I gave one star because you have to choose some kind of stars to get through to the review. My Subaru was serviced in the Cheyenne Safelite on Saturday June 21st. My appointment was for 10:00 a.m. I showed up promptly. My vehicle, according to their text messages, wasn't even pulled into the shop until 11:20. Service that was supposed to take two and a half to 3 hours took 6 hours and 45 minutes total. They kept making excuses that they could not connect with Subaru to recalibrate my eyesight system. I was asked whether I wanted to finish that day or come back another day. I had driven an hour for service so I selected to finish that day. As they tried repeatedly to connect with subaru to calibrate my eyesight system other people were arriving to pick up their vehicles. I heard the manager several times apologize to other customers for the delays that they had experienced stating "the Subaru took longer than it was supposed to". He indicated to me several times that this was an ongoing problem. I would not return to this shop if you own a Subaru or any other system that needs calibration that coordinates with a dealership. They seem to be incapable of doing that in a timely fashion and made only excuses for the delays in service. At the very least they should make much more realistic indications of service windows if they're going to continue to provide a service that poses them with so many challenges.

This was our fourth windshield replacement through Safelite Cheyenne. Setting up the appointment online was easy. Our technician, Christopher, kept us appraised of his status (we're 50 miles from Cheyenne) enroute. He gave comprehensive detail on what he was going to do with replacement and what we needed to afterwards. His workmanship was superb and we're delighted with the new windshield. Five star, 10/10 service.

This is now the best glass shop in town. Last week they changed the windshield in my f250 in my driveway for $240 after tax and disposal fee. The new windshield is better than the factory one was. Autistic auto glass told me $500 for me to drop it off at their shop.

Safelite has always done great work for me. This is the second time I’ve had to use Safelite for a windshield ding on my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox, and I won’t hesitate to use them again. This shop was professional and timely.

Love that they come to where I am. They communicate well and did what they said they would. Would use again.

It was super easy, they didn’t require for me to be there, and so far the fixed window is great.

Scheduling an appointment on their webpage was quick. Had to take it to a Safelite shop as mobile repair wasn't an option. Spot on with the estimated repair time. The quoted time was 2 1/2 hours and it ended up being less. My camera had to re-calibrated for out of lane and braking warning and the technician did a good job. Afterwards he came out and explained to me what was done and why plus warranty information. I would take my car back again.

Wonderful experience. Our son had a cracked windshield. We were visiting and was able to facilitate the appointment. It took about 1 1/2 hours. Guys took care of the car and the windshield looked perfect. Our son is glad Safelite took care of him. Highly recommend this location.

Ethan was fantastic! He was very communicative and effecient with his work. It was very misty outside on my appt day and he was able to get a spot open in the shop and get my car in and done in under 2 hours. The windshield looks fantastic and the work is seamless!

Very kind and helpful technicians! We were on our way from SLC to Denver to ship our car. We stopped in after we got a rock in our windshield a few minutes down the road from Cheyenne and were panicking. They got us in quickly to fix our windshield. We can’t thank y’all enough. We will send in our friends from Utah driving ship their cars out of Denver!

Fantastic service and friendly. It was quick and easy to schedule the fix online. They took my vehicle as soon as I got there. The staff was friendly and kept me informed. The service was done quickly and my windshield looks great. We've used them twice now, and will definitely use them again when yet another rock hits my windshield

I had my windshield replaced last year and during this winter, just sitting in my driveway letting my truck warm up my windshield cracked and ran all the way across. I wasn't moving, there was no rock that hit me. I believe it was placed wrong when they put it in. When I went to have it replaced under warranty, they said it had a rock chip and that is not covered. WHAT GOOD IS THE WARRANTY? They would not replace my windshield under warranty. Will never use there services again.

I have had 3 windshield replacements at Safelite and have had top notch service every time! I highly recommend them!!

They were able to do my replacement the next day, although I chose to wait till Monday, the tech was on time, very quick and efficient, it was very affordable, and it was great that they were able to come to me.

Our technician came to the house to replace our front window on our Toyota Tundra. He was fantastic, prompt, and very thorough. We have used Safelite for years and are always pleased with the service.

Good place to bring your vehicle for a glass replacement. We had a problem with our Honda after the OEM windshield was replaced. They opened a warranty and got the problem solved. The techs were very polite and willing to figure out and solve the issue. They were quick too. Convenient location if you work downtown and can walk to work. Highly recommended.

All my glass replacement has been done just fine with them and easily set up online, unlike novus. My only issue with them was a cancelation of an appointment minutes before the end of the four hour time slot of waiting for mobile repair to show up. Upsetting, because I would have left the spot I was waiting at if they had let me know in a more timely manner and set up another time, which I had to do again myself online.

I’m an older lady , it was mighty windy and so cold the day I arrived there. The young man knew who I was right off the bat, but told me it would be 2 hr wait! I knew I’d have to wait but was very surprised it would be that long. But I hunkered down with a lunch I had gotten earlier, and my iPhone. It wasn’t 1/2 hr or so later Hadon came in and said they were working on my car! Wow!! Ok!!! Ended up being there a little less than an hour!!!! Was so happy

I just called the Safelite location on Cheyenne, and my experience was far from pleasant. The lady on the phone was rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. She didn’t even let me speak out, cutting me off repeatedly. Because of this interaction, I decided to cancel and go with another company. Thankfully, my insurance is covering the replacement, so I had the flexibility to choose a provider that treats customers better. Definitely disappointed with Safelite.

Couldn't have asked for a faster easier service. Had my appointment scheduled with insurance. Billy & Ethan took great care of the chips in my windshield within half an hour! I highly recommend going here for glass work.

Great experience! Came out and replaced my broken windshield and within a week ended up with another rock chip. Called them, got scheduled that week for a no-cost repair.

After buying a used vehicle that had a long crack in the windshield I called Safelite and they immediately sent out Chris... he was a professional through and through and he did not drag his feet to get the job done It's good to see this level Of professionalism I would definitely be using them again

6 texts, 2 emails, and one phone call. All of that for a half an hour time slot to get a chip in my windshield repaired. It also cost $170 for one chip to be “repaired”. The repair is just an opaque spot in my windshield that looks horrible.
They’ll tell you it’s for structural purposes, not cosmetic. But I’ll tell you- $170 for what looks like an ugly spot of glue on your windshield should not be acceptable.

I need to talk to a human and can not get through on the phone. Replaced back window and it is leaking so I would like to get it repaired but I can not get to anyone and I don’t live in Cheyenne so I can’t just walk in. Dumb that automated call won’t let you talk to human representatives

The technician Adam did great. Explained exactly what was needed to better further the life of the replacement. Great guy to keep he needs a raise or extra vacation hrs

I was in 2 months ago for a replacement and my windshield cracked again after getting a chip and the lovely weather we have had...any ways Billy did the replacement on my windshield this time and did a killer job! My car was clean when I went to pick it up, as well as a nice little reminder card on the dash with my RFID sticker for the car wash so I could get it replaced. He even put my maintenance sticker on the new windshield. I really was so appreciative and grateful they were able to get me in quickly and got it back in just a few hours. I have used Safelite a few times before, but this was truly hands down the best experience I have had with them. Thank you sooo much! Greatly appreciated sir!

The installer ruined the 2 windshield trim pieces on my 2003 Dodge pickup with the machine that cuts the urethane that holds the windshield in. Then installed a defective windshield. They did replace the defective windshield but haven't heard anything more in months and can't call them directly. Probably won't be calling them again. Windshield was replaced in April of 2023.

Update: Safelite replaced the trim strips last summer. May call them again. It took over a year but they did make the needed repair.

A great place to get your auto glass repaired or replaced! A number of good places for shopping, food, and microbrews are close by within walking distance.

This location was a preferred partner with my insurance company so I scheduled an appointment for a windshield crack repair. Appointment was easy to make online, but they were booked almost 2 weeks out. Since it was just a crack, that wasn't a huge deal. The tech Adam called me to give me a heads up when he was on his way and once he arrived, he got it taken care of without any issue.

Unfortunately, Safelite lost out because of their automated Robo call answering system.

I found a cheaper price in town, and being the name brand dealer in town, I called them back to see if they could beat the price. I got frustrated dealing with the automated Robo call system, and not being able to talk to a live agent to do a price comparison, so I went with another provider in town.

Update. Had great service on a chip repair recently. The service rep worked really hard to fix a good sized star crack in a difficult location. And he did a fantastic job because the windscreen hasn't cracked! Thank you for the quick and professional service.

Employees should remember that people in the waiting room can hear every word they say...even the stupid and rude stuff. Otherwise, work is good. Just don't wait in the waiting room

Fast and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful. I arrived early and they got me in and out with no issues. Awesome staff.
