Their attention to detail is unmatched and they over-communicated with us throughout the planning/construction phases to avoid surprises in scope, schedule and budget. They were on-time to the job site and their pre-planning allowed them to hit the ground running. Their follow-up after the project was outstanding to ensure no problems popped-up afterwards. Our latest dream was the creation of our new home based on an age in place concept in preparation for our retirement. Location, design, and detail were integral features of our plan. Highline Construction, LLC was selected among four builders. We were immediately comfortable with Eli during our initial consultation and his interest was not merely commercial as he absorbed our concept and plans. David, our Project Manager, carried that personal interest forward during construction and a strong and cherished collaborative relationship resulted. Two structures were designed with intricate roof lines that required matched sight lines and elevations. They nailed it! Highline’s talented carpenters expertly turned the vaulted ceilings and intricate roof lines into a masterpiece and all of their subcontractors and material suppliers were superb to work with. Highline’s open book policy on allowances with accurate accounting supported a stress free commercial experience. Overall, it was so much fun that we were sorry when it was over. The result… Highline Construction, LLC transformed our dream into a superbly constructed and finished new home worthy of any recommendation. Now, we get to live the dream!
