This shop looks OK, but they clearly don't understand WV mvi regulations.. I brought my Gmc 2500 in and suprisingly they refused to take it. They informed me they didn't do modified stickers and that b/c my truck has been raised 4 inches (via blocks and keys) it requires a modified inspection. The kicker is that WV §17C-15-48 regarding modified vehicles, clearly states that modified mvi regulations do NOT apply to vehicles with a GVWR over 10k. My truck has a gvwr of 10450 which obviously is over 10k.. so what gives? My truck clearly falls into different category and only requires a regular sticker. The customer shouldn't have refer a business to the Wv regulations they're already required to know.

Great experience! I delivered up the road and stopped in on a whim to have a driveline shake looked at. The mechanics here are smart and worked hard to get the truck fixed. My truck is old and finding parts is challenging. Within 45 minutes I watched Gary disassemble the ujoint, clean the rust off the yoke and make at least 5 phone calls to get the right parts. I pulled into the parking lot at 1:45 and left before 5pm fixed without an appointment!! I Highly recommend this place.

This was one the best experiences we have ever had at a service station. Our car broke down on the road, away from our home town. They were so gracious, helpful and accommodating. They even went out and bought our kids lunch while we waited. They even made in seamless for us by helping us get the credit from the original alternator we paid for just 2 months ago. We then only had to pay for labor. Chad, Janet and Ryan among all the other staff helped make an unfortunate / unplanned event into a pleasant one. Thanks!
