The auto shop was awesome. I had recently purchased a used vehicle from MIG and a few things needed fix or replaced. Bill did a great job of making sure that happened and was done correctly. I'm very happy with how everything was handled.

Great customer service… responsive, knowledgeable, worked around our schedule to accommodate our availability, courteous, fair on the trade-in…and provided the more personalized atmosphere versus the larger more aggressive dealerships…service department took great care in prepping the car for delivery, and took the time to recommend better alternatives to selected product ad-ons.

Bought a used car from them in April. It has been in the shop FOUR different times. Not for little cheap things either. Big problems with engine. I can't believe these people can sleep at night knowing what they do. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE BUYING A USED CAR!!! I have never had a worse experience in buying a car. I tell everyone I run into and will continue. This is not a trustworthy place to get a used car!!

We were greeted promptly when we arrived. The people working there were all very friendly. The building and grounds were clean and well maintained. Lee, the salesman, was very friendly and easy to deal with. He went over many of the features of the truck we were interested in. Over all we were impressed with the business.

Very good service, efficient and thorough with good communication. Cost was reasonable for the most part, however cost for a simple change of a small lamp in the 3rd brake light was a bit surprising. Something I could have done myself for less than $10 cost several times that. Overall happy with the service.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPT!!!!

Service Manager is an arrogant douchebag who thinks a masters degree makes him a mechanic. Took my Jeep in for a misfire on cylinder 3. They call and tell me it needs a new engine. The service manager calls me and has zero answer as to what is causing the misfire or low compression or why it needs a new engine instead he wants to argue because I keep asking questions he can't answer. Took it to an honest shop and in reality it just needed new valve cover gaskets, plugs, wires and a coil pack and its just fine.

After buying this jeep, I had issues with it just a few days. After talking with management, they made it right by bringing me a loaner car and fixing the issue. I will say that the main issue was fixed properly, but the issue with the hard shifting in 1st and 2nd gear still seems to be present. Maybe it's just how this jeep is, but it just doesn't seem normal. I would give it 5 starts if that issue had been addressed but it seems because if the long repair time, they may never have checked it out and they brought it back with no wiper fluid which means they didn't check the fluids.

Worst experience. They had a deal on tires. Made an appointment to drop the car off for a first appointment in the morning. They informed us they could not get us in till one. At two o’clock they still had not started on the car. Still not finished at 4:00. Mind you this was to put a round of tires on. Had to make another appointment for the alignment that came with the tires. MIG kept changing that day and time of appointment too. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went in to get a Durango, test drove it got approved for it just to be told the computer was bad and that I had to put another $2,000 down on top of what I was gonna put down, wasn’t told that when I test drove which is ridiculous, then they tried to put in a crv with a bad strut and over 200,000, just a complete waste of my day when I could’ve went somewhere else to get a car

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!
Jared and Todd are top notch. The kindness, service and assistance through the entire process was absolutely the best. I drove 2 hours to see and purchase this Rubicon in large part because of the friendly communication I received from Jared when I called to ask questions and get additional information. I asked for the "out the door price" and Jared did not blink an eye and got that right over to me and that provided a great deal of comfort to me.

Bought a car here years ago from Lee great guy. Call the service center to ask a question and the lady wants to be rude as hell and say well we’re paying them so if you wanna ask a question it has to be on there time. That is the absolute most disrespectful thing someone can say. It’s called a service center for a reason. Pathetic I wish I could rate 0 stars cause clearly this place has went to hell along with the respect of possible customers. Will never recommend this place to anyone again.

I was not in need of a new vehicle but I found a great Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit at MIG. I was in communication with Jared for about a week until I made the decision to drive over 3 hours to Bellfountaine. This was the first dealership that I have walked into and not felt overwhelmed and pressured. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and welcoming. MIG will work with you to get you the best sale they can. Give respect and get respect. Thank you again to Jared, and I would be happy to drive back there in 5 years to make another purchase!

I drive 1 hour and 35 minutes to buy from here even though there's plenty of dealerships close by. I have now purchased 2 used vehicles from MIG. The first one I purchased was a 2016 Honda pilot in 2019, and in 2024 purchased a used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Both experiences were great. Both times I dealt with Lee Spain. He's not your typical salesman. He isn't pushy and honestly tries to do what he can to make the customer happy. Highly recommend stopping in there and seeing what they can do for you if you're in the market for something.

Yesterday i tried to trade my 2014 Dodge Charger i bought off these guys back in 2021 that IVE TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF in the 3+ years I've had it for a 2016 Dodge Charger that they have on the lot...after I told them what kinda deal I'd be interested in and I finally got a answer back over 24 hours later and it WASNT even close to the kind of deal I would of liked,I'll not be taking my business there again anytime in the future period... also I've heard of NUMEROUS NUMEROUS times that this biz has screwed people over in the past,what happened to the day of the car buyer and seller negotiating on a price that's less than asking price? Because they WOULD NOT BUDGE on the price they was asking AT ALL...they must of not wanted to sell the car that bad or they'd of done a better job of trying...period.

I live out of state and was working a deal over the phone. I was told by the salesperson that his manager agreed to my requested trade amount. After we get everything finalized and a deal on paper, I get a text from the manager saying they can’t pay the trade amount that was agreed to and reduced it by a whopping $1500 because the owner won’t take the apparent loss. I have bought many cars but I have never had a dealer back out of their own deal. I am a business owner and understand not wanting to lose money. What I do not understand is backing out of a deal with a customer that my manager agreed to, even if it means I lose money as the business owner. Not interested in doing business here.

I was negotiating a vehicle purchase from Michigan. The car was listed as having passed a safety inspection. When we arrived the tires were essentially bald. I was told they would replace two tires so we went ahead with the purchase.

When I went to Discount Tire the back tires were deemed unsafe as were the front. I had to replace all 4. There was a tire disposal fee and installation, which total was almost 1100. I submitted and was told abruptly they would only cover two. I received a check for one tire. I followed up and had to call twice. I received an additional check which was still less than the two tire base cost.

Overall my experience was a negative one. We didn’t notice an odd smell in the car until we got home and have been unable to rectify a month later with multiple options including carpet cleaning.

Additionally there are a few other things that have been identified to fix. I realize they had me sign as is, and realize now why. So go in with eyes wide open and if you have any mechanic friends have them help you with the purchase or go somewhere else.

Jared and the rest of the team were great to work with. Lee had me through all of the paperwork in no time and had me on my way home. They made buying a truck from 500 miles away easy. Even though I bought a used vehicle, they still spent time explaining how to use everything and asking me if I had any questions. I would recommend MIG to family, friends, and anyone else that reads this review.

Drive almost an hour to look at a truck listed online for almost 16k. After looking and driving it i make an offer just for the sales manager to say its listed at 18,900. Sure could of been a computer error but then he proceeded to tell me the truck had been listed for a week. Note that iv been looking at there website every day for months now looking for something new to pop up and that truck only popped up today with no actual pictures of it online (hint that they just got it) so at this point i know he’s lying. Can i prove they changed the price online right before i got there? No. But this place is definitely shady. Avoid.

My car was overheating so I thought I'd finally get my safety recall taken care of and have them diagnose my overheating issue.

They said they could only schedule me a week later because the part needed ordered. So I waited a week and borrowed a vehicle for work.
I get there, and they tell me they need to order the parts . Incompetent!

For some reason my review was taken down. But I will share it again to warn against the horrifying experience that occurred here.
It was January 2020. We were looking for a van as we had a baby on the way. We picked one out and started the buying process. Of course with any car buying there is negotiating. They start out very low on my car for trade in, which was almost insulting. But we got it up to a decent price and took off some from the van after. Good, no down payment, reasonable monthly, I was fine. We get ready to sign papers. This is where things turn bad. They were asking questions about family or friends living in different counties because it could get us a better deal. No, just keep the deal we agreed on. But it continued to go back and forth then they stick us in the waiting room for close to 4 hours!! I was ready to cancel the deal and go as we've been there over 6 hours now with no communication as to how much longer. Finally they take us back, we sign and we go.
Now a week later I get mail from the finance company that we did not qualify for the loan. So we are not financed and have this car. They told us during signing that the bank was closed (waiting 6 hours I'm sure for that to happen) but the finance manager had a friend there that was putting things through to get the deal moving (clearly not true). MIG calls me a couple days later that they have a better deal for me to call them back. I was on night shift so I didn't pick up. But they called me almost every 30 minutes. Texting me, leaving voicemail about this time sensitive deal. I text them after I got up that I'll call them the next day. I already knew that this deal of a life time was false that they didn't have any finances on this car and have my trade in that has a lien still. I go in the morning and the sales man wanted me to pretend that his mom was my mom so I could get financed with Wright Pratt due to requirement of living in county where one is located. Clearly this is fraud so I've now lost all intrest in doing business. I tell them there is no financing and im not signing anything else because of them trying to get me to commit fraud. The sales manager comes out and I tell him this and he tells me I misheard him that there was just a typo and we need to sign new papers. I refused and asked for my car back and they can have the van back. They told me they already sold it. I told them that it still has the lien and financed with me. I showed them my bank that shows no payments have been made there is a payment due. So I asked nicely for the keys and ill be on my way. They continued to say they sold it and there's no way to get it back. I said fine, I'll report it stollen and they can keep the van cause it's not mine and I'm not committing fraud to cover their mistakes. The sales manager starts screaming at me that they will see me in court. I go outside to call in a stolen car and they come out to talk me down that they will prove that it was sold fair and square. They took me to their title department and asked the lady about the title for my car. She said they can't get it that there is a lien since finance didn't get approved. Since I heard her say this they argued with me for over an hour that I was required to sign new papers or I could be the one responsible for this since now they are attempting to get proper finances. I think I was there for an hour after this trying to work things out. Finally we came to an agreement with a different, local bank and they lowered the price a lot more and practically paid off the loan to my trade in before I would sign anything.

By far this was the worst experience of my life and I will continue to warn people about the illegal and shady stuff that happened here. Even if it was 4 years ago and my original post is not up any longer. It must still be known.

So far so good. Sam was great and worked quick! They wanted me to get my SUV as much as I did and made it happen! A lot of places wouldn't take the extra time to work with me and they went above and beyond! I didn't want to settle and I ended up with a suv that is even better than the one I was looking at originally (and the color I preferred) I've read a lot of reviews and I'm only on day 1 but the actual buying process was quick and easy. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I'll update once I deal with the service side.

The first time we went in we left because,we couldn't afford the down payment. Went back and made a deal. signed papers and paid the down payment that we agreed to and we could afford . 2weeks later saw they ran another credit so called and was told they were working on a new deal to lower our payments . We got there on Monday and was told they lowered our payments by $4. 00. But we had to pay more down, we were shocked and did not have the money. They made the mistake. We signed new papers and are having to pay the dealer monthly for their mistake Not right ! It is sad how there is no integrity or honesty left in dealerships.

Worst care experience I've ever had I love the truck no problems with ot but now it's going on 45 day of me having the truck I was told I had to change phone c9mpanys because I was on a family members plan my payments was supposed to be 205.08 a month I've been waiting for my white title so I can get tags before tye expire date and I just received a letter from the financial institution saying letter of incomplete try to talk to someone about it and I get avoided

Check everything on the car when you go here to buy a car,suv,truck. The truck I bought off them has so may problems on it . First the wheel hub was bad drove it home sat for the weekend and took it to work and the wheel fell off on the freeway. Second the sway arm was cracked. Third the ignition switch went out and wouldn't start after I got to work. Had to tow it twice there. Third heating and cooling went out. Sold it to me for 20,000 and it wasn't even a 7000 dollar truck. And they will ignore whatever you have to say.
Second sold me a jeep with locknuts on it with no wrench to get the wheels off. Was going to do a brake job on it and take the tires in to put new tires on. But didn't provide the lock nut key for it. One of the back tires blew because they sold it with half warn tires . It's a mess

Bought a car here a few years ago and had nothing but problems since, car had a warped head which required the motor to be replaced and I recently found out my radiator supports weren’t on the car and the radiator was zip tied to the car. Don’t buy a car here unless you like wasting your money

We worked with Lee and he was super friendly and knowledgeable! I appreciated his knowledge of the car he is selling even pointed out fun facts and specs that I had no idea about. My husband has a Grand Cherokee so I kind of wanted a smaller version of that. My must haves are a remote power lift assist, heated and vented seats, heated steering wheel and a good size sun roof. This Jeep Compass has everything my husband has in his Grand Cherokee and it was perfect for me. It was a smooth sale and very straight forward which we appreciated. Lee even recommended a restaurant for us to check out at the cute downtown area in Bellefontaine since we drove in from Cbus. It was a great day!!

We drove 7 hours (round trip) from KY to purchase a used Honda Passport. We chose MIG because Lee (sales manager) was honest and gave us the best price the first time (without playing games and without hidden fees). We love the vehicle so far! Our sales person, Madalyn, was wonderful also. We did everything on the phone or electronically before we made the trip and it was a great buying experience.

I had my eye on a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at MIG Chrysler a couple weeks ago. As I did not know a salesperson at this dealership, I was introduced to Maddie for assistance in potentially purchasing the vehicle. Maddie ranks at the top of the list of any sales representative I've ever dealt with. She applied absolutely no pressure and worked diligently to accommodate my predetermined budget limits. She even exceeded my trade-in value expectation. Needless to say, I drove my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon off the lot within two hours of meeting Maddie. From this point forward, Maddie will be my first call when I desire a change in vehicles.

I had have wonderful business here. Truly and I mean TRULY AMAZING!!!!!!! These guys were amazing not pushy and more of an amazing and very friendly staff. Madison and everyone was great I didn't think. I would be able to get the car for my trade in and they made sure I got it and was satisfied. Will be doing more business in the future with them. 10/10 great people I'm for sure gonna recommend friends and family here because this place was the first place I've ever been to where they didn't just think about making a sale and wanting money they made sure I was happy had great conversations with them and just overall GREAT. I cannot express how pleased we were with the service department. We took our truck in for oil change and 12 point inspection. They told us they recommended changing the rear brakes. So we decided to change them ourselves and had some issues. We had to take the truck back to have the brakes bleed without any questions they were remarkable service and very reasonable. I highly recommend this service department to anyone. Thank you for such great service and friendly atmosphere.
