"Sawyer" assisted me today in getting some blinds re-cut that had been cut incorrectly originally. This started off as a very frustrating experience, but his friendly and open personality saved the day for Lowes. Indifference seems to be the norm in retail lately, so Sawyer deserves a commendation for going above and beyond - and for his ecceptional demeanor. He made a trying time bearable - even pleasant! Please hire more like him! By the way - he deserves 5 stars, but the store itself - just eked out the three.

Curbside was amazing today! Jamaica was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate her friendly attitude and superb customer service!

Sold us 5 gallons of what sould of been flat and was labeled flat on top . Ended up being matte and cost us a 2000 dollar paint job. Also refused to sell the correct paint that was asked for and said this will be better you don't want that. All we asked for was drywall. I will be suing this lowes location for this. This went on a stage in a public place with lighting that required flat walls. Now our painter has to paint the entire stage again and disrupt buisness. Not cool lowes.

Had ok customer service. But when i bought a protection plan for an appliance, i asked a specific question about coverage and was told it was covered...no that problem has come up and the lowes protection plan is saying its not covered...dont buy the protection plans, they are a scam.

This is the worst slows i've ever dealt with. They never have anything you need. You buy two pallets of pavers, go to pick them up the next day and they lose them. How do you lose two pallets. They can't ever deliver things in a timely manner. I highly recommend going to a different one or a different store. Pathetic!!

One star is way too much for this place. I’ve spent almost $5,000 on a lawnmower over a month ago and still have not received it.Ive tried calling several different days at several different times and I can not get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve been in person and they just tell me my lawn mower is on a crate and I have to wait and talk to some guy to even get an eta but he is never there. I’ve left my information for this guy to call me about my order but I never received any call message or email. This is absolutely ridiculous to pay so much for an item and still not receive it after a month. When I check the app they keep pushing the deliver date back further and further. I need to mow my lawn but I can’t because Lowe’s won’t give me the $5,000 lawn mower I paid for. I will never ever use this absolute train wreck of a store again

Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is kept fairly organized and restrooms are clean. I'll choose Lowe's over Home Depot any day.

The shelves are so mixed up it's hard to find anything. The boys in lumber were not any help. My husband had to load 15 bags of sand by himself. There were two guys standing right there and they never once asked to help. We asked one for a price and he acted like it was a big imposition. Also we needed a flat cart and there were none around. He asked a gal that was pushing one with 2 sticks of 2 x 2 and she told him to go outside and get one. No one wants to help anyone.

I have always had a great experience with Lowe's over the years. When I purchase something for delivery such as a large appliance, they are great about staying in touch, calling the day before to let you know, that in the evening the delivery service will call and let you know a 4-Hour window, then on delivery day the delivery men always call about a half hour before they arrive. They do a great job installing things. Never had a problem, the communication is excellent. The communication is very important to me.

The tomato plants in the garden center are dying from a lack of water. I mentioned this to 2 different employees and they just laughed. Unbelievable.
One employee in the lighting department did lead me on a wild-goose chase. If you don't know where an item is located, be honest and say "I'm not sure, but I will help you find it or get someone else to help". Ha Ha!
