Purchased my vehicle from out of state, Janet was very helpful getting this deal done and staying in contact throughout the process and even made sure someone was there on a holiday weekend to allow me to fly in and pick up the keys. Also very patient while I tried to work out the logistics of moving the vehicle several states when the transportation companies failed me.

Wonderful…. My oil change was completed in a timely manner. Service also followed up anything on parts recall and any issues they seen in the near future that could be a problem.

My son took his new to him truck in for the first oil change and the staff was friendly and the service was on time and he was out of there in less than an hour. He didn’t mind the wait since they were checking out other items to make sure he would be safe on the roads.

I have been on the hunt for the right pickup for over a year now and I had a very specific list of wants and needs. I've worked with a large number of dealerships and associates through this hunt, and I can genuinely say, by far, Shanna has been one of the easiest to work with. Best of all, she was so thorough that I had zero doubts about this purchase. She helped every step of the way, made sure the truck was prepped and ready to haul horses the minute it arrived in North Dakota, made sure everything went smooth on their end for shipping (third party that I hired), and even answered some of my odd questions when I didn't have enough cell service to double check specs for myself.

Due to short staffing, I experienced a little bit of a wait before I was able to have my car serviced but Mark was upfront and direct about the delay and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Had an apt. To have a bulb put in my car and was told should only be 30 min and I had to go out and see if it was done and hour and half later and he said yes it is,sorry but I’ve been busy,but anyway,I will not be taking my car back there anymore!!! Use to be a good place to go to!!!

My truck came in two days after knee surgery and they were very helpful in get all the paper word and truck delivered. Would highly recommend them!
