Timely in coming out to repair a broken sewage line and a leaking mainline. The guys were clear at about what the issues they saw were and clear about how they intended to fix the issue. I called Stan on Friday afternoon before the memorial day holiday. He spent time with me on the phone giving me options to try. I had a gas leak in my house and the gas company were at a lost. We tried what he recommended and it worked. Other plumbers in the area basically told me good luck we are closed until Tuesday. I would highly recommend naquins plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber and would definitely call them for any needs I would have.

Another plumbing company told me I had a split in my pipes and would have to pay $10,000 to dig under my home and fix it. So happy I called Naquins plumbing because it turned out I did not have a split in the pipe and did not need that work done. Naquins is knowledgeable and honest.

If you need fast professional plumbing service call NOW! I had a clogged kitchen sink that I had spend $600 and hours on trying to fix with another company before I called these guys. They had my sink fixed and ready to go in less than an hour and at a great fair rate. I’m kicking myself now for not calling them first! Learn from my mistake and call these guys first! I highly recommend Naquin's Plumbing services. During Hurricane Ida they have been overwhelmed with requests. Nevertheless, they communicated and updated me on the time frame of my repair. They fixed my plumbing need, and for a very reasonable price. This is a good, fair, and honest family owned business. I would use them again when in need.

Highly recommend Naquin’s Plumbing. When we purchased our mobile home they connected our entire plumbing. Mr Sidney quoted me one price. After he completed the job, he inspected all of my faucets to make sure that we didn’t have any lose pipes. He then charged me at a lower price than he originally quoted me which was a big Blessing and showed me how honest and fair they are. Response to owner's resonse: Yes, you did call back after more than 24 hours and after we cut the pipe out. We haven't been using the downstairs bathroom because of the rotten floor joists being exposed through the ceiling. We didn't use the downstairs bathroom or start any repairs. We were about to start the repairs on Saturday but noticed water leaking from the upstairs toilet again. The reason we waited weeks, was because we had to redo the ceiling and floors in our bedroom before starting the bathroom ceiling. We never had issues with the toilet not working. It was a pipe leaking. We waited over 24 hours for a return call. We didn't want to wait any longer because we couldn't use the upstairs toilet with it leaking. Also, we had to cut the pipe that was replaced in order to fix it. When you called, it was after we cut the pipe. We both work a lot and only have weekends to do repairs. By the way, we still haven't gotten the repairs done to our bathroom ceiling, because we didn't finish fixing the pipe until late last night.

Update: Over 24 hours later and still no return call from this company that is supposed to be open 24 hours. Now we are stuck having to undo an expensive job they charged us for in order to fix the leak.
We paid over $800 to begin with for them to fix a leaking pipe. Never again will I use this company for plumbing issues.

I had water leaking from my upstairs toilet. A pipe was replaced and now it's leaking again. Noticed there is a crack in the new pipe that they installed. Left a voice mail over 4 hours ago and another one over 2 hours ago. I even marked it as urgent. No one called back. They show open 24 hours. If that is the case, then someone should answer calls or call back.

I would highly recommend Naquins plumbing don't think twice about it. Very quick and the prices are very reasonable. I feel big relief

They were really great to me. Came in replaced my sink area where it needed to be fixed and very professional little guy came in and took care of me. They called me back and responded over the weekend when I couldn't get a hold of anyone else so I'm happy :)

Mr Naquin and his staff very professional. Used his services twice in the last year. He was able to unclog a drain that others could not. We also had him service and clean our tankless water heater and did a great job. We highly reccommend Naquin Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Mr. Naquin was a kind professional and I highly recommend his services. I had a clogged kitchen sink I couldn't unclog. I called him, and he was able to clear it out (had to go through the roof, which I didn't have the ability to do) that day.
