James and Timothy delivered our new fridge today and it was a pleasant experience. They were efficient and answered all my questions. Furthermore, they were considerate and helped move items in our house to ensure nothing was damaged when they took out the old fridge and brought the new one in. I would highly recommend their delivery services and appliance expertise. Thanks!

My husband purchased an air conditioner that cost over $500 on Monday and this morning on Sunday it quit working. We took it back to Lowe's and Beckley West Virginia and we were told they would not do anything about it. We could not get a replacement that we would have to contact the manufacturer. We had the air conditioner look 6 days there's no way that air conditioner can go bad in 6 days. We did not do anything to the air conditioner besides hook it up and plug it in. We tried to move it to several different plugins in our house and it still wouldn't work. Lowe's in Beckley is a joke. Since when do they not take anything back that you've had for more than 48 hours? So now with all this heat we have to wait on the manufacturer to return our phone call! Who knows when that will be! To try to get a replacement or to have this one fixed! I am beyond livid!

Bought abunch of indoor and outdoor plants some annuals and some perennials customer service helpful and fast nice neat clean organized and products easy to find

Nice clean store and friendly people. I had to make a delivery on saturday and had no problem getting unloaded

If I could give this store a zero I definitely would. We were supposed to receive a delivery between 8-12 never came.. Spoke with a rude assistant manager of deliveries who made it real clear she could care less if we received our order. Asked for a higher up manager she said she was it. Husband told her he would be there in the morning to speak with her Manager and she said you go right ahead. Hung up. Fast forward roughly 4 hours later almost 8pm their driver calls lost can't find job. Husband tells him what and where to deliver it. Driver says great guess I'll never see my family today.. I could go on but I don't think it will let me put that many words in here. I have been in retail 40 years. Bottom line you don't treat customers with attitude and disregard. You don't make excuses about trucks tore up and being short staffed as this is not the customers fault. All that from someone who is in a supervising capacity. As far as the driver you don't complain about your job and personal problems to the customer as you picked your job and that is not the customers problem. All you did was really let the customer know that you consider them an inconvenience. There are two employees who jumped in and handled it like pro's. Justin at the Pro desk today and Adam who took care of everything last night with ease all while being a professional and showing kindness. Really Lowe's of Beckley DO BETTER! OH YEAH PLEASE HIRE ONE PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONES!!!!!

My husband and I had a great experience with William at The Garden Center today! He did a very good job maintaining one long line all by himself… with no help and he ROCKED it!!! Thank you William. I am shining a bright light on you now!!

It’s so disappointing every time I go into the plant section 95% of your indoor plants are infested with thrips & sometimes spider mites. Thrips are the hardest pests to get rid of..most can’t. Not only do they dig themselves in the leaves making it harder but the females don’t need a male to reproduce. So you’re selling plants.. especially the big pricey plants that are COVERED in those bugs. Plants that will die. So wasted money

I never leave reviews but felt obligated. My father took an appliance back within a week that a function didn't work on it and they wouldn't exchange it for a new product because it's past 48 hours, even with the purchase of the 2 year warranty! Took it to another location and they exchanged it right away. I would stay away from this location. Awful!

Great sale on appliances but NO customer service! Was there an hour waiting for someone to assist. One lady said she would be right with me, never came back! Drove to Fayetteville and was in and out in 20 minutes with three appliances purchased!! Make the drive to Fayetteville!! Well worth the drive!!

I have purchased my whole bathroom shower toilet sink flooring. When we go to return a sink faucet because it was returned to them used they sold it to us and won't return it or exchange it when we have the receipt. It was $169 sink faucet. They said it has to be put back on the card and we will have to buy a new one but it will take 5 to 7 days for the return to get put on my card. We need a different home improvement store near Beckley. You can never find any help in that place at all either.

Julie in the Appliances was Fantastic!!! She was very helpful in our purchase of a Hot water Heater. She is very knowledgeable of all the Appliances!! If you shop at Lowe's for an Appliance, ask for Julie!!!

I witnessed a customer making a return which was not suppose to be returned after it was installed, a toilet. He made a very sexist remark to 3 female employees, 1 clerk and 2 managers AND then asked for a “male” manager because he said the women weren’t capable of doing what he wanted. The GM, a male, approved the return. It’s very sad that the manager did not stand up for his employees. Beware of buying a “ used” toilet from Lowe’s of Beckley.

Lowes is a great place, we all go there. I just ask folks, ask for help to find something or use the lowes app...it's like AI to point you to where you need to go. Lowes employes do help and get the job done...just remember they only have so much staff, say 20. We are in the shoppers, and may out number staff so think about that

As always it was terrible there's never anybody around to help they only had one cashier thing opened and well over half the stuff they advertise of having they do not have in stock and tells you it's on a 6-month backorder I wish there was a Home Depot around here then Lowe's might start taking their customers serious and put them first over profits bonuses and corporate Jets

Yes a new dryer Shaw salesman was great remember always get extended warranty I did 5 years 129 dollars. BOTH are dryers broke with in a week so we got new at Lowe's great prices oh yea delivery was free and what a good driver they have. You don't mine tipping for the best delivery service ever thanks
