after going to 7 other dealers in houma literally i went to this one my sale man was Kip Butcher man! i didn’t have good credit and did the imposible to help me took me to my apartment for free so i didn’t have to get a uber took me to the Omv to fix my license i am from puerto rico and i wasn’t even looking for something sow advance if it took me from point A to B i would of buy it but this brother gave me a spaceship 2025 thank you sow much you save me from spending sow much on rentals and ubers now i can take my family anywhere they want looking for a salesman ask for Kip Butcher

This place is a joke! We purchased a used vehicle from them 3 years ago. It was paid with CASH after financing interest rates were too high. TRAPP Finance Department failed to release the "loan" with Capital One and we never received the title. Now that we are trying to sell the vehicle, we realized we don't have the title. Well we NEVER received it because Capital One still had a lien on the car for $ZERO dollars! Receive the release from Capital One (this was done within 24 hours from Capital One) - sent to Trapp Chevrolet as directed (almost 3 weeks ago) and still NO TITLE. We paid for this service that they have yet to provide. Keep getting the run around and now we may have to pay for the title AGAIN! The poorest customer service EVER. If they cant produce me a title, then they should pay me back all the TITLE FEES that I paid.

Came early on senior citizen day. It was a cold breezy day so having access to the sales showroom was very comfortable. TV, restrooms, comfortable chairs, and coffee was a big plus.

I was shopping around for a vehicle for a good minute and came across this dealership. I found great deals online on a few vehicles and reached out to the dealership. They referred me to Marcus, who was able to find me a vehicle that’d satisfy my needs. I made the 3 hour drive, round trip, and when I arrived Marcus had the car ready and parked in the front for me. This was frankly the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Marcus is the man!!! I definitely recommend Marcus and this dealership!

My family has been dealing with Trapp Chevrolet of Houma for many Decades back with Mr. Ronnie Boudreaux, when he was with Trapp until he retired. They have always treated us like family and not just a number.
I bought my First 4X4 F150 King Ranch from Al Boudreaux back in 2012. Al is a stand up guy and has always been there when we needed a vehicle. My Wife was in the market earlier this year she wanted a Jeep again. So we went look and she fell in love with the Jeep Laredo Cherokee. So we went test drive it with Marcus. When we got back to the dealership I jokingly inquired about the Black Jeep Wrangler they had on the hill
I was about to buy a Jeep Gladiator that had just came into a Chevrolet Dealership in New Orleans. I asked Marcus, what the price and mileage was on the Jeep Wrangler. I gave him a number of what the other dealership had.
I said if you can meet are beat the numbers I would buy it. Well Marcus, Al Boudreaux and Doug, had everything worked out to what we wanted. So Terri and I bought each a vehicle that day. Plud we rather shop local and keep out money in Terrebonne Parish and with people we know.
I've had a few issues with my Jeep Wrangler, but I tell you what Barry Songe Al Boudreaux, Marcus and Doug, are some really stand up guy's. They are really men of there words. The treat you like family there. They sell you a vehicle and will make sure that you are a happy customer. So if ya'll are looking for a New are Used Vehicle check out Trapp Chevrolet Cadillac. Ask to speak to Barry Songe, Al Boudreaux, Doug are Marcus. These guy's will not disappoint you.

My husband and I arrived at the dealership with a couple vehicles in mind. We were greeted by Mr Patrick Butler. Patrick showed us every vehicle we were interested in and more. He is a great salesman and we appreciated everything he did for us. We returned 5 days later to get a couple last minute things taken care of and again Patrick was very helpful. We definitely will recommend him and Trapp Chevrolet to all of our family and friends. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at Trapp! Thanks to Joey in finance for helping us get the best deal also!

The closing time for the quick lube is a lie. It states on the website that it is open until 5:30. We pulled up at 4:45 and were told that they stop taking customers at 4:30 to cleanup. We drove from 45 minutes away to waste our time. We will not be coming back

I had set up the 0830 appointment time to have the passenger side air bag serviced online and when I arrived, Brian Mathieu walked out to my Silverado and explained that the person who handles that specific task will do all they can to not cause any damage to my dashboard [there was no additional damage]. He explained that the "SERVICE AIR BAG" warning alert was not caused by what they were going to fix and that there was an additional issue which would require additional scanning and servicing. My truck was repaired in a very timely manner [less than 3 hours] and all-in-all it was much less painful than I was expecting, verifying that I really should have had the in-warranty air bag servicing completed sooner than I did.

Thankfully for them, the SUV I wanted was on this lot otherwise I would have NOT gone near this place.
After the 2nd experience dealing with these people, it is defiantly the last.
We were lied to from the go. Told one thing; evidence itself proved wrong not only once, not twice but THREE Times!
Final straw was the cleaning guys supposed to have detailed the car BUT yet, evidence showed itself again our car was not detailed ( found dog leash from previous owner, dog hair, and dirt). Our salesman even let us know he cleaned the wheel wall himself three times with a pressure washed, and nothing came off....HOWEVER; after a week of owning the suv, we take it to a car was, use a pressure washer and BOOM it's cleaner than ever!
PISSED is the word!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! It's defiantly the price we are having to pay, which sucks all the way around!
STAY AWAY FROM TRAPP!!!!!

My vehicle been in the shop 4 times within 2 month for the same issue!!! This last time it was in the shop for 35 days and they still can’t find the problem!!! This place is a joke!!! If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle I would not recommend them!!!! The service manager and the service advisor were both really rude and very sarcastic!!! I will never buy a vehicle are bring a vehicle here again for service!!!!

Found a great deal online and made a 6 hour drive (round trip) to the dealership. When I arrived Marcus had the car ready up front for me. This was honestly the quickest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Definitely recommend Marcus and this dealership!

Lot's of dealerships in the Charlotte area... but I'd recommend you take a page from this Tiger team's playbook if you want to win more business!

Worst place to get your car painted! Body shop sucks! Supervisor is really just a joke. When complained about the paint job his response was "We really don't have good help that all the good help left with Hurricane Ida" I'm not impressed. Although I have a lifetime warranty on my paint job wouldn't take my car back! Trash in the paint, paint chipping, emblems wasn't even on my car. They forgot! Just horrible service for something I paid alot of money to have them repair and paint!!

Bunch of lying cheating low down crooks. Selling cars wholesale to other dealers sight unseen with hidden frame damage and blown head gaskets, I can imagine what they do to retail customers. Based on the price tags that were attached, i'd say you need a bottle of Astroglide to visit this facility

My car has been at the service department for two weeks. It still has not been diagnosed. I called on Tuesday this week to check in. I was told the guy handling my car was on vacation. So I guess they were just going to leave my car in their garage until he returned.

They let me speak to the service manager. I was immediately told that I would be called back in an hour. He did call me back, and said that they would call me the next day with a diagnosis. Fast forward to three days later and nothing.

This place is an absolute joke. The most communication I've gotten is that I will have to pay a $150 diagnosis fee no matter what.

Who leaves their customers in the dark for two weeks?

Well after 31 years dealing with Trapp because of a great service department I will have to say those days are long gone. From my point sales has always been a part of my family but sales doesn't make a dealership, service does because you'll always have to deal with service more than sales. These last 3 service trips was a nightmare starting at the front counter where questions should have been asked before just assuming an answer. This last trip there, I was able to talk to some other customers waiting and even they said the service advisors all had attitudes and they were tired of it. I also didn't appreciate the scheduling they have. You book an appointment for 8:30am and when you call at 3pm they still didn't look at it, then in a rush to troubleshoot so they don't have to give you a car which they tell you they don't have loners anymore but you get one the third time you bring it in for the same problem. Long story short, they tell you it's your tires making the noise and vibration but ends up a bearing on the third trip there after you buy new tires. Then when you bring it back for the same problem after doing what they tell you they say one of the new tires are bad. You have that one changed and bring it back for the same problem the third time. And wait, the Tire and Wheel insurance you bought when you purchased the vehicle doesn't cover what they say is bad which was never bad. I will say, that was the last time I will ever step foot at Trapp. Nothing against sales, I guess it's my lost.

My salesman Corey saw me pull up to the service site and walked over to asked how my truck was performing. The manager for the oil change service department also greeted me as well. This is not the first time this has happened since I have purchased several trucks from Trapp and the last two with Corey. Trapp has always given me first class treatment every time I have purchased or serviced my vehicles.

My experience was very enjoyable. The entire sales team as well as all other staff members were friendly, courteous and helpful throughout entire process. The sales team definitely knew their products, and did a great job, communicating and transferring that knowledge throughout the process. I left there very satisfied and well educated about my vehicle choice, with no unanswered questions.

Alexis was able to fit the truck in same day. She contacted me with initial findings (thermostat) and explained the warranty coverage. The thermostat was changed out and truck was available for pick up prior to close of business for the day. Great transparency and communication from her.

I came in for a routine oil change and traveling from Morgan City to Trapp Chevrolet and my car was bombed by love bugs. I apologized for the card appearance and they just laughed but when I got my car back, they gave her a bath and vacuumed the front floors. They are so awesome ☺️

I was treated like a customer and not a problem. I was informed about my car by text. It was a very comfortable waiting area and there was free coffee and hot cocoa, which made me feel like a VIP customer. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

Had back-to-back day issues with two vehicles. Margot kept us out of a bind and helped me order two tires to solve one of my problems. The other non-major issue will be solved once the electronic part under extended warranty arrives. Margot is VERY easy to get in contact with, even when texting her on weekends and evenings (which I do NOT do usually do except under emergencies ... like THIS one). Margot ROCKS!!!

Pros: The service in oil and service department is great.

Cons: Some of us senior citizen customers (me), are employed (me), and we work Monday through Friday out of town (me.) It would be a great act of customer loyalty if you would offer the 20% discount on any day of the week, like Saturday. Thanks!
