Lowe's Home Improvement - Farmington, MO

Hey what is your specific policy on pick up orders. We live 1.5 hrs away and my wife went in to pick up two orders for our roof project, and was told they were not able to lookup pick up orders. They gave her one that was sitting right by the desk with her id, but claimed they could not give her our other order based off of just an id? Kind of annoying to have to drive another three hours round trip because of a dead phone and forgotten charger when the order was paid for with the card she had on her person and under her name with an id. She should have cancelled the order and just paid for it in person but no one was willing to speak with her or help her by offering that solution. Seriously annoying. The lack of customer service at this location is the main reason I exhaust all efforts to shop elsewhere before ordering from here as a last resort. This was a time sensitive order that delayed a major home renovation project. Thanks.

Very friendly people and have what we need. Easy to get to and the only bad thing is so far is y'all's parking sucks.

I love their plants. The main reason I go there is for plants. Only complaint I have is that it says they have catnip plants online, but they don't. Would have been a wasted trip if I had not found some other plants.

Greatest customer service! Loaded heavy stuff on my cart and stacked very nice on my car! Matched competor price and even beat it!

I recommend all purchases be completed at Menards, Bucheits, Hoods or Home Depot. This store is not customer service oriented at all. They send customers away when picking up items with receipts, email confirmations, proper identification and don't inconvenience themselves to call for any further customer service or opportunities to answer questions.

Proud to have purchased, for the first time, brand new appliances, on November 9 2024. Only to have the refrigerator kick the bucket on may the 2nd, 2025! Now, we are getting the run around by both, lowes and service tech! What are yall trying to pull here?? My new gas range, also not heating properly! It's a good 30 degrees off in temperature. We are going to call all the news stations over this! Not so proud now, should have kept the 30 year old stuff!!

I had help from Austin in the Garden Center twice in the past few days. He spotted me loading heavy raised bed soil bags on my cart and took it over and then when I was at my car, he loaded them there as well. He’s so polite! Dark hair, glasses, twenty-something. Give this guy a raise, Lowes, or promote him. He’s awesome!

I liked to shop at Lowe's. I think they are super good quality. And we're easy accessible for handicap. Last year they moved the handicap spots over to the other end of the store and put in their pickup right where the handicap was. I have been unable to shop there very often anymore because it's too far for me to walk from where the handicap spot is to get a cart. I can only go if I have someone go with me to get a cart for me. This is very inconvenient and maybe an oversight on Lowes part. Please consider putting the handicap spots back over by the front door so we can shop and get in to get to a cart. Just because we're handicapped we still buy supplies and building goods.

I ordered lumber and cinder blocks for delivery. Confirmed to the app, email and text. For an AM delivery. No phone call by noon! phone call at 2:00 that is an afternoon delivery. Second call at 4:50 p.m.. for after 5 delivery!
Still waiting for delivery.
Store manager clueless NOBODY is running the delivery department!

Empty driveway no truck!

I had a large order (for me) that had a few delays and issues along the way but none of them were the fault of the staff at the Farmington Mo Lowes store. They were great in handling things and took care of business, same for the delivery driver. Very satisfied with this store.

James has helped us numerous times coming in here for stuff for our house and he is super kind and helpful.

Great Customer Service...only 1 or 2 curmudgeons recently encountered. Randal & CATHY and the young man in Plumbing...I always forget his name...are the BEST and SO knowledgeable...Cathy is Brilliant w. any plumbing questions.

Friendly, helpful staff. The store was well kept and organized. I go there often. It's really convenient that you can order the stuff on the app, then pick it up already prepped later, or have it delivered.

Wait time for associate is approximately 30 minutes. My continuing this call you authorized us meaning Lowe's and their partners to record and uses for training and whatever the hell else they want to use it for. There's something wrong there. I don't remember getting this at any other store. At least they are honest. 30 minute wait that's ridiculous. What is Farmington

I was able to find most of what I needed, and friendly folks helped with the rest. I got everything I needed in one trip. Very nice.

It's always hard to find an attendant even when it's pretty slow. I always seem to find them all in a group having a gab session. There is a guy there with shorter arms that really knows his way around and he has been a huge help on different occasions. He should be promoted and send all the kids to customer service school.

Pergo vinyl flooring is great product, warranty like no other, 22mil wear layer & price is not much more than mid grade.

Very nice store, lots of things to shop but like other big stores getting help can be very difficult to find, we even tried the help announcer, help needed just kept going off throughout the store Un till someone either turned it off or timed out and no one showed up.
So you could be on your own to find or not find, but lots of walking push your step could ter total up, but that's it.

Well, our frig died, seen Lowes had a sale so stopped in.and found one we liked, had a very a very good young salesman who came to us, he was very knowledgable, polite, very professionable.
So we purchased it and was delivered within a day that was outstanding, The delivery guys were again very friendly, and , running good.
Wanted to call and pay it off online and came to stop.
Customer service was not able to find our account to credit payment between veterans number, other large items for remodeling of a bathroom, wanted Lowes number, said the signed us up but never got a card nor number, so the finally out come just wait till they send you an invoice, so I figure if Lowes don't want your money earlier before they go through the invoice process and cost, then they should give you early payment discount.

Good luck finding help if you cannot find what you are looking for.
It's a huge bummer to walk around and not find what you are looking for or to find a store employee for help.

Went in to purchase 2x4 ft hanging light for our Den.
Unfortunately the hanging kit is not available to buy in the store.
Light is not very useful if we cannot purchase the hanging kit.
Was able to find an employee named Jimmy who helped us.
Very friendly, professional and courteous older gentleman. Stated he worked in HVAC for 51 yrs previously. He did present himself as very knowledgeable.
Watched and chuckled as 2 female employees close to the lighting section appeared to be hiding as customers were walking around looking for help.
Huge shout out to Jimmy for being so thorough with his help.
