The new agent was nice. Brent Layton is a hard man to replace -- so respected and known to be honest.

Our association with the Jared Summers Farmers Insurance Agency has been very good. Jared has taken time with us to ensure we have the right amount of insurance to cover what we need. He has identified areas where we had insurance but no longer needed coverage. The office workers are pleasant and helpful, answering any questions we have. I recommend their servicel.

Jared is very accommodating and knowledgeable with his insurance products. He has advised us on various ways to update our home and auto policies to best suit our needs. His staff has also helped greatly with technology to support our insurance choices. Visiting with Jared to keep updated is also a pleasure even though it is a distance from our residence.

I love having a human agent I can email or call with questions, concerns, or changes I want to make. Jared is responsive. I speak to the same person every time; Jared. Since his business and livelihood are at stake he takes personal responsibility to resolve the issue the first time. I hate dealing with Automated call-center 800 numbers. Give me a human to interact with.

I wanted to know how much of an increase in premium for my house by adding a detached garage. He had to get back with me and did so in a very short time.
