I set up an appointment online it was very easy to navigate. The price was right and service was great, Tim did an excellent job. I would definitely refer to friends and family.

Technician came to our hotel and changed the windshield in the parking lot. Jake did an excellent job and was very thorough with the removal, reinstalling, and recalibrating.

Thank you Chanse so much for your help and communicating so well from the beginning to the end. The whole process was simple and convenient! Thank you again for making my windshield safe and pretty again.

Safelite did a wonderful job on my windshield replacement. It was not my first experience with safelite and every time I have been very pleased

Mr. Tim & Chase were very informative, friendly & attentive. Was quoted roughly 3 hours for services to be done, was done in a lil over an hour, even with it being a very busy Saturday. Very easy process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend & will be a repeat customer!

It was the first time bringing my car to Safelite shop and found the technicians were very professional and worked on my car immediately. I really recommend that Houma shop if you need your windshield replaced! I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half!

I got there, and they were ready. The gentleman were friendly, and my car was done before I knew it. I think it was 45 minutes to an hour, and my car was done!

We have used Safelite over the years for our personal and business vehicles and have always been very satisfied. They go above and beyond.

I had a small crack in my windshield and set up an apt that same day for the next weekday. I got there on time and they took my car right back, they kept reiterating that I would still have a mark on my windshield and I was nervous it would still be super visible, but it only took about 35 minutes and when I got back in my car it just looks like a very small scratch now. They did a great job

The technicians here were very friendly and went out of there way to help. They replaced a broken window part along with the glass. They were very fast and my window looks and works great! Definitely recommend Safelite at this location!

I love safelite there cheaper than quality they come to you and they did a quick and awesome job replacing my windshield. They honestly was trying to come the day after the snow but bridges was closed. I love safelite autoglass.

My appointment was made through my insurance, which made everything extremely easy. Steve came out to my house, was on time and was very professional. Great service from beginning to end.

Scheduling was super simple through my insurance’s app. The tech was knowledgeable and professional and was able to service my vehicle from my driveway.

So quick to use the online quote system and upon arrival to the store in Houma we were immediately greeted and customer service was top notch. Mr. Jared was inside and so personable (his son plays sports like our daughters). I believe the glass tech was Jake and he came and spoke to us as well. 10 out of 10 will recommend. I haven’t seen customer service and pride in work like this in a very long time.

3 stars because they showed up the next business day and the technician was nice. However, my crack from the rock was probably a nickel to quarter size and I dont feel it is fixed. I can still see it, and it still seems to be the same size. I went show my insurance company and they told me to call them back and have another tech come out to fix it. I called Safelite this morning to explain and was cut off mid-sentence by a rude lady who told me that once they add the filler there is nothing I can do other than replace the windshield. I do not feel safelite did a satisfactory job.

Great experience with changing out our windshield. Called around and their pricing was the best. The service was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would! Schedule appointment and they don't call, text, or email just show up like they are the only ones that matter. Then they say they have to be somewhere to pick up their daughter so you need to re schedule your appointment because they chose to show up without notice and want to rush through your job. This is not how you run a business so people they might be cheaper but they are a joke and that is the nicest way I can put it.

Submitted a request to have a windshield repaired on Friday. Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday 12-5. Received a notification at 430pm Tuesday that stated the appointment was canceled and money refunded. When we contacted Safelite we were advised they were sorry for the inconvenience but someone named Stuart canceled the appointment on Monday. Stuart, who does not work in the Houma store. They were sorry for inconvenience and the money will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Stuart needs to be called down for canceling my appointment.

I had a great time visiting with the staff while they did an expert job on a nasty star. Like it never happened, except for the laughs in the lobby. Thanks guys.
