We had an issue with our landing gear while traveling through the area. Cody made himself available to see us after hours and helped us figure out the best way forward. He’s knowledgeable and we are thankful he was able to support us!

Couldn’t recommend Cody more! He was available on short notice and worked to fit us in right away ( which ended up being after hours as we were traveling into town). Knowledge and efficient!

Called from a campsite at Freemont Lake near Pinedale at about 7:15 on a Sunday evening. Our awning had collapsed when bringing it in. We are on the road for the summer from AZ. Keaton got hear saw what the problem was and had it fixed by 8:00. Wonderful service.

Our water line broke in motorhome. Called to see if we could get in as soon as possible. No problems, had us in first thing in the morning, fixed and down the road in no time. Great professional service. Really appreciate it!

In November 2023 Kody replaced a furnace in our rv. It was still under warranty and he agreed to work with the manufacturer for reimbursement. While he was working with them he asked me to pay the bill (company policy) and he would reimburse me as soon as he received money from Suburban Manufacturing. I paid the $2,344 bill immediately. Now he will not respond to my calls, texts or emails. On 2/18/24, after many attempts to contact Kody, I reached out to Suburban directly. I received a copy of an invoice and an email from them showing that they sent the heater to Kody for free! He was not charged for it. They are in shock that he charged me $1898.87 for something he got for free. I am shocked and extremely disappointed. I reached out to him yesterday and still no response. Don't get ripped off like I did - I hope that WY can find someone honest to replace the service that he provides.
Adding since I can't respond to your comment = I emailed you everything from Suburban yesterday and this morning so you should have what you need to contact them and make this right. Happy to remove my negative reviews once it is resolved.

While traveling in the Pinedale area we had an electrical issue with our 5th wheel camper. I contacted Kody first thing in the morning and he got us in right away. He resolved our issue promptly and gave us great information on the local area. I highly recommend his services!!

DO NOT use this guy, he and his business are a joke. He was contracted to repair/replace a waste valve. The first time he never showed up, claiming he couldn’t find the address and that he called and didn’t get an answer. When he finally did show, he stated he had to take apart the grey tank valve to replace the waste valve, he charged $890, didn’t even test the valves for leaks. When we went to dump the tanks, about a week later, both the black tank and the grey tank valves leaked very bad, fluid just pouring out. Mind you, there was nothing wrong with the grey tank valve prior to him taking it apart. Upon checking the valves, the nuts and bolts were barely finger tight on the grey tank valve. Phone calls and texts to him were started, took him over a week to reply. Again, arrangements were made to return and fix what he started. He took a small fix and turned it into an huge ordeal. Again, he nor anyone from his company showed up. He tried to tell us someone showed up and no one was home. The fact is, there were 3 cars in the drive, we had company, and we were home all day. After showing him texts that stated he would be arriving late afternoon, he changed his story stating one of his workers came out and probably went to the wrong place. Again, arrangements were made to show up at 830 the next morning. At 730 the day of arrival, a text was received stating he was unavailable to all customers, per doctors orders. This has been going on for almost a month now.
We live in Pinedale and this is by far the worst customer service or experience we have had with any business. Being local here means something and being able to count on services also mean something. His customer service and communication are almost non-existent, if you are lucky enough to get him nailed down to showing up, chances are he won’t. He doesn’t communicate that he isn’t going to show and there is always an excuse as to why he doesn’t show up.

We were in a bind trying to find a RV plug and they came through! Great people and great place!

Do not go here!! He sold and charged me for a brand new AC, and I got to Utah where I needed it, and found out it was a used AC that does not work. Completely ruined my vacation as I had to fork out another 2 grand for a new one to be installed in addition to the $6000 I paid Kody for his "work" he did. He stole from me. Many other problems in addition to the AC. I will be taking him to court.

Very knowledgeable, easy to understand, professional, courteous, friendly, and totally dedicated to getting the job done right. Found solutions to my electrical issues that others could not.

I was at Grand Teton National Park when I had a serious problem with my camping trailer. I talked to Cody and he assured me he would have a tech available to help even though it was Sunday! I managed to get it to Western Wyoming R.V. Parts & Service on a Sunday and they went right to work. Keenan was the tech that helped us and he was a thorough professional and very reassuring. I can't tell you how comforting his professionalism and kindness was when we were in trouble 600 miles from home. Thank you Keenan! I would 100% recommend Western Wyoming R.V. Parts & Service. These are actually people who care and will help, they want to do it right. I wish they had a shop in the area I live in!

We were vacationing in Colter Bay RV Park when we lost our 12v system and our batteries stopped charging. Found Kody's business on Google and although we called on Friday evening, he answered the call and had somebody come out on Saturday. Keaton did an excellent job fixing our converter and installing the batteries! Very knowldedgeable guy, couldn't have asked for anyone better. Thank you for getting this taken care of for us on such short notice. I was on the verge of cancelling the remainder of our vacation but now we can continue on.

Our fridge in our camper went out, and after some Googling, this was the closest and had good reviews. We were not disappointed! Though it took a while to work through to find the right answer, I was fixed when we left. Both of the fellows were friendly. Thanks for a job well done!

We had a leak in our toilet getting water all over the floor. Called several RV mobile companies in western Wyoming RV parts and services was the only company that came out and fix our toilet within a day. They did a really good job.

Kody went out of his way to help us when our only other option appeared to be a tow from near Jackson, WY to Salt Lake City. He and his crew worked late into the night to get us back on the road. I highly recommend his service. His dedication to customer service is not something you see every day, particularly in this industry. Kudos Kody.

Called him at 8 pm. He was very helpful. Had three more calls checking things out and he headed me in the right direction

We were on vacation and drove straight to him off the road with a plumbing problem he stopped what he was doing and fixed our issue ASAP. He was Johnny on the spot and he got us back on the road thank you

What can I say. Fantastic service! Kody was able to come help us when our hydraulic line blew and messed up our slide. Even after he completed that job he has been more than willing to help with other questions I’ve had, 10/10 would recommend!
