Best dealership I have dealt with. They go as fast or slow in the process as you want. No pressure and always helpful. Hunter Haydel is tremendous and always one step ahead so you don't have to try to navigate your new vehicle alone.

I went car shopping.and I had always heard Terebonne Ford Motor City advertising on the radio. So I stopped by. And looked at cars. And I found the one I wanted. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They got me financed for a car when other car dealers said no. I would highly recommend Terence Ford.if you are looking for a good car.Go see them. They are the greatest.

I bought a Ford Lightning from Brandon at Terrebonne Ford. Everyone there was really nice. Much easier to deal with than All-Star Ford in Prairieville. If you are looking for a new vehicle it is definitely worth the ride

I would like to give a 5 Star shout out to the Mobile Technician Ted Manry! Ted arrived at my house with his Mobile Van (which I should add is very well equipped and impressive) with a pleasant attitude and began explaining all that he would do. I was mowing my lawn but was able to watch Ted working on my F150. I was very impressed at all the areas that Ted looked over with a flashlight. All the fluids where checked and he even showed me where the Air condition Filter was located as well as cleaning it. Ted was a pleasure to have service my F150 and has sold me on the Mobile Service! I would also like to give a 5 Star appreciation toTerrebonne Ford for coming up with the Residental Mobile Service. This was and is so convenient for those with busy home schedules. Thanks a bunch!

Take my word and go see Lindsay Crawford at Terrebonne Ford!!

On Monday my car unexpectedly decided to retire after 11 years I was so stressed because circumstances have never FORCED me into purchasing a vehicle. I felt very vulnerable because of the fact that I was in desperate need and didn’t want to be taken advantage of. I didn’t even know what my options were because I wasn’t prepared and looking. So of corse the first thing I did was call Lindsey Crawford with Terrebonne Ford of Houma! I vented a little and I knew that I was in good hands. She asked what my preferences were and a few days and me going through approximately 37 car personalities, she got my car.

When I walked in, she knew what I was feeling. She was absolutely AMAZING! NEVER ONCE did I feel pressured. She explained everything and every option we had throughly and took care of everything for us! I prayed so hard for God to provide our needs and place us in the vehicle he had for us. God gave me everything I asked and far beyond!

Buying cars may not be a big deal to some, but for me it is. I don’t require much and my husband works entirely too hard to provide for our family for me to ever ask for more than what I need. But God is faithful to His who trust Him and His plans. Thank you Lord for your blessings, thank you Lindsey Crawford and Terrebonne Ford Houma,La. for having my back and being honest with me from the start. Most importantly thank you to my husband for providing for us and loving us so well!! Beep! Beep! Hop in! Momma got a new ride

Had the most fantastic experience dealing with Anthony, Kris and James!

Purchasing our 2019 Land Cruiser from the dealership felt like a transaction from the good old days. No hassle, no haggle and a straightforward process through and through.

Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. Never felt pressured to do anything but exactly what was best for us.

I highly recommend Terrebonne Ford and their other dealerships. Ask for Anthony! Dude is as cool as a cucumber and has a team that is second to none.

Terrebonne Ford buying experience was very smooth on my recent Ford Maverick purchase. Bought during Ford's "Employee Pricing" event and Terrebonne Ford sold me the vehicle at the discount price, no problems.

Rusty Guidry, my salesman, even worked hard to help me use some "Ford Pass" points that were about to expire.

Had a scheduled service appointment for Monday May 19th at 7:30 am. Dropped off early and put envelope with keys in drop box. Got a call around 8:30 confirming what I wanted done, 60,000 scheduled maintenance and check A/C. Was told I would receive an estimate before any work was done. Called Monday afternoon, was told no estimate yet. Called Tuesday afternoon 5:30 was told service rep left early and techs were gone. Wednesday at 8:30 got a text a stating A/C low on Freon, tech trying to find leak. Sent text asking if any of scheduled maintenance was done, no response. Got a text at 12:10 stating all estimates would be given we tech finds leak and listing what scheduled maintenance would be done. Got another text at 1:44 with a picture of estimate and letting me know that tech couldn’t find a leak and if I wanted to add Freon and dye to the system into the system it would be $425.48:before taxes, I responded to text about extended warranty we had discussed, to please start the process and in the meantime do the scheduled maintenance. After go back and forth about the extended warranty and calling the warranty company, I gave the go ahead to do the Freon and dye test acknowledging that if they could find a failed covered part, that I understood that I would be responsible for the charge. I stopped by today at 5:00 pm to try and get an update. Was told that they would put the Freon and dye into tomorrow morning. I asked if they had done any of the scheduled maintenance and the answer was no. So in 4 days they visually inspected the A/C and determined it was low. I was told the problem was the tech was working on my truck and another one that had been there for 2 1/2 weeks. I will be picking the truck up tomorrow morning and bringing some where else. Why do you have to schedule an appointment, if they aren’t going to work on it. I have had to pay for a rental while my vehicle sits in the shop. The Service Manager stopped by for a brief minute and acted like he didn’t have time to deal with it. I have bought a lot of new vehicles from them over the years, although this one was bought used from somewhere else, but it seems to me that if they are a Ford service center, they should work on any Ford vehicle no matter where it was bought. Needless to say tomorrow will be the last time I step foot in Terrebonne Ford. They have cost me money and now I have to bring it somewhere else to get it fixed. My suggestion, if you have a Ford vehicle and need service work done, find a another dealership to go to.

Awful I brought it in for a bent rim on right back wheel I was told I had 3 bent rims
I assume that if I said the rim bent it’s wobbling I was told I never said it’s was wobbling which I didn’t I just said it was bent because that what I was told by a tire place
So $500 later car still doing the same thing
Noted that none of these rims showed a bent so I just took the word about the other 2 but I know something was wrong with the one on the passenger rear
So I feel if I was scared out of $500
Ps if a rim is bent and it’s not showing fisical damage it must be wobbling but I guess I was wrong

What an outstanding experience I had doing business with Terrebonne Ford! Very kind and helpful sales and finance staff! I’ve been on the market for a specific truck and it had to be a certain color as well. I’ve been looking for weeks. I even made attempts to purchase out of town and even out of state. The guys at this dealership definitely earned my business and like I said it was an amazing experience doing business.

These guys could not accommodate my needs (alignment on my F350). But that didn’t stop them from good service; they got me the name and number of the place they use for these large trucks. Recently brought in my son's 2014 F150 for a transmission control recall. When I picked the vehicle up and left the dealership, I noticed the acceleration was rough and the truck seemed to struggle. The truck completely shut off at the second red light. It cranked right back up and I headed back to the service department. When I relayed the issue to them, the service manager (paraphasing) said they did everything properly with the recall and it's not their problem. He offered to keep the truck overnight to look at it, but did not think it had anything to do with them. The truck died on me 4 times before I parked it at my son's home. There were no issues like this before they serviced it. I would not recommend anyone using their service department.

I took them up on their offer to pick my vehicle up and bring it back after service was finished. I was seriously impressed by the people who picked my vehicle up and brought it back. Very nice and courteous. I was also seriously impressed with the service department representative who called me several times to keep me updated of every step of the service being provided. Would definitely recommend! They treat you as family!
