Nando's Exterior Cleaning

We were referred to Nando’s by our neighbor and we were very happy with the results! We needed to have our gutters cleaned as they were overflowing in two places and we have many gutters with several nearly 3 stories high! They came promptly on the day scheduled, had all the specialized equipment, showed us pictures of what they found and cleared and were done in less than two hours!

We were very happy with the price and the work completed. We will definitely use Nando’s again.

Nando’s did a wonderful job cleaning our exterior windows. We have a large home with about 30 windows and skylights. They were even willing to get on the roof to clean the skylights. Nando has a special cleaning system. They run water through a purification system which does an amazing, spotless cleaning. They are a very professional group, always leaving text messages as to arrival times, etc. We highly recommend them.

Since leaving my original review which addressed a few issues we had with the work done to our house and damage to our patio, Nando has reached out to me and gone above and beyond to make things right. Beyond offering a full refund, he has brought in a handy man to fix the damages to our patio. Sometimes things happen, but Nando doing whatever it takes to make things right means a lot.

Scheduled pressure washing for the house and tacked on the deck as well after they arrived. Very professional and thorough completion.

My experience they found a hornets nest under my deck and couldn't finish that day. Got rid of it the next day and they were able to complete the job on the next earliest day. Wife and I were at work that day so they just showed, knocked out the job, and left like no one was there.

Nando and his team were a pleasure to work with -- I needed my house, my deck, my gutters and a large roof-mounted solar array cleaned - not many cleaning outfits are properly trained to do solar panel cleaning, so Nando's got the gig. All were filthy and long overdue.

The bid and contracting process was easy - and communications around scheduling and confirmation of our service window was professional.

On the day of the service, a member of his team called in sick, so Nando scrambled to replace the missing member, but still arrived within the arranged service window. Our deck was a particular challenge - it is finished in a light grey stain, and pressure washing it will strip the finish, so it had to be soft washed by hand. Nando's did an excellent job, and it looks terrific. My house looks better than it has in years, and after cleaning, my solar array came back online with no issues, and output is up about 5% since the cleaning.

Nando and his entire team are personable, conscientious, and skilled at what they do. I can recommend them without reservation.

Nando and his team are great to work with. He understands and considers your personal circumstances. For example, I had to work and go to bed when he came over and he understood I couldn’t be around. I’ve lived in the Martinsburg area for 3 years now and have had to hire multiple people to do the same job over and over because the quality of work has been so poor. I have tried a number of exterior house washing companies in the past. They all claim they are the best. However, once they have finished my house, there was always something they couldn't clean.

My house is three stories in the back. On the third story we have two sets of flood lights, which attract lots of bugs and spider's.
We also had some mold in the same area. I showed these areas of concern to Nando's cleaning team.
Nando assured me that I would be happy with their exterior cleaning service. I told him to proceed with the exterior cleaning.

After Nando finished with the exterior house washing, he invited me to walk around the house to make sure everything was clean.
I started in the back, the most difficult area to clean. To my delight, around the two sets of flood lights, spotless. No bugs or spider's could be seen. The mold in the same area was completely washed away.

I walked around the whole house, everything, including the windows were clean. Nando even spray
washed my concrete patio. Never before has my house exterior been so clean.

Next year, you can be assured that Nando exterior will be back to power wash my house.

This is the second time I’ve hired Nando’s, to pressure wash the entire exterior of a home. Last time I had them pressure wash a vinyl fence and concrete pathways. They are responsive, professional, reliable and do great work. Nando communicated with me throughout the cleaning process with texts and photos of the progress since I couldn’t be on the property at the time. They are a trustworthy and competent company, and I would recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE! Still awesome. THIS!!! These folks do it the RIGHT way. The entire process from bid to payment is the best in class. Friendly, honest, quick and efficient, as you can tell I can’t say enough. I have used Nando’s for cleaning my windows inside and outside for at
least 5 years. The windows in my house are difficult to reach and there are many of them. Nando and his crew are extremely professional, competent, and friendly. They do a fantastic job cleaning my windows and treat my home with respect, making sure my wooden floors , wood trim, furniture are all unaffected by the window cleaning. This is a bargain for such a great service! They are the best!

Update! 4/24/2023 Was scheduled to have my window cleaned in two weeks. An appointment I have kept for past three years but I was just told that they increased price. I am fine with that but not a 67% price increase in one year. And when I said I would have to cancel then and thanked Nando. He just said ok.. no thank you for past several years of being a customer or explanation why cost went from $170.00 to $400.00 Very disappointed!

REVIEW UPDATE: Contacted to clean a 6-10' section that had not been cleaned or gutter guarded by mistake. They no longer do guards, which is fine, and are booked thru Jan (also understandable). But when I asked to book me for cleaning only he said 'due to covid (he's outside!) and high demand' he wanted $400 for the small front side section in the pic alone!! My initial review and pic got tons of views for them, now I regret posting due to the price gouging and treatment of repeat customers.
INITIAL REVIEW: Easy to book online, quick response and arrived on-time. Did a great job washing the north side of my house, even blowing out my hard to reach 2nd floor dryer vent. I tried to DIY but didn't have the means to reach everything. Also got my gutters cleaned out nicely and gave me a good price for installing guards in the fall! DEF using this company again and highly recommend.
