Excellent price and service. I utilized the online ordering and mobile service. I left notes on the order and the technician was was responsive to those. He was prompt and punctual and did a great job.

SafeLite was the cheapest (by about $100!) in the area, the quickest, and the most convenient! They went above and beyond for me and I can’t recommend them enough.

The employees at this location are amazing! Did all the work to create my claim with my insurance and even drove 50 miles to do the job. I was first referred to the shop (not safelite) in Roosevelt that did not want to create the claim and I had to drive my truck to their shop. Which was not ideal for me. Paul was amazing kept the communication open and updated me on his arrival time. Would recommend !! Thanks

Terrible place to get your glass work done.
They did okay installing a windshield. However, When I got a rock chip they said "Rock Chips are not in our control so not covered"

You cannot talk to someone on the phone! you have to tell the robot caller what you want.

When I gave up trying to call them I told the online chat I had a Rock Chip repair and they send me a quote of $165
FOR A ROCK CHIP!!!..... Are you joking!?!?

I went to Jones Paint and Glass they did the repair for $35 and told me it would have been FREE if I got the glass there.

I WILL NEVER GO TO SAFELITE AGAIN!

They had me in and out they did excellent work very good I would recommend people I know to go there

Incredible job on my car and honored the warranty when I got a rock chip just a few days later. They're always good about fitting my car in when I need it, too.

They were awesome. They were able to replace my windshield the next day. They quoted me a decent price over the phone, but then emailed me a higher estimate. Macoy called me ahead of time to give me a time frame of when he'd arrive. I spoke to him about the higher estimate. He and his boss were able to lower the estimate even more than the original quote. Macoy worked fast and efficiently.

Convenience! No need to take a day off work, a trustworthy Safelite technician traveled to my location to install the windshield. I appreciated the frequent communication via phone call or text to update me with the progress.

I'm tired of every time I call Safelite you get a recording. People don't want to speak to a recorder they want to speak to a person. The one closest to me won't even answer the phone. And now Safelite replies back to me to text them or to go on their site and listen to their machine again no thank you I'll take my business elsewhere.

We contacted other glass shops and they were unable to get our windshield. The glass shops told us to buy the glass from the dealer and they would install it. We were going to use our insurance for the repair but the dealer wanted us to pay for it and have our insurance reimburse us. I was frustrated with the whole process by the time I contacted Safelite. The call center was very professional, they found the glass, contacted our insurance, and scheduled our appointment. Thank you Safelite for simplifying the whole process.

We were traveling the western US when a rock hit our brand new windshield in yellowstone we had installed 5 days prior. It took 2 days to find a place that would repair. Thankfully the chip had not spread and I made an appointment here and was back on the road in about an hour. Thank you!

Remember, this is the ONLY place in the Uintah Basin that can replace your windshield AND recalibrate it (Unless your car dealership is local). If you're like me and your vehicle's dealership is 3 hours away, then Safelite is your best and only option. Very pleased with them and glad I didn't have to drive 3 hours each way to be fixed up.

We were traveling 2000 miles from home when our windshield became damaged. We made an appointment with Safelite after contacting our insurance carrier. Kylie and Drake were superb: professional, friendly and courteous. They gave great service and we were relieved to get back on the road in 1.5 hours! Thanks guys!

Quick fast service. I love how they constantly keep in touch and keep you updated with the installation. Got my windshield replaced today, just hid my key and let then know to lock the doors and put the key back when they were done. Awesome service Drake thank you!

Very fast and friendly. Pulled in and got our insurance inspection done in minutes. Will go back if we get a crack.

We had made an appointment for 1/2 hour after we called. Drove right in and done in 1/2 hour. They even vacuumed our front floors ( dust and mud after 2 wks on the road ) and cleaned our windows. A+ service.
