Enterprise Truck Rental - Huntington, WV

Horrible Experience! Scheduled to rent a 16 ft. Stakebed truck. When I got to the location, I find out the truck could not be rented. I asked why they hadn't called to let me know - Oh we were just calling. I was scheduled to pick it up at noon - got there a little after noon. Neither employee apologized for the inconvenience only "we understand." We had to drive 30 miles to pick it up. I asked for the Manager for the truck rental - called and left a message for Kevin Thompson to call back - no return call. I will never rent from Enterprise again - by the way, Uhaul is a third of the cost of Enterprise.

Really, truly can't say enough nice things about this place. I needed a truck to move my stuff but don't feel comfortable driving large trucks for long distances. They were able to find a high roof cargo van for me and made sure I had it for my moving day. It was the perfect size and fit my entire two bedroom apartment. Their prices are UNBEATABLE, by a long shot. The damage waiver gave me the peace of mind that the vehicle was completely protected, since most insurances don't transfer to commercial vehicles. I was running late and came in right before close yet Kevin was happy to help. He made sure my needs were completely met and even had my paperwork ready when I got there, making it a quick and seamless process. Kevin and everyone else who works there, you are awesome!! I will never use another company for my moving needs. The customer service from Kevin was world class.

Every time I've needed a truck they have met my need ,and I've been treated respectfully. The trucks have been very clean and dependable, had no problems whatsoever. If and when I need to rent a truck they are definitely my go to place .
