I really like the actual Home Depot store and have always had excellent service from staff.

Should probably get permits for the things you do and the fact you guys mess things up more then you fix them says alot.
I received an email stating that HWS had been bought. It was time for filter replacement and water check.
I called and asked about it they said they wouldn't install until the next day.
The installer came to our house he said that he couldn't install all of the carpet because they had not measured correctly.

Should probably get permits for the things you do and the fact you guys mess things up more then you fix them says alot and maybe actually get some kind of licensing to do what you guys are do honestly unprofessional and the fact your friends and family are the only ones giving you 4 stars says alot

I had Home Water Solutions installed. Locally with Home Depot. First service a guy came and changed out filters. He said the filters under the sink were 5yr filters. I received an email stating that HWS had been bought. It was time for filter replacement and water check. I called to set up an appointment. She said there was $149 charge for just showing up. Well not happening!! I will have the stuff under the sink removed!!!

ordered a garage door and paid for installation over 2 months ago final they scheduled time to install waited all morning for install called and asked about it they said they wouldn't install until the next day reminded them that time was taken off work for their scheduled install and thet didn't care about it at all

I really like the actual Home Depot store and have always had excellent service from staff but my complaint is with their installation services-Home Solutions. We purchased cabinets and countertops and ran into some problems with installation. The bigger problem happened with installation of carpet for our 2 bedrooms. When the installer came to our house he said that he couldn't install all of the carpet because they had not measured correctly and he didn't have enough carpet.. So he just left it with in laying on the floor. When we called HD back they said it would be 3 weeks to get more carpet and then the installer would come back to finish installing in another 2-3 weeks. This was unacceptable to us and so the assistant manager of HD arranged for the carpet to come via UPS. When Home Solutions was called to install it they said it would be 2 weeks. Short story we are STILL waiting. I have guests coming and no where to put them because the carpet is not installed. I imagine once this is all finished we will be going on 2 months of waiting. I will never use Home Depot installation services again.
