Terrible customer service, from the front desk to the managers, I bought a $500 Ac, installed it on the 1sr day and it wasn’t working properly, I called on Tuesday about exchanging it and was told that it was ok to exchange it today (Wednesday) I called to let them know and they refused to take it back and the manager pretty much told me I’m SOL. I called a day after purchasing it and was told by an 2 employees the day after and on Wednesday. I needed a return code from the manufacturer in order to return it, I called Lg who informed me that it’s not the consumers responsibility, but Lowe’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer for any return codes. I tired returning this on the 1sr day and the misinformation caused me to go over the 48 hour policy. A 48 return policy on ACS SO BUYER BEWARE. I’d get if I was calling a month after the fact but I tired returning it 3 days after the purchase. I will never shop here again ever.

I bought a REFRIGERATOR Sunday it was supposed to be delivered Wednesday after 4 hours of waiting they Screwed that up Thursday was a bust also they promised EMERGENCY DELIVERY FRIDAY AFTER 10 HOURS NO JOY still waiting Saturday so far they have cost several groceries plus a 6 month supply of INSULIN DONT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU NEED IN A HURRY THIS IS THE 2ND Bad experience I've had with them

We have bought many items from here. The employees are always polite and helpful. That means a lot to me. Shelves are well stocked. If you need several of an item you can order them on-line and pick them up in store. The manager is always helpful and available and cares about his employees and customer service.

Every time I come to Lowe's I always have a problem. I need my receipts not only printed but email to me. Before I get the chance to touch the damn button someone already printed out the receipt. And then the app shows it takes days before that receipt can show up to input it, by that time I've lost the damn receipt! Contractors don't like that, because we have to account for everything!

Ordered fencing material and install in August 2024. It was installed after several delivery and contractor issues by 2025. The gate is on the wrong side of the house. You can clearly see where the old gate was because it’s still there WITH A SIDEWALK to it, but they installed the new gate on the other side of the house. Ok fine, but then you open the gate, and it doesn’t open because they installed it backwards and the latch is on the outside of the fence instead of the inside. Also the gate opens to you on the outside of the fence instead of opening inside the fence. It’s also uphill, so the dirt doesn’t allow you to open it outwardly more than 30 degrees.

I’ve spoke with Lowe’s many times and they said the gate is where it’s supposed to be according to the drawing. Who drew this? That’s not the description from my estimate appointment. It’s never been corrected. Now I’m spending another $4k to have a different contractor fix the gate side. Lowe’s must be in lawsuits constantly. I would never contract them again.

Phone experience was terrible. Asked the robot several times if they had a piece of all thread in stock with a part number i provided and the robot could not answer if they have it or not but they can deliver it . I could not get through to a person after several rings the phone just hung up. If there service doesn't improve i am afraid they will be the next big chain that dies

This Lowe's has a large outdoor gardening area. When I shopped here they had lots of clearance marked down plants. They had a very large selection of regular plants for sale. The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful.

Came here with a friend to find some vegetables and herbs as they were promoting a 4 for $10 deal. After selecting our plants, we go to the outside register and was told over $20 for the 4. After being told only select ones under the signage were considered, we let the cashier know we were going to swap them out and be back. Not 5 minutes later, the worker closed the gate and put a chain and lock so we were not able to come back and swap the ones we were advised didn't meet the sale requirements. Without a word, she never mentioned she would be closing the gate in 5 minutes or nothing to elude that it was urgent. Then an older gentleman who checked out with his wife in front of us waited upwards of 20 minutes for someone to load soil into his car once the gate was closed we were not able to make our purchase and had to leave. As I was leaving, I noticed the man still had not received help loading his soil, which was unacceptable, and he even asked the girl thru the gate, who only brushed him off, saying she had called for someone. Not offering any help herself since she was clearly closed and had nothing else to do. So I got out of my car and loaded this man's 4 large bags of soil myself and im a very small girl so there was no excuse they could have gave that man that was acceptable to have a 80 plus year old man waiting that long for 4 bags of dirt. From now on, im going back to the one in Corridor G, which I never have an issue with.

One of the displayed products was damaged, so we kindly asked if it would be possible to get another one from the back. The staff member didn’t seem very willing to assist, even though we had just purchased all the displayed items and they would need to restock the display regardless

We purchased a washer and dryer and asked for late Saturday delivery. Got a call at 8am saying they were 10 minutes away. Driver could not get the truck on the driveway and said they weren't allowed to carry them up . Rescheduled delivery for Monday morning. Took day off work to wait only to have washer arrive damaged and had to reschedule again. Contacted customer service and was assured washer would be delivered Tuesday morning. Contacted customer service again when no delivery and was informed that it would be Thursday for delivery. Excuse us always it's a third party service and Lowe's has no control. I will not be purchasing anything from Lowe's again.

The aisle are always blocked where u can't get their big carts through with ladder and forklifts and just stuff they stack up anywhere the store deliveries are never on time misty of the time not even the same day they say they week be delivered as a builder lowes has actually cost me money cause of their constant screw ups

I ordered a bag of salt for my mom. She's 80 and my step-dad is a disabled veteran. I left a note in the delivery instructions for them to deliver it to the back porch. Instead it was left at the bottom of the driveway, right by the main road. There's no way either of them could walk down the driveway and then back up with a 40 pound bag of salt. My aunt and uncle stopped by that evening to get it and it was gone. When I called the store, I was told there was nothing they could do. I called corporate and was told the same thing. No refund, no redelivery. I'm dumbfounded! There was a $15 delivery fee, which was more than the salt cost. So ridiculous. I live in another state or I could have taken care of it myself. I guess it goes to show that some stores have terrible customer service.

Edit: corporate responded to my review and said they escalated my complaint and asked me to call so they could make it right. I called and was told the same thing as before, no refund or redelivery. Although, this time, I was told to dispute the charge. I can't believe a store as large as Lowe's can't at least send another bag of salt or issue a refund??

Prompt delivery service on a Maytag washer. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his partner, he called 15 minutes ahead and arrived on the dot. It was purchased online and delivered first thing in the morning the following day.

Love Lowe's. My favorite store, isles are always clean and no clutter, plenty of varieties. Employees are never around when you need one tho. It's a scavenger hunt for them.

This store is a joke. I spend thousands of dollars there a year and contractor sales is always a mess but today was the worst. Their treated lumber was all but depleted and there was ONE guy working lumber who told me it would be at least and hour or more before he would have time to get any from outside!!!!!...So home depot was MORE than happy to except the 1,000 dollars I spent on lumber. Looks like I will be moving my business elsewhere. Seeing as how the manager at lowes was less than concerned with me getting any lumber anytime soon.

Just got home from the military was told to come in and talk to them about a job, stood there for an hour before a cashier told me just to go on line, manager wouldn’t even come out of his office to talk to me. Could be a good store but not so good with communication

Was in this Nitro location today and needed assistance in the ceilng fan department. A young man told me he would get me help and I heard the request over the sound system that a customer needed help in the ceiling fan department, I waited 12 minutes and no one came. I found what I needed and was going to check out and I saw a clerk, Bruce, and I told him I was very unhappy and why and he looked at my book and answered my question. He was happy to answer my question!!

Since I am in an organizational mood, I try to utilize my space also vertically. I have some older rolling carts that can be better used, if I added some project boards to it! ! Lowe's! They have shelving and/or project boards in lumber
Well, the length I needed was nowhere to be found... but I found Jason. I had asked him, if the project boards - after I purchase them - could be cut for me. He said yes, and went looking with me. However, he went a little further and saved me a couple of $$$. Since 2 cuts would have been needed to be made, why not just buy one long board?
And John, lumber, was already making some cuts for another customer! I was informed that if this was a precision project that they couldn't guarantee a precision cut with how the machine works. No problem, project doesn't require precision!
John went to work and measured out the board. The cuts could be considered precision work! He did an absolute great job!
Ciera at the register is also a treasure! This Lowe's is definitely added to my favorites list!!!

no one ever answers the phone had to drive here just to see if they had a part I needed. This place is weird. I asked an employee for help and asked him to send someone to help me find something. Ended up waiting like 10 minutes for someone to come and they never came. Ended up finding The item that I needed myself. Thanks Lowe's!

Your Cross Lanes West Virginia Lowe's is so wonderful. Barney my Great Pyrenees simply loves going there and getting so much love from all the employees. He brings a smile to their face, and simply adores them.

The lowes in cross lanes WV has been very helpful and kind and they actually know what they are doing seems like and able to help me I enjoy coming here we actually avoided Lowe's for a while especially the one in Oakhill and Beckley area but we really like the cross lanes one the ones in Beckley Oakhill years ago was not helpful at all and we hated Lowe's but we like this one
