I usually go to home Depot for everything but I was surprised at the prices for the things I was looking for was way better then home Depot for the same products

The employees here have the best customer service ever. However the management at lawn and garden has the worst leadership i have ever encountered. Manager disregarded employee and customer safety while loading vehicles in traffic. When confronted with safety issues she was more concerned about getting off work at 3 pm. She also stated "thats how they want to do it" indicating upper management has no reguard for employee safety. The employees should not have to work under these unsafe conditions and the manager should be fired for bad leadership, complete disregard for safety, and not taking charge with task and direction to junior employees.

Helpful staff clean store. Devon was very knowledgeable and led me right to what I needed in plugs and lighting. Cathy helped find the smallest box of sanding cloth hidden behind soldering flux. Jeremiah stopped what he was doing to get an down from top stock, above and beyond. Thanks for helping out. We always choose the team at our local Lowes over the guys in orange!

Horrible service. I paid $80 dollars for expedite next day delivery. Placed my order on Nov 7 and I'm still waiting for it. Called several times to cancel since I needed the items next day to complete a project and because I didn't received the items I had to run to the nearest home depot to get buy them. I can't get the items cancel or get my money refunded. Dealing with lowes is crazy !!!! Is my first time buying online from lowes and I will never do it again. Please people save yourself a headache and just go to home depot.

Worst customer service sat on hold 35 min and counting bought a refrigerator agreement said to be delivered Saturday got a call Saturday morning confirming delivery to get a call Saturday afternoon that it wasn't being delivered and that the next availability would be Tuesday after back and forth with delivery dispatch called to store to speak with manager to see what could be done and currently now 45 min

Just need 30 ft of wire cut so I can go finish some work in cocodrie. Wasted 30 minutes after getting someone to call for someone. Then another 40 minutes for them to get the price. I ran out of time and have to put the job off till tomorrow which is Sunday. Mind you I've been going 10 days straight after storm Francine just passed. Ide love to see this Lowe's get some new hires with corporate training from employees pulled out of better managed location. The electrical department assistant was on lunch so they sent plumbing and he didn't even know how to turn on the wire rack. This is unacceptable.

I love Lowe's. I just don't like the service at this Lowe's. You can never find anyone and if you do they either say it's not their department or they point you in wrong direction to find something instead of bringing you to find it.
On this day though I was Blessed to have this young man named Christian help me and he was wonderful!!! He helped me so much and was so pleasant to talk to and even helped me load my car. He deserves to be rewarded for his helpfulness.

CUSTOMER BEWARE..I bought a GE dryer in December 2022, and 5 months later, it broke. I had the Lowes Protection Plan, and it took about 5 weeks before my dryer was fixed. It is now April 2024, and it is broken again with the same problem not heating. I've been trying for two weeks to get someone out per plan, and twice an appointment was made, but no one called or came out. I spoke to management at the store about a week ago and was told nothing they can do once Lowe's sells the customer the appliance and Protection Plan. You will get no real service or help with Lowes or their service plan. I will probably have to hire someone else; otherwise, it will take another 6 weeks trying to get my dryer fixed. This will be the first and last time I buy an appliance with Lowes. In fact, I will be canceling our Lowes credit cards, too. Larinda

Experienced 1st class service thanks to Annette and Zack. They both spent a lot of time helping me and my wife find just what we needed. The help was greatly appreciated.

The prices are wonderful.
But getting help in the wood department you better bring a lunch . They are so slow when you need help .
But they do keep a good supply of stock in the wood area , much better then home depot.

Strange thing went to the front counter asked for help with lawnmower belts lady comes I started talking she says wait I was looking for someone needing help on aisle 28 - ok I'm on aisle 28 - long story short she tells me that lowes doesn't have a parts person NOR parts counter after she called over a coworker to laugh

Needed steps, went get a pre-built set up for back door at home. It's already cut out to lays the stepping boards on!

Get it done! Get in and get out! That's if you don't need help finding something. One of the 2 worst places to find an employee to help you. Not sure if this is due to short staffing or just lack of training. But it needs some work. Overall it's a clean organized store.
