Quick story for more even proof these are good people: while making a delivery to a neighbors house, my mailbox got bumped. Not a big deal. The driver immediately apologized and said he’d make it right. I called the store and spoke with Brian and a day later I got a knock on my door from the driver that made a mistake a lot of us have made in the past to let me know he was installing a new mailbox. I live .25 miles from Home Depot and 1.5 from Lowe’s. I will be driving the 9 miles to RP Lumber in Festus from here on out. Thank you.

Jeremiah was outstanding! He was a tremendous help with finding the lumber I needed and getting it loaded up. I'd like to say thanks to Jeremiah, the manager that squared away a potential problem, and another employee that brought that problem to the manager's attention (wish I would have caught his name). Because of those three, I will definitely be back and highly recommend RP Lumber to my friends and family.

This is not my go to hardware/building supply store but when I do I am always happy with the service and pricing. They have quality lumber and always help you load up. I'm sure I'll be back.

Very friendly people and excellent customer service. I had some siding blow off of a building so I went in with a piece of it to see if they had anything that matched. The guy tried finding a match but they didn’t have one so he recommended a few other places around town that might have it which I appreciated a lot, it’s rare to find people who are trying to help you find the right thing instead of just trying to sell you what’s in stock. Will definitely be back here for future needs.

Fast, easy and friendly. Bought all my lumber for a finished basement. It was kind of short notice and they didn’t have any delivery spots open for the day I needed it. They made sure it happened. Also they sent it in a smaller 1 ton truck so they could dump it all on the side of my house where I needed it(tight spot). The prices were fair and everything worked out great. I have many more large projects coming up and will be using RP Lumber going forward.
