I took my boyfriend‘s truck to get It will change today. They were a little backed up so it took longer than I would have liked. The woman there was very friendly and in the waiting room they provide you with snacks to keep you patient lol but when I got the truck back, there was grease all over the door handle. I was a little nervous about going back in to discuss it with him I don’t like confrontation. I decided to go back in because it is a brand new vehicle and my boyfriend works hard to pay for it. The woman’s name was Jules. She was very kind understanding and was quick to. Fix the problem. They completely detail it for free because of the inconvenience and while I was waiting, she came in to keep me updated as to why it was taking longer than I expected. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience with them today. I am very thankful that she was so kind and completely understanding and fix the issue! This woman went above and beyond. I hope they recognize her good professional manner.

Good experience yesterday at McClinton Chevrolet. Traded my 22 Tacoma for a new Silverado. Rachel Wright was my sales person. She was great to work with. Financing was easy and the finance department was fast and efficient despite having a slow internet connection at the time. It was my first experience with this dealer and so far I am pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Worst buying experience ever. My truck broke down while i was traveling so i had to stop here BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!
My salesman was nice and helpful but when we went to make the deal the sales manager came in and took over he told me all the extras were included in my price later i find out it was an extra 12000 dollars
they did not go over any numbers with me handed me a i pad to sign and gave me papers in an envelope silly me for trusting his word ive called many times with no one to ever call me back this was over 4 hours from my home so i had to take time off to go back in person and still got no help i had to remove all the extras myself and then refinance
Oh! the worst thing GM was offering 3*9% that i was not offered When i recently spoke with the GM finally after months of waiting this man told me i was a liar
i also found out the sales person who helped me was fired the day after i bought my truck
i would NEVER recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership they are crooked and will take advantage of you

Great deal. I recommend Shayne Harman if you need a new Chevy. Well my experience with the service dept has been disappointing. There is a HUGE disconnect in communication. Multiple trips trying to get repairs accomplished. I have been disappointed with most of my repair visits. Update: Well after my last visit the young man changing the oil took time to ask me about my other problems and gave me advice that has seem to solve my problems. I appreciate his interest in taking care of my issues. I believe he needs to be moved into a postion where he interacts and works with the customers. He cares!

I scheduled the appointment online, I received a confirmation email. I received a reminder email, I went to the appointment, sat in the waiting room while they provided the service. The waiting room was comfortable, Staff was friendly and didn't take an unreasonable amount of time. Getting the cars oil changed is not something I look forward to but they make it painless.

I have had a dream car buying experience thus far. Matt Lutz was my salesman and David West was the used car manager and Deanna Hilliard was the finance manager. They all did a superb job of making my purchase as smooth a process as possible. I've never purchased at McClinton before but I'll definitely do it all over again if I need another vehicle.
