Lowe's Home Improvement - Bellefontaine, OH

This year I bought a washer and dryer and a hedge trimmer. Excellent service. The appliance dept and Jeremy were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me choose the right GE appliances. I've used them for months and I'm completely satisfied.
Dan, Bryan, and Robert all helped me choose the right hedge trimmer. They asked me questions that narrowed down my choice to the best trimmer for me. The employees at Lowe's are always friendly and helpful and MyLowe's card helps me save money. And my yard is filled with their plants which I love.

Very disjointed installation process. Poor customer service. Associates do not know where merchandise is. For instance when buying lumber not sure whether stored inside or outside. Waited 15 minutes for assistance in lumber yard then find out one of the items I need is indoors. Waited almost 20 minutes for assistance in blind area.

Okay so initially had a hard time finding help often. But here lately I've went later in the day if possible and have had some of the most gumptious individuals help. Hard to remember names exactly but Justin went about above and beyond and Avery was a solid help as well! #GoGetters

My fiancé & I actually look forward to coming here because of the cashier/self check out gal Debra!! She is beyond kind and helpful. When I’ve had a problem or question I swear she has it fixed before I finish asking lol. We need more workers like her!! Get that woman a raise!! She rocks!!

Why is it so hard to call this store and speak to someone in any department
I try to use Lowes for my business but the help there are of no help.
I wish this store would be investigated and get people who are in charge to do their jobs

We have spent SO MUCH MONEY at this location, and it’s apparent they care more about charging a late fee than customer service. My husband dropped off a carpet cleaner we rented but forgot the parts so he had to send someone to go get the parts, which caused the return to be “late”

So some lady comes out the back being just disgustingly ugly towards her coworker demanding the coworker charge the late fee. My husband was aware and willing to pay the late fee, didn’t even try to dispute it, and this lady comes out like a ball of fire being hideous to her coworker saying that they have to charge the late fee because it’s technically late. Again, my husband had no problem paying the late fee.

My husband was not thrilled with how this lady was treating her coworker, and he used some colorful language. He told them that he had to grab his card from his sister, and the lady FOLLOWED HIM THROUGH THE STORE AND TOLD HIM HE COULDNT LEAVE TO GET THE CARD HE NEEDED TO PAY THE LATE FEE SHE INSISTED ON HIM PAYING. THEN, she said that SHE will go retrieve HIS card from his sister and that he is not allowed to leave, like he isn’t going to pay the fee? He said that she’s nuts if she thinks he’s going to let her have possession of his debit card like that. Lowes, y’all need to train your people on customer service because that was absolutely abhorrent behavior and crude service.

My Husband and Son go to pick up our new range and No one is near to help them, even in the appliance dept!! Even no HELP at the Service Desk, no one even bothered to ask what my Husband wanted or needed!! So DISSATISFIED with this Lowe’s and we’ve never had any problems before. Get your head out of your ASSES and DO YOUR DAMN JOB(s) or you’re going to lose customers and especially your Veteran Customers. This continues at this location we will look elsewhere. Very DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Marysville Lowe’s came through in a clutch. I drove to and/or called four other hardware proprietors trying to find a store that would cut 3/4” black pipe to size and then thread the cut end. Deep down I know that I was slightly irritated as I waited and waited while they tried to find an employee who had been trained to use the equipment. But I also knew I had run out of time on a Sunday evening, and I just needed to be patient. I didn’t know where else to go. Finally a manager came and used my purchase as training time for 3 employees to watch as he cut the first one - and then walk one of the employees through the second pipe. At least in theory 3 more employees can now assist the next customer who need to cut pipe and get it threaded.

I bought a Whirlpool washer at the Bellefontaine, Ohio store last weekend. Customer service was excellent (shoutout to Jeremy in the appliance department). He was extremely patient and knowledgeable helping me set up my credit card account online to get my discount, going so far as to provide me (a technological novice to say the least) with help setting up an email account that was necessary to facilitate the credit card application.

Purchased a fern on clearance but it rang for more money. I discovered after loading and took receipt to returns desk. Ashtyn at customer service didn't believe me so as she called several phone numbers she tuned in to a video on her phone. Someone had to come up and confirm the price as I stood for 10 minutes. I retrieved the plant from the car to prove my claim and finally got the adjustment. Ashtyn was so Bright she had to use her phone calculator to subtract $5.00 from $9.99.Terrible customer service.

I've never been offered help finding things at any other Lowes location. Last night I was offered help by 3 different employees at this particular store.

Thank you, Jeremy for excellent customer service assisting our Samsung refrigerator purchase. The next day we had help from Jessica and another employee with loading. Excellent service, good value. We strongly recommend this Lowe's store.

I drove up to this location because Dublin staff would not help me with an order. Instead I drove up to this location because they had what I was looking for in stock. Every employee I came across today helped me and did not redirect to someone else. Big difference than the Dublin location.

Pretty standard for a Lowe's store...staff is really nice and helpful, and if they're not sure where something is they'll be sure to find someone who does! Recommend this particular location for sure!

Waited for 35 minutes in lumber and finally when I got help the associate helped me with two pieces of treated plywood. One of the pieces was kind of shattered so I asked for another piece, he got angry and threw down his clipboard and his hoodie. Grunting and moaning as he grabs another piece throwing it down.

I'm not sure what I would do if we didn't have Lowe's in town, unless we had a Home Depot!

This Lowe’s is always clean and organized. Most are full of trash. This staff is good to go and very helpful
