Everyone is very personable. Went over car updates in detail, cost, ect beyond just an oil change & tire rotation. Discussed about leasing, purchase or trade in of vehicle, to upgrade to more efficient vehicle or an upgrade my husband. Kyle did a great job explaining different options. The sweet gal in finance was quick with numbers & price options. The lady in the service check in & check out was very kind & helpful. Lots to think about for future purchase.

Worst experience of my life. First time buying a car on my own. Car salesman verbally explained the contract. Pointed out only the payments per month. This seemed accurate at the time. Was lied to about the price. Had the salesperson went over the document completely, I would have probably realized the price was over $12k more than he verbalized. Silly me didn’t read the entire document since it was being explained to verbally, or so I thought. When I spoke to the finance person in person, he only cared about how the car was doing for me. Completely disregarding my issues and emotional distress. The sales manager listened. Explained that he would get to the bottom of things and call me the next day. Still haven’t heard from him. WORST experience I’ve ever had. Would never recommend.

As a Honda CRV owner, my location has limited dealerships. This office is 1hr and 50 mins from home, therefore the burden is on me. The others are just about the same distance. My relationships with (dealerships)have been strained due to the little things that have overlooked. Example...greasy fingerprints on door, which transfered inside and not being told the truth, when things are true....Example...you need a new battery...I have a receipt showing purchase date yesterday, you need this part and no other dealership can justify what the other said. After saying all that..this outfit has been real good in letting me know upfront pricing, time frame, clean car and most of all....The Truth

Ready to schedule appointment. Took me on time. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Suggested differential fluid replacement based on mfg recommendation. Didn’t do the tire rotation because the front tires had more tread than rear. Although ask tires were within spec they suggested new tires in the near future. Printed out some recommendations and told me they would do a price match except for Costco, Sam’s and Walmart. Put no pressure on me to get new tires. Let me know I could call and they would order the tires and would take two days to come in. Also recommended engine and cabin filter replacements but asked me if I wanted to get it done there or later somewhere else. Went ahead and had it done while there. No pressure. Very helpful. Prices very surprisingly economical for a dealership.

Got me in for an oil change the same day, which was very much appreciated. Thank you for all of your help ❤️

Going on 18 years I have been buying vehicles. Parkersburg Honda is the current owner and they have been beyond amazing since taking over ownership from Pioneer. NO CHANGES in the service area as described below. They are amazing and WILL take care of you and your car. I just traded out my lease yesterday for a great deal with Kyle Rammy and he treated me great! Even got my husband in on the action and got him into a new lease the same day! Go see him and the team!
I have been buying vehicles from Larry Simmons for over 12 years now. I just bought from them again this week under the new management of Pioneer and they did not disappoint! I am usually weary of change but they put my mind at ease and took care of me as if I were family. They are always patient with me and always do everything they can to make sure you get the best deal! Glad to see some new faces and here's to a brand new beginning!! Also, don't forget their service department which has always been great as well. Never any issues there either!
