Steve Austin's Auto Group are always professional and prompt! I purchased my vehicle there a few years ago and it has not been serviced any other place, including body work twice after deer collisions.

Lance did a great job explaining the difference in the different trim levels and was very knowledgable about the vehicles. Once I purchased the vehicle, he did a great job explaining the functionality and helping me get everything connected.
The purchasing of the vehicle was very smooth. All of the information about the purchase price and financing options were communicated openly and honestly. They even went the extra mile to work with the bank that I had my lease with of my previous vehicle to have Steve Austin's be lease drop off location so that I did not have to turn it in somewhere else.

Bryce and the body shop crew are awesome! Fixed my equinox deer damage very quickly and extremely well! So sorry the insurance company screwed around but so glad they finally came through! Will recommend and use in the future if needed.

Service advisors and service Manager were very nice and knowledgeable. I came in unscheduled for an oil change on my 2500 HD but also had a few other items I was hoping to have serviced before a long trip and they were able to get everything done. Fantastic

They weren't sattisfied until I was satisfied. They took a problem that I couldn't get fixed elsewhere. They ripped out the entire radio and replaced it to fix the issue. No more annoying rumbling noise. Thank you.

This is a shout-out to the service department!. Had a transmission breakdown on a Thursday night. I had the vehicle towed to Steve Austin's in Bellefontaine that night. The service rep called with a diagnosis and estimate by noon the next day. I gave him the ok to do the work Transmission replacement) by 2:30 on Friday afternoon. He told me to expect it to be done by the following Thursday. To my surprise... I received a call on Tuesday afternoon that it was ready to be picked up. I thought the original expectation was good but to get it back 2 days earlier was incredible. Thank you for going above and beyond. Customer Service and work completed A+++

fixing a tire that had a nail in it. Good turnaround time and convenient. A little pricy compared to a shop in Kenton but ok.
Major concern with selling me a used vehicle without the correct tires. Supposed to be 20 inch but has 17 inch. Speedometer is 10 mph off most likely odometer will be as well. Would like an opportunity to discuss options but only answer I got was sorry.

Made an appointment for tires and a alignment, got my truck a back an the steering wheel was not straight, called them made another appointment to fix it, guess we will see.

Also took them another truck for random misfire, the charged me $100 dollars to tell me it was the motor an it would need rebuilt.
We I had time I checked it out it was a cracked coul arking out on the motor. They completely missed this. I told them an asked for a refund and they told me they couldn't do that.

I use this shop alot because of convenience and being a dealership. I use to use there body shop until they screwed me over there too. I highly recommend R&R auto body. Wish there was another local dealership.

Had issue with car after repairs. I brought it in for inspection. I had a replacement part acting up and after inspection was told no codes, errors, or issues were seen. I explained I have photo evidence the dashboard was showing problems with it.

I then felt bullied or threatened by the body shop staff to accept their decision.

Don’t listen to their lies when they say they guarantee a lifetime warranty on all work done. When the time comes to make good on the promise, they threaten and bully.

Will never recommend anyone to go there and will never do business with Steve Austin again.

We had my vehicle repaired at the body shop for the first time. THEY WERE AMAZING TO WORK WITH!! I would highly recommend them to everyone. They communicated with me every step of the way, which I greatly appreciate. It did take quite a bit of time to get the vehicle in. But it's understandable.

Great dealership! Came here to get my paperwork done for the car I bought in their Lakeview location and RJ was super kind and helpful through the process! I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly, never felt more welcomed and actually treated as an equal!

My elderly parents called about the ac on the truck they had purchased at Steve Austin’s and were told they had a warranty to bring it in and they would look at. After looking at the truck and seeing what was wrong with it, they looked up the warranty and found out the warranty was expired. They then charged my parents $107 for what they had looked at. I am very unhappy with this! They asked my parents to come in and they charged them when they told them there was a valid warranty. The mistake was on Steve Austin’s part, there should have been no charge !

Steve Austins has been around for many years. I bought my most recent truck from them after looking all over the state for one. I probably paid a little more than some other place, but it is convenient to have your service local, and seemingly, they have a good warranty plan for the used vehicles.

My husband forgot to ask you about getting my drivers seatbelt longer as it is hard to use !! Live dealt with this to long as it is extremely tight !! It catches me up around my neck also ! Your service is great ! No problems

was there at 730 am for recall notices and a full service As the tasks were completed i was up dated Enjoyed a cup of Fresh hot coffee with Dave Woods great salesman and Awesome guy to know 930 my trk was out front and ready
