Habitat for Humanity ReStore - Marion, Ohio

I love this store! Bought a beautiful couch there. Wish they had delivery. But I put couch on roof of my car, tied it down and home I made it! Lol. Great store.

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about the items they have in store. Lots of items to choose from for household needs.

Took in a few items from remodeling at the house. Staff was helpful and they needed what I had. Hope my stuff find a new home!

Love going here! Never know what you will find. Prices vary. If you are remodeling on a budget sometimes you can find items here on the cheap. Used furniture items priced great! They also have new wayfair items( pricey for me) but cheaper than ordering from wayfair. Check it out!

I enjoy coming here and looking at the used furniture. Occasionally you find something nice and/or useful in here at a steal. Like this location very much. Although the place they put it is kind of out of the way.

Restore has great second hand finds for home construction and recycled paint! I enjoy popping in and seeing what treasures I can find. This location is a bit hidden on the backside of the complex so you won’t see it from the Main Street.

We donated many items here today and I am so impressed with the people working out there. We pulled up with a trailer load of heavy furniture donations and they didn't blink before coming right out and helping us unload. They were so professional and VERY VERY thankful. We will always donate household items here from now on! Thoroughly impressed.

I find a lot of things there , they are Reasonable priced , They are always kind and courteous and willing to help you when you shop there

The staff is really friendly, and the prices are unbeatable. I'm getting all my furniture and appliances here from now on.

Marion County's Hidden Secret... I can't Visit without Buying Something. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT BUYS, and Always a GREAT FEELING knowing what you purchase or DONATE serves the community. So if Your Bored,or find time on your hands, or if ya want to get rid of extra things you No longer use or Need call for a pick up. Or GO TO THE RESTORE!!!

They posted an ad on craigslist for a chest freezer Saturday. They weren't open again until Monday because of the holiday. I called as SOON AS they opened Monday morning. I was more than willing to pay the full price and the delivery fee to bring it to Columbus without even looking at it. She said it needed some parts, which are actually hard to find. She wouldn't take cash when it got here, and I didn't have much money on cards (as I run a cash business), so she had me drive somewhere to put cash on a card. I also finally found the parts and ordered them. After working on this situation for hours, going back and forth with her on the phone all morning, when I called here with the card number she said..."I just sold it about a minute ago". We're still looking for a used chest freezer that size, and this whole situation has left a bad taste in our mouth about the Marion Restore. It's not right to string someone a long all morning and put them through a bunch of hassle's to just sell it to someone else. If you know I'm going to buy it and I'm doing everything possible for that...stick a sold sticker on it...

I saw that the owner replied several years later. You, in fact, are the liar. You should be ashamed of yourself being associated with something like Habitat and on here lying. 100% of this post is true. This is very bold to try to call me a liar.

Edit: You're wearing down my patience with you. You had a big chest freezer for sale. I called about it, the lady told me it's available and that it needed a part for the drain. I explained that I don't want to buy the part if they're going to sell it to someone else. I ordered the part and told them I was on my way to pick up the freezer and she said she would hold it for me since I'm in the truck on the way to get it. I get almost into Marion from Columbus and she calls and says someone just bought it. That's a real frustrating thing to deal with so...I left this review. You can't get out of an honest customer reviews by lying and asking me to take down my review. It's looking very pathetic on your reviews page. My next contact will be the home office if you do anything other than own up and apologize.
