I went by to get a repair quote following a hail storm for 2 very small dings on the hood of my car. 2 men were there who told me they could repair them immediately- they said one of the dings was a DENT the other a ding. The quote - tried to find the receipt- was about $380. I declined thinking it would be much less. Had the damage looked at when having my oil changed at my dealership and - get this - got both repaired for $125. Very disappointing. Get multiple quotes prior to having work done!

Fantastic service! Dent Masters saved me the hassle (and annoyance) of dealing with my insurance company for the hail damage received earlier this year. Not only that, but they left my car looking better than it did even before the damage. To my surprise, they had my vehicle ready ahead of schedule and even detailed it before I picked it up. It's not very often that something unexpected AND positive happens with a business. I drove off satisfied with the service (and then some). Hopefully I don't get any more hail damage to my car. But, if I do, I know where I'll be taking it again.

I had high hopes for this place based on all the raving reviews but unfortunately, I can't say the same about our experience.

We called in mid-June and were told that we would need to bring it by for an initial estimate, which we had to schedule for approximately 4.5 weeks out due to them being backed up. This was not an issue at all as most shops in our area are in the same situation. There was a work schedule change between the original contact and the appointment, so we reached out and tried to reschedule for something later that same day. We were told that they absolutely had to have it there first thing in the morning but that it would be done by 230 PM so the vehicle could be picked up in afternoon with no issues. The vehicle was dropped off well before they opened and when we returned at approximately 3 PM to pick it up, we were told that it had yet to be touched and if we could just wait an hour or so they could get to it. We left, frustrated and later received a call with an apology and an offer to pick it up the next day. We were told they would pick the vehicle up around 8 and return it before 230 PM. After discussing, we decided to give them another chance and when we tried to call back (less than 10 minutes later) to tell them it would be fine to move forward with that plan, there was no answer. After multiple attempts to contact them and leaving messages with no return call, we decided to go with a different shop. VERY FRUSTRATING! They have lost our business and we could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone who asked

They did an amazing job on my car! Took it in for hail damage and they even replaced my grille that was broken. They go above and beyond. Detailed my car inside and out. It hasn't looked that good since I bought it. Very nice and helpful. Thank you so much!!!!

I have used Dent Masters of Arkansas in Conway twice for two separate cars. One, my Honda Odyssey after I ran into the basketball goal with my front bumper and second, when my husband decided to move the fence post with his new Toyota Tundra - haha. (We can laugh now :) Anyway, the skill with which they fixed both cars was really unbelievable! You can not see the dent, nor any paint issues with either bumper. The professionalism, communication, and skill are second to none and worth the service! HIGHLY recommend!

They took a look at my damage and said they would love to do it for the challenge but that it would cost way too much and not even fully restore the car. They suggested a body shop. Great service.

One word describes Dent Master’s work EXCELLENT. I just had them repair over $10,000.00 worth of hail damage on my new 2022 F-150. My truck had hundreds of dents over the top, hood and driver side panels. Most small but a number of larger dents also. When I got my truck back, I could not believe the result, it looked like it had never been dented. I spent over an hour looking and feeling for any signs of the previous dents while I hand washed the truck and could find no indication it had ever been damaged. Incredible! In addition, Craig and his staff are excellent folks to work with. Greg spent over a month working with State Farm to get proper reimbursement for his work. I had previously taken the truck to Dent Doctor in Little Rock and they gave up after multiple attempts trying to get State Farm to properly pay for the damage. There is no better place in my opinion to get your vehicle repaired then Dent Masters in Conway.

I took my vehicle to Dent Masters for some hail damage. The guys were awesome to work with. My insurance adjuster clearly had no intention of getting my vehicle repaired correctly and kept low balling below belief. Devin had to mark my vehical twice for my adjuster and spent 3 hours outside showing him every little dent just to get the correct coverage. Service afterwards was impeccable and my vehical was repaired back to O.E.M

I had some pretty significant hail damage and took my vehicle to Dent Masters after a couple of people mentioned them. After reading past reviews on Google and Facebook and noting they have been in business for 20 years I decided to give them a call. I talked with Devon and asked him lots of questions about the process and the guy knows his stuff. Jared was the PDR service technician that worked on my Subaru and did a remarkable job! Highly recommend DentMasters if you want your vehicle fixed the right way.
