I wish I could give a 0 star rating. What an embarrassment to the Cadillac brand! Nothing but lemons here! No honor in the sales managers word. Cost me so much money to get out from under a lemon they sold me! Promises from sales manager Brock on trying to make it better is laughable. RUN from this dealership! 0/10 do not recommend!

Hands down the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. They SAY anything to sell you a car, but you are on your own once you sign. "Certified Pre-owned" means nothing. Our vehicle had problems from the start. Despite multiple promises to fix the issues, nothing has been fixed. Despite promises they will come to my location to fix the problem (they say it is a 10 minute fix), I went to the dealership this morning to finally get it done. Spent 3 hours there and none of the issues were resolved. Ordering another part. So it will be at least another few weeks before they could fix it. I'm done, I'll go anywhere but there. If they were the only dealer in the state for my vehicle, I would still go somewhere else.

The worst!!! Omgggg! I thought my experience supposed to be stress free and professional…. All but that!!! The sales person Chris sold me a car and I told him BEFORE the purchase… “ I DO NOT want a car that has been wrecked before!!! Guess what!?! Not only has it been wrecked it’s has a lot going wrong with it BEFORE a couple weeks!!! When I tried to reach out to Chris, he has been avoiding my calls, he doesn’t return calls, and I don’t live in the city where I purchased the car and that’s why I thought he would at least return my call. It’s sooo much to go over with this situation for real. Then when he told me the person to reach out to…. That person did the same exact same thing!!!! I have pictures of the car wrecked before they sold it to me and they didn’t care and they sold it to me like the car never was wrecked and as it was a newer vehicle!! Overpriced on top of it!!! I wanted to switch it for something else since it was having issues and that was NOT HAPPENING… but check out these pictures, I wish it was something that I could do about it .

Usually paper work will take hours at other establishments but less than 3 hours I was out and on my way home. I’ve been a customer since November last year. Every since I’ve had my car the staff has always went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was receiving excellent customer service. God lead me to Orr Cadillac and I’m so grateful bc I’ve been blessed with a wonderful car and excellent customer service. I’ve had cars from other dealers but nothing like here. Sarah is OUTSTANDING. She sold my Mother a 2024 CT4 in metallic blue, a new color and in high demand. As my Mom’s son living in New York with a trip planned to Little Rock, my Mother did not want to be involved. I first contacted Gregg Orr Cadillac in March and when I was visiting and we had planned to drive to Hot Springs and buy a new CT4. However life at times had other plans and priorities. Sarah called me stayed in touch and we managed this virtually including selecting the car with its spectacular color and I know she had to do backflips to get it for my Mother who only wanted this one particular CT4 in metallic blue ..a new color for Cadillac. Sarah and her colleague delivered the car personally to my Mothers residence in North Little Rock and went above and beyond what every other Cadallic dealer would ever do. We had a bad customer experience at another Cadallic dealer in our local area that Sarah’s white glove personal touch made my Mother feel like the Queen. Gregg Orr’s team and Sarah really care about their customers and don’t look at it simply as a sale. Sarah’s priority was to ensure my Mother got exactly what she wanted despite not having any sitting in their showroom while delivering VIP level service. My Mother is very happy with her new CT4. Sarah is a star!

Beware of Deceptive Practices and Unethical Behavior at Gregg Orr Dealerships. My name is Gregg Newhuis, and my recent encounter with Gregg Orr dealerships was nothing short of disheartening, and I feel it's my duty to caution potential customers about the deceptive practices and lack of integrity I experienced during my recent vehicle purchase. Opting for an online transaction, I purchased a luxury two-year-old vehicle with 12,000 miles, placing my trust in the representations made by Gregg Orr dealerships regarding the vehicle's condition. However, upon receiving the vehicle, it became painfully clear that crucial information had been conveniently omitted from their disclosure. The telltale signs of a significant front-end accident were glaringly obvious – the disparity in gap size between the right front fender and bumper, along with inconsistencies in the clear bra installation. The absence of protection on one side and the presence of overspray on the right bumper pointed unmistakably to a collision that had not been disclosed. Moreover, I had prepaid the dealership for paint scratch repairs to ensure a pristine finish for the Diamond Ceramic coat application. Yet, during the vehicle's first wash, I uncovered three glaring scratches on the roof, revealing a lapse in the supposed repair process. Adding insult to injury, Gregg Orr dealerships provided me with only one key, claiming they couldn't find the other one. When I sought to have a replacement key made at a Lexus dealership, I was informed that the car had undergone considerable hail damage repair. This was evident from the damage done to the corner of the headliner and the holes drilled under the hood, where paint-free dent repair tools had been inserted to push out dents on the roof and hood. In reaching out to the dealership in hopes of a resolution, their response fell far short of satisfactory. Instead of owning up to their oversight and taking accountability for the misrepresented condition of the vehicle, they merely suggested that I return the car to them to “TRY” to repair the damage, despite the impracticality of a journey spanning over 1,000 miles. Their tepid willingness to "TRY" to rectify the damage not only proved unacceptable but also underscored a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Disappointed, I tried contacting the dealership manager, but he didn’t even have the decency to call me back. This harrowing experience has left me thoroughly disillusioned with Gregg Orr dealerships. I wholeheartedly caution prospective buyers, especially those contemplating online purchases, to exercise utmost caution. The utter lack of
transparency, honesty, and integrity exhibited by this dealership network is nothing short of appalling. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to shield others from falling prey to similar deceptive practices.
In conclusion, my trust in Gregg Orr dealerships has been irreparably damaged, and I implore prospective buyers to approach any dealings with this dealership network with the utmost caution. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize deceit over customer satisfaction, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others seeking a trustworthy and transparent car-buying experience.

I’ve had issues with my car’s power steering assist for over 1.5 years while the car was still under warranty under 60k miles. Although the maintenance manager was very kind and appeared to be very helpful, he was not able to diagnose the issue after multiple trips to Hot Springs from Bryant Arkansas. I was told repeatedly they were unable to determine what the issue was prior to the warranty expiration. I recently took my XT6 to another GMC dealer and they immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue the same day. I’m posting this review because I feel that I was repeatedly given the runaround until the warranty expired resulting in me having to pay the cost for repairing the vehicle. I used to be a satisfied customer with past purchases but I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this location. I strongly advise any customers to get your maintenance issues resolved before your warranty expires. You will absorb the cost of repair if the issue is not immediately resolved. Do not procrastinate if you encounter issues with a vehicle purchased from this location.

The easiest car buying experience ever. From start to finish Dexton made this a flawless experience. I was greeted at the door, the truck I was looking at was right up front waiting for the test drive. All of my questions was answered honestly. I told Dexton how much I wanted to pay each month and within an hour I was leaving with exactly what I wanted. Dexton and his associate Rex made this process super easy. If they don't have exactly what you want go talk to them and they will find it. I have been looking for two years and they found the exact truck I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I promise you will not be disappointed! I am tickled with my new truck and couldn't be more thankful. I will definitely go back for further purchases. Cadillac y'all have two great salesman!

Ordered a new LYRIQ through them last year. Agreed at order time it would be at MSRP. Salesman called yesterday to advise they changed their mind and would be adding $10K over MSRP. Promises made at ordering were broken. Canceled my order. Too bad, moving to the area this year and was planning to use them as my primary dealer going forward. But now trust is broken.

Edit June 2023: Now a month after they said dealership GM would address below. Not a word. I have heard good things about Parker in Little Rock, going to work with them now. Just couldn’t deal with a dealer who has broken trust like this.

Edit June 2024: Never did hear a word from them, loving my LYRIQ purchased elsewhere.

I have no doubt the men that worked on my car in the service center saved my life!!! Im a travel nurse and drive across the US. My car had been looked at in 3 different shops. I had been told "its fixed" "this needs replaced but safe to drive." My car was to to the point of the front end being held up by a remaining 1mm of metal! I can only imagine if it had broken while traveling down the interstate at 80mph! This shop is fast, professional, and they truly care about their customers! Thank you all so much!

My experience at Orr Cadillac was hands down the best!

I scheduled my appointment. When I checked in my service advisor Kodie assured me they would do their best to figure out the problem. About 10min after I sat down the service technician was looking for me so we could do a ride along together. Even though my vehicle decided not to make its usual noises, they still did a full diagnostic test and researched to see if any other vehicles like mine had the same issue. They performed a remedy, but told me upfront they aren’t sure if that will fix the problem. They told me if it continues, to bring it back. Kodie was extremely friendly on the phone and in person. The service technician was very friendly and understanding. There was a random Caucasian lady passed by me in the waiting area who spoke loud to me and waved.
They didn’t take three to four days to diagnose my vehicle like Parker Cadillac told me. It was worth driving an hour in a half to get my Cadillac looked at.

Originally told me they absolutely wouldn't sell me a car if I didn't finance through them, which is ridiculous. Then said they would sell it to me when my husband pushed the issue, but they wouldn't fix the issues it had, and refused to negotiate the price. They wanted at least $3k over fair market value (based on a perfect pre-owned vehicle) on a non-certified pre-owned car with defects. The dealer was very nice, but they tried to tell us they were "basically losing money on it" and were selling it to us wholesale which, unless they overpaid for it, is a downright lie. I will not do business with them again, that was a horrible experience on all fronts.

I have returned since then for service and warranty work and enjoyed the city of Hot Springs while I am in the area. The people who work there are super nice and professional. First off I live in Conway., I was going to buy a new 2021 Escalade from Parker Cadillac in LR. The Sales man made me feel like I was wasting his time. told me I had to go online an send $500 deposit. and me telling him I'm ready to buy, Told me that was to hold the vehicle for me. never been told this. so I said no thanks called up *Tommy* at Orr Cadillac, Tommy told me he had an Escalade. it was the color I wanted and I did not need to send any money. he got everything going and I headed to hot springs. Took like 20 min to fill out everything, but first he showed me the Escalade to make sure I loved it. He and the Finance Manager treated me with the Best respect and friendly service. Tommy was down to earth and a awesome guy to meet and chat with. people i'm telling ya. drive past LR and take the trip to Hot Springs. Ask for Tommy. You will be happy you did.
