6 out 5 stars! Danielle started us off with a great first impression to connect us with Anthony who perfectly matched the paint we needed when their competitors could not.

Brian gave me a lot of help selecting my new sprayer according to my needs. I brought it home and it malfunctioned, so I took it back. Brian took the time to research and troubleshoot the problem. He found that the problem was me! I had filled the sprayer with ingredients that clogged it. Then amazingly, he clean out the mess as well. Now, where in the world do you find service like this these days?

Brian at the Elkins location was super helpful! He found what I was looking for and carried it for me, I really appreciated all his help!

Stopped by for a quick purchase of concrete. The gentleman in the back of the store was quite helpful. While Deb was ringing up the sale, Brian noticed what was in my cart and offered to help me to my car and get it loaded. I was very appreciative of their courtesy and friendliness.

Shout out for Brian, store asst. manager; he helped me load concrete blocks when no one was available in that department. Thanks Brian!!

So helpful. There was 1bag of white cement in the store and Brian searched dutifully, down low and up high on a ladder before finding it (not before doing research to support me figuring out exactly which kind I should purchase.) A positive experience.

Brian is amazing when it comes to help. He steps up before any of the others. He's always willing to go the extra mile for you.. He's very polite. If the store could only have more like him. He's the one who I choose to wait on me when I have a question. He always goes above and beyond for his customers. Would love to see him as the store manager. Man the store could use more Brian's when it comes to customer service.

Gm was unapproachable and slightly knowledgeable but I overall love the staff and selection. Wonderful new Cashiers up front Danielle and Dyllan? When you come in ask for Brian he gets things done! Mike was nice

Brian, assistant manager, is always so helpful. He was on his lunch and came out to help me and my husband find gutters. He is just really nice. Really, all the employees are helpful and nice. Great people, great products, great prices!

Brian was incredible, I had a small situation I was dealing with when I was visiting from California. I made a small accident at the airbnb I was staying at and needed to fix it ASAP before anyone figured anything out, thank the heavens I had brian to guide me through the mess I made. I was able to get the supplies I needed to fix a hole in the wall that was totally and completely unintentional, but thanks to his expertise, the fix was hardly even noticeable and i got out scott free with no qualms from the airbnb owner. Phew! That was a close one ‍

I know most store owners only hear complaints. So this time I'm giving an acknowledgment of a job well done. Seth, at store 68, went out of his way to help me with my project. I was in a hurry, and he helped me find and load my list of materials. I had to get the job done before dark, and with Seth's help, I made it. Replaced 5- 6×6 treated post and 3 deck boards in about 5 hours. Thanks Seth

I enjoy going to Busy Beaver. All the employees are very friendly & helpful, especially Angela! She is super nice & knowledgeable about her job.

I love going in and looking at all the seasonal decorations. They have a great selection of lawn decorations and also cards for all occasions. In the spring and summer months the flowers are always beautiful. I never walk in without being greeted and ask several times by employees if they can help me find anything. Thanks for being in our neighborhood.

The staff at the Elkins Busy Beaver does an excellent job of taking care of their customers!! Kenny Trail especially goes above and beyond in servicing his customers!! I have often recommended this store!!

one of the best experiences I've ever had in any store. this hardware store literally has about anything you could ever need for any project inside or outside of your home or business. but, one particular employee was absolutely amazing. Angela at the Elkins WV busy beaver was amazing. she was so knowledgeable about the store and products. she personally helped me find everything I needed and some things that I forgot that I needed for my project. thank you Angela for your amazing service.

Brian was exceptional !!! I came in this evening not knowing what color paint I wanted or supplies I would need. As I stood there confused I heard a voice with the perfect tone with the melody of a songbird. As I turned foggy and blinded by the lights Brian appeared in a way only reserved for mythological gods. At this moment I knew he retained the knowledge I lusted for. He appeared to hover across his perfectly shined floor from the Shelf he had stocked flawlessly with impeccable precision. He knew the exact color I needed as he mixed the perfect can of paint. A color so deeply endless yet shallow enough to wash away your 2nd thoughts, sorrows, and fears. He swiftly hand-picked my supplies as I hung on his every word. As I was second-guessing myself on the project at hand he coached me like Cus D'Amato and made me feel like I was the greatest an the best Champion there's ever been. At the register it was like the items scanned themselves. As I walked away he said thank you so much for shopping at busy beaver YOU GET EM CHAMP as the other employees cheered for me to complete my project and for Brian for his outstanding performance as the man, the myth, the legend..... Brian the busiest Beaver of all !!!!

The Staff are friendly and most helpful, Angela Turner is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and always smiling. She’s a great person.

I always find what I need with the help of employees, and they have one of the best cashiers Angela. She is always super friendly and social with costumers.

Anthony was very helpful and nice!! He made choosing paint the simplest it’s ever been for me! You can just tell he truly cares about his customers and is great at what he does! He even asked if I needed any help taking everything to my car! 10/10 would recommend!

Angie Turner is always willing to help me while I’m in the store. She is very knowledgeable about the different products in the store and makes great recommendations. I think she should be a manager. I always look for her while shopping.

Brian at the paint section was wonderful. I told him the paint color I was looking for and he mixed up a custom color for me and it was exactly the color I envisioned for a project I'm working on. Very knowledgeable and very nice.

Went in for the first time just last week to look around and was surprised how nice the store was compared to some similar ones ive been to around WV. Ended up asking where a couple things were and the employee Brain was very helpful, I decided to come back to pick up some lawncare stuff and Brian was there again and was even more helpful when I knew what I was looking for.

I really like busy beaver the manager Melvin really works with you to get what you want Experience by our back door was great couldn’t ask for a better company. I’m really good people to work with. Thank you Melvin.

Angie is the best cashier, she always has excellent customer service, always helping me find what I need and she is always smiling and I will be coming back to see her smiling face!
Anthony is another hard worker that I enjoy seeing when I go into busy beaver, he always helps me with the exact paint color I need and he matches it to the exact color, definitely my favorite paint guy!

Brian was exceptional, worked well in the fast paced environment and handled multiple customers simultaneously. He was able to fulfill my paint needs with a perfect match to the color I wanted. Will be coming back!

Upon purchasing crown molding, Brian (assistance manager) and Tristan were super helpful and honored sales signs that were incorrect.

I have lived here for going on 3 years and every time I go in with a plumbing problem I have gotten great help. the Assistant Manager practically held my hand and walked me threw all the steps I needed to take to fix my problem. I am a stay at home mom of 5 and 6 months pregnant with our 6th (though I am fat so I don't look that pregnant and people around here aren't super nice to me because 1 I am fat and 2 I am not originally from here and at best I am used to being ignored when I need help or at it's worst I get rude comments and "your not from around here" treatment in most places.) I was praying for an angel to come my way and help me because my husband is an otr trucker who won't be home for another 10 days. I was able to get home with enough sunlight to attempt the fix and got it fixed within 5 minutes. I am so so grateful for Brian for talking me threw everything and being patient with my pregnant brain. THANK YOU The prices are a little higher but honestly I am willing to pay a little more for the customer service.
