needed plumbed as we were finishing) and once for a small job (a valve replacement above a water heater).

Both times, they we professional, priced fairly, communicative , and did solid work in a timely manner.

Mike and Zach called and came over to install a water softener for us yesterday. They tied into the connection they had installed when our home was built and quickly had the system completed and ready to run. Mike also did a hookup for our secondary sprinkler water system for us, and did a great job on that as well. They are always courteous and conscientious, and will get your job done as quick as they possibly can. They are very busy, because they are in high demand due to the new construction projects in our area, but they always seem to be able to work your project into their schedule.
