Menards - Farmington, MO

Normally have great experiences here. However my wife and I purchased a new
Mattress from here and got home to find a ton of bugs all inside the new plastic. Luckily we had not opened it our removed it from our truck. We promptly returned it and got our money back but did not receive one sorry, apology or ask if they could do anything to resolve this further. It was very odd and we will no longer shop here.

Can't thank Menards enough!! I purchased appliances from Lowes to be delivered to my new home. Took three weeks between purchase to what was supposed to be the delivery date. After they lied three different times about delivery, I canceled it and purchased appliances through Home Depot. Same issues and never got my appliances, so I canceled with them.

Third time is a charm! Went with Menards and not only did I get my appliances in less than a week after purchase, they delivered my appliances three days earlier than what was expected. Definitely going with Menards for everything. Delivery guys were awesome!!

We bought custom paint here. They told us that they would keep the paint colors we used on file so when we needed more they could make it. Went in today to get our paint scheme and they do not have it on file. They looked in this very disorganized filing crate of papers for our info on paint colors and they could not find it. Also had 2 employees asked for the last name 6 different times it's like they have no brain in the paint department. All we can say is buy your paint somewhere they will keep it on file and remember the last name you give them so you don't have to repeat 6 times. yikes

People are nice. Products are low grade. Don't buy any of the lighting. Most of the stuff they carry gets discontinued. So if you use it in or on your house, good luck finding a replacement, when something goes bad. Same goes for the fans and the junk tools. Prices may be good but quality is poor, so not worth the money. Also good luck getting someone on the phone or to answer back your email.

Inept employees on refilling rv propane ..our tank holds 11gallons total...we got 11gallons but only have quarter tank so alot of it got wasted into the air ...couldn't tell me how much a gallon of propane would cost but was able to ring up 11gallons real easy ...our first time going to Menards and will be our last

I purchased a Mastercraft patio, french style, door to replace the old one for my basement entry way. I am very pleased with with the door. It gives a superb look from inside and outside the home.
Menards associate pointed me to Woodsman Construction, out of Farmington Missouri, who I hired to install the patio door. They provided excellent service and quality workmanship. I can now enjoy the beautiful entrance of my walkout basement thanks to Menards and Woodsman Construction.

I went for just a couple items & they treated me like I spent a thousand dollars. All very helpful. At my vehicle I was loading items easily but RUSTY still came over , asked me if I needed help & took my cart to put back. Great staff !!!!!

We recently ordered kitchen cabinets and countertops at the Farmington MO store. I can't find the words to say how helpful Ryan has been throughout the process. We installed the cabinets and had to make some minor adjustments. Because of this we weren't sure the cutout for the sink was in the right place. Ryan was extremely patient and professional helping us figure it out. Thanks Ryan

Menard's has a great selection of many different things. Any home restoration projects, DIY projects, food, pet supplies and some furniture, automotive, appliances, lighting, paint supplies and a great selection of assorted candy & tools. I love this store!!

I called the other day and asked to speak to someone hardware, they did transfer me, and an older lady answered the phone. I asked her a question, and I know she heard me, but hung up on me. It actually sounded like she was in a bad mood, but still not right.

I love Menards. Unfortunately I never get enough time to spend in there so after the whole time it's been there. I think I've still only seen half the store

I have shopped at Menards for lots of items for my projects and for the most part been happy with the quality of the products until I purchased the master craft slip jamb doors. DO NOT!!! Buy master craft doors!!! They are built like crap!!! The reveal where the trim is attached to the jamb is not even. The jamb is inconsistent at the top of the doors and requires shaving the door to fit and operate properly with out rubbing on the jamb. Staples not fully set and requires setting them in leading to additional work to fill the staple holes.in my 25 years of working as a carpenter I have never come across a more poorly built door. Do not buy the master craft doors they are junk!!!

We bought a bunch of building supplies here and we were blown away at how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful Micheal and Nick were out in the lumber yard. These men were amazing! Not only were they great at helping us load our supplies but they made sure the lumber was straight and actually impressed us with their efficiency. Thank you Micheal and Nick for making our experience much more pleasant than what we expected.

Fantastic selection, friendly, helpful employees. ALWAYS has an actual , live human being at checkout, unlike Lowe's that expects their customers to do it themselves.

Excellent service and they loaded it for us! And an 11% discount with a mail in receipt..This place was very nice and very clean!

Best buy for caes of water 24pk $2.99, also good deals on other store Items on sale or not on sale. Very helpful staff they always ask if we need help to find something or if we need help to load things we buy there into our cat or truck.

The customer service at this location is out of this world! I’ve been here twice in the last couple weeks and have been blown away by how friendly everyone is and how quick they are to offer assistance or help you find something. Simply amazing. I just wish they weren’t about an hour away - I’d shop there every weekend.

Placed order Farmington for my rock and I was sent to Sullivan Missouri and they sent me this information by email that said my rock was ready for pick up I went on a Saturday afternoon before 3:00 PM and was told they’re closed for the weekend I paid my employee $28 an hour to drive down there and was not able to get my product so I was at the gas money and the money for my employee

As usual you walk in needing help to find a certain item and no one to be found it has been like this even from my very first visit wanting to buy windows i walked all the way to the back counter and their was 6 employees at the other counter just standing and laughing and having a good time not one person asked me what i needed i ended up walking out going to Giffords, all together it has happened 5 times they have lost so many sales from this practice.
.....once again I left disappointed I needed a propane tank refilled customer service really wasn't to excited about helping me get it done I went outside and waited by the refill station was there 10 minutes and a no show going to Dollar store

darren is a great worker, put him full time he is good at his job. gage that works at the gate is also a good worker
