Quality Inn & Suites - Circleville, OH

Absolutely loved the area!!! Rooms could use upgrade!! We paid $200 for a king suite with the Jacuzzi tub... Extremely spacious and loved the size, but the tub has a leak around the faucet. The bathroom sink also leaked. Hallways had a smell of chemicals or something... Staff was friendly and extremely helpful!!! We visited Hocking Hills, so wasn't in the actual hotel long. Breakfast was Eggs, sausage, plenty of grab and go items, and also had waffle irons to make fresh waffles. Nice selection.

Bed bugs! I woke up with bites on my back. The TV never worked with the remote control. Staff not very friendly. The best thing was it was company paid. Do not waste your money. All those tiny dots in the Pic are bed bugs. Was told they are in a remodel. But never saw anyone working.

This place will scam you! A woman answered and took my reservation. I called back 10 minutes later to cancel my reservation and a man answered and said no woman was working all day and refused to cancel my reservation. I highly do not recommend this place, especially after reading other reviews as well.

I ended up staying at the Hampton Inn. Once I checked in, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at the Quality Inn. The whole place looked unkept and run downed from the outside. Where I had to park, in back and one the side was scary. The side door looked liked it was pried open with a crow bar and the hallways were horrible. The room looked OK and clean. But when I went out for dinner and saw the Hampton Inn, it was like a relief. So I went back to Quality Inn, got my stuff and stayed at Hampton. I canceled my stay at Quality Inn in Circleville for the return trip and will stay at Hampton in instead.

The worst stay at any Choice motel. The hot breakfast was not to be desired. Eggs sausage and waffles was not satisfying. We found a pecan on the floor in the room and the toilet didn't appear to be sanitized. The mattress slides when getting into bed on the metal frame. The shade was 4 inches too short for the window. The AC didn't keep the room cool enough. We were too tired from a long day traveling and were afraid if we ask for a different room we would be put on the 2nd floor and no elevator. I cannot recommend this Hotel nor would I ever stay in it again.

I ordered my room online strength from the quality inn website came to the counter and gave her my debit card she gave me my room keys and went up to my room as soon as I turned on the lights two roaches scattered and ran up under the back of the entertainment center. And then I looked in the chair and said no wonder they got roaches it was dried up Bryce and other dried up stuff in the chair. Then I was inspecting the room further to make sure I knew what it was that I saw and therefore it was definitely a little Roach. And then after I saw the Roches in my room I went down to the lobby and checked out. It wasn't even 15 minutes later after checking out I needed to use the restroom so I went into the lobby by restroom it is clear that nobody cleans often enough to keep it from being infested.

Very disappointed.. checked into the room there was bugs all over. Couldn't even put the shades down due to the bug infestation. The place smelled of smoke. The lock was broke on the door. When I went back to let them know I wouldn't be staying he told me all the rooms had bugs due to crop season. He was actually outside working on his truck, I told him I wanted a refund and he told me I would have to get it through the online booking site. I have went back and forth for 3 days the booking site says the hotel has to approve the refund and they won't. The fact is My son didn't feel safe staying there and I wouldn't leave my dog there. Very nasty and unsafe. AND it was Hot and the air conditioner wouldn't work I turned it to 69 and he informed me that it wouldn't get that cool that I shouldn't bother turning it down. Very rude and unprofessional. I do plan on filing a complaint with the better business bureau and disputing with my credit card company. We ended up having to pay for another hotel.. bottom line services not rendered money should be returned!!!

Positive: "" Negative: Entry door doesn't block out hallway light. There was no hot water for a shower at anytime of day. The shower curtain was too short for the unit and was hard to contain the water. No hair dryer. The metal box the beds sits on is noisy when sleeping.

I would not stay here again. Bed was ok, tv was nice. Room had a stale smoky odor of weed. Kitchen area in my room had loose trash in the cupboard that should have easily been seen by the cleaners. Microwave was dirty. Shower curtain bottom was grimy. Outside grounds were not attractive and there was lots of trash laying around, especially at side door entrance.

Hotel was perfect for a quick stay. Rooms hallways entrance were clean n kept. Man who checked us in, in the afternoon was very friendly but the morning guy was a real jerk. The front counter was unattended for hrs AT NIGHT INTO THE EARLY MORNING WHEN THE NIGHT WOMAN LEFT n He was an HR late getting breakfast even started and most people were there on business including us. He was rude, racist, and sexists towards us the entire morning as if we were wrong to be still waiting. The pool was fresh and clean looking but yet we weren't aloud to swim and with no explanation.

Positive: I couldn?t wait to get out! Room on second floor, stairs were dirty didn?t want to touch the railing or doors. The ac in our room leaked on the carpet causing a big mold ring. Train runs right behind the hotel. Trash along back fence Negative: Stunk like mold and mildew. Very noisy.

For $140 and a broken pool, I'm very concerned about what they think they are worth. Room was pretty good, tv and bed were nice. Water pressures non existent, but it did the trick. Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Definitely better than the Obetz location. But all quality inn and suites locations charge your card with an "authorization charge" for the full amount, and then charge again the next day. So you need double the amount And then the other one falls off in a week. It's stupid.

The worst Choice Hotel I have ever stayed in. The outside doesn't even have a nice sign identifying the hotel. And in bad need of an update. Certainly wouldn't attract people driving by. The man who checked me in was very short/ abrupt in his comments - never made eye contact - sounded annoyed. And it went down hill from there. The room was adequate size and looked okay at 1st. But the bathroom was horrible. No hot water in sink. When I looked under the sink there was a significant leak. And there was an ice bucket there to catch the leaking water No holder for the toilet paper so 2 partial roll were setting on the sink counter beside the ice bucket / glasses. No hair dryer - just the base on the wall. The microwave and fridge were nice. And the bed was comfortable.
The hot breakfast was adequate but I couldn't even eat there after seeing the unhealthy BR.
The checkout lady was very efficient and pleasant. Is close to many stores/ restaurants/ major road

We stayed here one night and it was great. Room was up to date and clean. The hot breakfast was good. The usual hotel fare. The employees were nice. I will stay here again if I'm in the area and need accommodations.

No hot water for two days straight in room 118. Paid way too much to get cold showers. Staff never offered to change room or give a discount. Illegal to not provide simple hot water. Also back door slamming all night long. Although it’s not the worst it’s also not the best but hospitality here is sub par and horrible

I really want to have a conversation with the manager because the desk man/maintenance man was so rude , I get that people have bad days but what he did to me like others from reviews it's becoming abundantly clear this man is getting kickbacks from lying about people and saying they smoked or ruined rooms. I will give props to the management for making things right.

Outstanding staff, friendly and very pleasant. Management was very professional and responsive to the needs of all guests. Thank you Quality Inn for a great experience. Oh, and your lounge is first class

Nice room and clean overall…BUT the room smells like someone just walked out after smoking in it. It’s very strong so if you don’t like the smell of cigarette smoke, don’t stay here even though it says it’s a nonsmoking hotel. It’s very disappointing and if I could be would leave right now.

The hotel is located in a central area close to Walmart and fast food. The staff is friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I wanted to stay on the first floor but the only first floor king beds were handicap accessible rooms. I accepted this, and should not have. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean overall, but the temp control on the shower and the shower itself were very sub par. I wouldn't have been able to use those facilities if I had poor hand strength.

We stayed here during a trip through the Mid-West. The staff were good, especially the man we checked out with. The rooms were fine except for one issue. It was pretty strange but we encountered it with 2 different rooms. On several beds when you sat on them, especially on the edge, it would make a loud sound like thunder rumble. I don't know if you could hear it in the neighboring rooms but it was disruptive when you got into and out of bed during the night. Overall the beds and rooms were comfortable except for that issue. I also really liked the breakfast. It included waffles, eggs, and sausage. You also had several types of juices. Overall except for the beds it was a very enjoyable stay.

Or stay was quiet, comfortable, and clean. If you want a room that is ultra modern, this is not what you want. If you want a nice room for a good price, right on the main path through town, near almost anything you need, you will get exactly that.

First room, not very clean and heat/air unit didn't work. Moved rooms. Second was much cleaner, but in the morning there was just enough water to brush your teeth. No water - hot or cold. Warning, if there is air in the water line, get a different hotel! At check-out another guest was complaining of the same problem. The clerk said the water department usually let's them know when pressure will be down. Problem is, it was a Saturday morning...Public Works wasn't working that day.

While this was convenient for me in my travel, I didn’t feel particularly comfortable during my stay due to being one of few guests there, not feeling welcomed, and feeling like the property was pretty out of date. My window was open to my room when I came in, which felt not super secure, and the glass to the entry door had also been smashed. I just didn’t feel like it was a particularly nice hotel for the amount of money I paid unfortunately.

We have good memories of our night at the Quality Inn in Circleville. Great bed, clean room, and delicious food in the morning. Thank you.

The hotel is dated. Some upgrades have been made in the last few years but it could do with new flooring and paint and some fixtures. Overall the room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel. It is horrible. He basically stole money from us. I was up there for work check into priceline we get to the hotel my husband notices the garbage in the parking lot then but we did not realize how bad the rooms were in shape and the customer service was absolutely awful. I asked for a hairdryer, because there was not one in the room, they did bring me a hairdryer. I told him the end that I would like to check out we was not pleased. He asked me what my problem was. We called Priceline got another room right down the road immediately, so we were literally in the room, no more than 20 to 25 minutes , they tried to say we were there for more than two hours. That’s not true I didn’t even get off work till 4 o’clock. The health department needs to shut this hotel down so anyone else that has had a bad experience with this hotel needs to call the health department to. I will be calling them until I can get the doors locked on this hotel . All you have to do is read the other reviews I will be posting pictures.

Taking off 1 star because the fridge kept freezing everything despite my changing the setting. It wasn't plugged in when I got here so that could be part of the problem. Front desk said that there have been a lot of contractors here working on things. There is also a stench of raw sewage in the bathroom. Don't know where it's coming from. I have tried everything in cleaning and spraying, but it doesn't really go away. Think there was a leak at one time because the toilet connectors are brand new.
