I shop here on a daily basis, the company I work for spends thousands here! Everyone is usually nice, but I had a bad experience with James, I asked him a simple question, and if he could not help, he could have gotten someone who would. I needed an outdoor 100 amp circuit breaker, I asked him and showed him a picture of it, since he was right there, while me and my maintenance man was looking for it. He asked me do I have the Lowe’s app? Then he asked me do I have an item number? How will I have an item number, if I’m looking for this item? I say to him, well an electrician said you guys would have it out here, he said to me “yall paying an electrician all that money” I stop him and said it’s fine thank you, and started walking away, then he starts to say you come in here a lot. I don’t know if you are sister and brothers (me and my maintenance man) what do that have to do with anything. I kept walking. First of all, we have not paid an electrician anything, we went to Nesco on Blake street to buy this item. They did not have it in stock, so he recommended Lowe’s. My maintenance guy will be replacing this part. But why do I have to explain this to him? If he did not want to help, just get someone who will. I left and order the part from Amazon, it will be in today. People like this will make you take business elsewhere, I asked one simple question, he asked me five questions! I had just spent a lot of money that morning with them! Someone need to talk to him, because if he doesn’t know, get someone who does! This will make companies do business elsewhere!

Sales #s1628681 I have had nothing but horrible experience in this store#1628 today. We shop here often and each time I say that this will be the last time. The service was horrible due to short staffing and I don't understand. We first of all could NOT find any help in the professional area one cashier(Gwen)that called two times for assistance and finally a young lady came and Eric and Dustin came to the rescue us with very good attitudes.The line was down the aisle and no management insight. Lowe's do better because we are washing our hands due to poor customer service. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the district manager was onsite. I guess customers don't matter anymore,what a joke.

It's probably the worst Lowe's I've ever tried to shop in. When you needed an employee, they would all hide. When you did find an employee, they didn't know anything about what you needed and had an attitude. All the aisles were cluttered.
I'm glad I was just passing through the town.

Well Lowe's in pine bluff you have ticked me off NOW! I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND MY BETTER HALF WILL BE CLOSING HIS BUSINESS ACCOUNT! You guys can't answer a phone for a simple question or if you do we are put on hold for 45 minutes! Unacceptablele! I would rather drive to Home Depot in Little Rock than spend another penny with you.

This has got to be the worst Lowe's in the US. Just try to call 870-850-7702
Never have had one call answered. 25 minute drive to this Lowe's. I'll call in the way and sometimes it rings a until I walk in and ask them when they plan to answer my call. Most the time they just hang up without saying anything. Barton's in Monticello, AR. gets most our business and Home Depot in Little Rock too but obviously Lowe's couldn't care less. Called the corporate office and asked them to just call the Lowe's in Pine Bluff and see if they can get someone to answer the phone. Really should not waste time with this review and keep driving by Lowe's to get to Home Depot but hopefully some other people will read this and not waste their time spending money there.

I usually have issues with our Lowe’s. Not this time and it does seem they are getting better with customer service. This time I will take the blame. Needed lumber to repair a trailer. I needed 7 2x10’s 16’ long. Well I went and pulled what I thought was 7. Went to checkout and was in hurry so I told the clerk 7 and was charged as such. I only had 6. The were still strapped when I got home and noticed only 6 and thought I lost one. Nope I only had 6. My fault and I called the store. Didn’t get an answer and really wasn’t stressed about one board. To my surprise I got a phone call from Lowe’s and the gentleman said he notice my call and called me back. Told him what had happened and took the blame. He no the clerk should have counted. Well anyway, I received an email that I left one behind and would be ready when I get back. That’s customer service. Thank you. Wished I could remember names. Thanks to the gentleman from delivery service

Went with my mom and step dad. In garden center my mom bought spent $147 on potting soil and plants. They requested help to load in truck because I have knee injury and they are 75 and 81. The girl said they couldn't help. My mom asked if she could call someone to help and she said no. She told us that people in the store weren't hired to do that. We were fortunate that a young man who didn't work there, seeing us struggle in the parking lot ran over to help. The young lady was rude and acted offended that we requested help. It was obviously us who was taking up her valuable time by being there bothering her. So of course to not bother folks working there with our business we won't be back.

Store layout nice, employees are kind, but there's an obvious lack of training.
Came in for an Instacart, found my items in about 5 minutes, spent the next 30 trying to get checked out. Once the employees figured out how to scan out the Instacart, I was out in seconds.

We came into the store around 11 in the morning to buy a set of dryer and washer to go into our house was not able to get help til we called manager young girl tall name is Mia was very friendly and very helpful she needs a raise for the niceness and helpfulness the rest the young man that was back there before us was no help told us he'll get to us when he got done and never came back so he needs a write up or a warning tall long dreads don't trust him to help y'all but you can trust a young girl mia

The Pine Bluff store has rude and disrespectful people at customer service/return desk. We have spent about $5000 in that store in the past week. My husband and I needed to return some security cameras that had two cameras alike and three that are alike within the same box. I was trying to explain that to the lady at the return desk but she would not even acknowledge that I was speaking to her and walked off. I then started to take out the cameras to show her what I was talking about and when she walked back over to the counter she started speaking to me as if I was an idiot. She seemed to be mad at me for taking the cameras out of the box. At this point I still owned the cameras because she had not even started the process of the return. My husband let her get about three sentences out of her mouth and then said that no one will speak to his wife like that. Her attitude then got even worse. I wish I had never bought $5000 dollars worth of any product from them this week. I will never go back into the store here in Pine Bluff Arkansas ever again. Not even sure if I want to go to any Lowe's store anywhere. I am going to be a Home Depot customer from now on. It is so sad that I will not be supporting my community at this Lowe's anymore. Something has to change in that store.

I quickly found the fasteners I needed, used the self check out and was on my way with no fuss. There were helpful employees at check out in case I needed help. Each time I visit this Lowes is a good experience.

Not sure what happened at Lowe’s. Customer service sucks. Shelves are halfway stocked most of the time with the wrong product. Got credit from the financial company they use. Paid a refrigerator off. They canceled my credit. I’ll drive completely out of my way to avoid Lowe’s. Not even sure why I gave a 2 star. Not even worth that. Don’t shop there and stay a way from Craftsman. Not the same tools they sold at Sears. Low quality. Been dealing with them since they opened. This by far is the worst.
I got feedback from the main office asking me
To call. I will.

Update. Used online order and no issues very pleased this time with the store. Had to get more and got help getting everything I needed.

Customer service needs improvement first of all I came in needing a riding electric chair to shop with I was told they're either outside or broke I went to the girls standing at the card registers she helped me more than anybody else that I passed not one person asked me if I needed help I have several people where the bathroom curtain rods are one told me 41 and 42 of course I didn't find them cuz that's not where they were they were in route 40 then I asked where hardware was and I was told 29 I seen no 29 so I put back what I was going to buy past two other people and told them customer service needs to be approved

I've been going here for over 25 years and the staff running Lowe's as of 8/9/2024 are lazy and rude. There is one manager lady who's always at service desk that doesn't need to work near the public. She definitely ruins my day Everytime I have to speak to her. Can never get help so therefore I never need it but if I do I go to the one and only employee that I can say does her job and many others and takes pride in it. Her name is Dee in flooring. This store needs 10 of her then maybe everything would be as it's supposed to be.

My disabled husband placed an order on line. We waited a week for order to store. My husband was told at the service desk there's no one to help you.. after having brought home the good's we ordered was broken in the box and having to go back to try to get help to rectify the broken product. No help from anyone at all. No one.. but husband saw plenty of employees on cellphones. No one even so much as asked my if he needed help of any kind. I agree with one of the ladies making a rating.. Lowe's needs a new, strict, policy change with new employees that might give a damn about the jobs they currently have..

This Lowes just flat out sucks. The employee's are extremely lazy and useless, never have what I go there for even though the website says they have it. I leave there empty handed 9 out of 10 times. Thank goodness for Amazon. To Lowes Corporate: Please close this store down. Edit: this Lowe’s still sucks and actually it has gotten worse, so worse that I have to drive all the way to Little Rock to Home Depot to get what I need when in a rush for the product, if not in a rush I go straight to Amazon as it’s guaranteed they have what I need and usually get what I need in a day or two. The Pine Bluff Lowes just ensured that I will never be a Lowe’s customer again. Also about 1/2 the employees smell heavily of marijuana and I definitely don’t need my kids around that.

Found what we needed just fine, only complaint is that you have to ask a worker before they'll open a traditional check-out lane, they seem to prefer having everyone do self check-out. That said, if you ask nicely, they do open a lane and let you check-out normally, so I can't complain too much, I only wish self wasn't the default.

Great shopping options. Very friendly staff. I was actually able to find a double bathroom sink vanity here and they’ve been hard to find. Home Depot in LR had none. There were very few here but able to find one I like! Some of the things aren’t built very well and we had to return the first vanity.. then the 2nd vanity box also said “white” and it ended up being navy. Kept it anyway. Took a really long time to load things up but the staff being so kind made up for it.

Bought a Kobalt 24v max Brushless for the 4th of July sale. Was very excited as I’ve been wanting it. Box looked a little out of shape but not too bad. I get home and it’s been USED and the battery is MISSING!!!!! Also GRASS STILL ON TRIMMER!!! Going tomorrow to see if I can return it or exchange. Obviously a lack of effort on employees to correctly check returns. Didn’t realize I need to check inside the box to make sure everything was in there and wasn’t covered in grass, which should have been done in the first place.

Well, this was our 2 x we made the mistake of trying this store again. I shopped online. Went to the store to pick up our items. My daughter goes in and to the customer service desk. She is in the store almost ten minutes. I call her phone she said she momma waiting for someone to help me. So, when she does get help the young lady asked a young man with dreads to help the customer out, he told her he was not going to be able to do it and walked outside with his cell phone in his hand. My daughter who is handicapped on one side had to push the basket out and we both put the items in the car. We get ready to drive off my daughter said momma that is him on his cell phone. I drove up to the where your plants start. I ask him his name I couldn't remember for this message.
I can recall when my grandkids were smaller, and I would bring them to Lowe's on each Saturday morning to your crafts class they would build boats color paint. But, to day this place has to many that do not take customer service SERIOUS! I worked in customer service for 30 plus years and I could be in a store talking to the worker and because is in me to help others feel delighted to show I would say Good Morning of afternoon, I really wish I was able to become a part of the store just to teach customer service. It is the ONE KEY to having any successful business I would love to become a consultant just to teach how you want to be treated will show in how you care for others.

Really sad store. Close the place and relieve me of the frustration of going there. No organization, inventory is all over the place with no sense of organization. Employees are rude and act like they are doing you a favor. Why do I waste my time even going here. Waited for 45 minutes for an employee to unlock the wire cage finally I just walked out and drove to Little Rock. PLEASE SHUT THIS STORE DOWN!!!!!!

My online order was postponed bc no employee in the store knew how to operate a forklift or use the tall mobile stairs to get something off a top shelf. Drove to the store and was able to get EVERYTHING on my own. The certain item was on a shelf at waist level. So, basically they could not fulfill my online order bc no employee knew how to get an item off a waist high shelf.
In store, it's nearly impossible some days to get any assistance.

This place is a joke how does it stay open.i spoke to the lady at the front she did speak finally but was glued to her phone needed help with plumbing supplies the isle had two employees on the isles talking to 3 ppl about going out that night and we're all on their phones WE COULDN'T FIND WHAT WE NEEDED OE ANY HELP. We got what we thought was right took it home it was wrong. WILL THE OWNER OF THE STORE PLEASE STAND UP!? DOES ANYONE CARE ABOUT the parking lot being filthy no help store unorganized and employees not even looking up from their phones to help a customer I will say the lady at self check out that day was working like 2 people I love shopping local but we usually have to go to little rock to get service and things we need I'm so disappointed in this pine bluff lowes
