It's a Home Depot, but all they sell are little sheds and parts for houses. I had to make due putting drywall and deep shag carpeting in my van.

Trying to order online from this location is an actual joke. I ordered a can of expanding foam to repair the rust holes in a truck for a job that should have taken me two hours, but instead didn’t happen because I never even received my package. I ordered it on May 1st and paid for the shipping to arrive by the 3rd. The 4th and 5th pass, no package, so I track the package; it’s still in Processing, hasn’t even been shipped out, so I contact customer service. The customer service was great and worked with me, said my package would be here by the end of the day, extra money I paid for the shipping returned within 3-5 business days, all is good. Two days later, my package is still not here, so I contact customer service again. Same process—a live associate asked for my order details and apologized for the wait, says the package will be there by the end of the day and that I’ll get a phone call when the driver is about 35min out. No call, no package. 3 days later, STILL no package, no refund on the shipping, and now they’re trying to argue with me. It’s been over a weak, and has taken three different employees for a 12oz spray bottle.

A kind young man named Junior greeted us at the door, helped us select our boards, and even put them in the car for us. I tried to give him a tip for his help, but he said no. Total sweetheart.

Extremely rude workers here! Sheryl at the customer service desk was extremely rude to us when we walked in and other customers are standing around talking and we walk up to the desk to drop off an order and she says excuse me you're cutting in front of all these people and there was no one even in line! I used to work for this company do better! Completely uncalled for with the crappy attitude!

Worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never return bought 11 pieces of lumber needed them cut. They refused to cut them until I said you used to cut them in the past and then they said fine. We will cut them then they double charged me when checking out, I told the female cashier that we had 11 boards and she proceeded to smirk at me and charge me for 22 boards. Had to go back in to get a refund and there computers where down had to 40 mins to get and refund and when I asked the cashier why she double charged me she said go to customer service! Absolutely awful service.

Phillip was so nice to cut our shiplap for us! He was knowledgeable and literally knew where everything in the store was located off the top of his head. So we turned it into a game to see if we could stump him. He is really good!
It’s been a great experience at Home Depot due to Phillip and his outstanding customer service.

I went to Home Depot on Black Friday. They had free coffee and everyone was super friendly. Got some great deals. Went to self checkout and two different people helped ring up several gift cards I needed. No one asked me about getting a credit card. The Teays Valley store always asks. There are big signs by all the checkouts that say if they do not ask I get a free soda. I asked for my free soda and was asked if I wanted a credit card. Basically, no to honoring what they advertise. Asking at self check is not hard (cashier had made a comment that it was). I see people signing up there all the time. It's not the point of a soda. I spent hundreds of dollars there. I am very concerned about a location that does not honor what they advertise. I'll be using Teays Valley from now on.

It was great! Met a fellow named Jeff and he was fantastic with helping us. I think we just about ran him ragged! Also a fellow in power tools ( didn't get his name, sorry), was a tremendous help! Between the two men, we got everything we needed for our project!

Today was the last time myself or anyone in our company will go to Homedepot until something or someone does something about their so called employees. They look at tattoos and piercings as thief’s and trouble. If it only happened once I could brush it off as someone’s having a rough day but every time they act like they are getting robbed. Today an associate (who will remain unnamed until I speak with corporate Monday) as the purchase was about to be completed comes up to my fiancée, my toddler,& myself and put her hand on our cart and was like “I didn’t see you scan everything “ well there was 4 other people cashing out at the same time as us so did she not see them also? Is she going to go up to them as rudely as she did us? I hope so. This isn’t the first time we, as in our staff and myself, have been singled out guess you could say was discriminated against in this Home Depot. But it will be the last. You can’t even pay for descent service these days. If every time a person goes thru self checkout looks suspect or whatever it is you all use to distinguish how you go about rudely interrupting someone’s day with an accusation and a wrong one at that. They are going to be done this way why have them? Make it make sense.

Great place to shop for home projects. People are so friendly and helpful to your needs. Definitely recommend going here. Seems like whenever I go to lowes they run from you instead of asking you if you need help.

Every time you ask for help you usually get one of two responses. Either, I really don't know anything because this isn't my department -OR - I've only been here for a week so I don't know anything. This is a management problem, NOT an untrained associate problem. What are you doing Home Depot? Wake UP! Ohhhhhhh maybe that's the problem. ;)

We stopped in to pick up a few items.
Talked into a very helpful young man in appliances.
We went to the kitchen cabinet design center and talked with Nancy. She was very helpful in discussing cabinet options: construction, paint & wood, and their manufacturer partners. We will make an appointment to discuss this further.
Great customer service and knowledge.

I’ll start by saying I love Home Depot. I really love the fact that they have a family restroom. Being a family of 2 dads and a little girl who is not old enough to go into the women’s bathroom alone but old enough where she shouldn’t be seeing guys standing at urinals, a family restroom is perfect for us. The problem is, you can never use the family restroom at the Southridge location because the employees seem to camp out in there. I get that everyone likes privacy but do your business and move on. Time and time again, we wait forever for it to open up only to have to give up and have her close her eyes until we can get into a stall in the men’s room. To top it off, it has always been an employee that eventually comes out. Shame on you, do better, be more considerate of those with kids or someone with a disability that may need that room.

Went to the lawn center, asked one female employee for assistance and she said she would be right with me, but she never left her station to come help. Then a male employee asked if he could help me and I asked where my item was that I was searching for, he said he would be right with me when he was done with another customer, he never came back. So I left. I searched for my things for over 20 minutes with no help. 8 months pregnant and walking in circles in 80 degree weather, I'll go to lowes from now on.

This location has multiple fern carts in lawn and garden with only 1 labeled or marked. The one that was marked said “Boston Ferns - $9.99”

We loaded 10 into our cart and went to check out but were confronted with a $25 price. Apparently only a certain cart or size was on sale and the his was specified, merchandised, or priced anywhere but on the individual product that isnt accurate to a sale price anyway.

We spoke with a cashier and bell nursey employee that explained that we had just went to the wrong cart, and that the cart we pulled from had been moved so we couldn't verify the lack of sign or shelf we got our ferns from.

We had we asked for a manager we were told by the Bell nursery employee that she has already told a manager about it(seems like she knew what what was happening already and probably shouldve had these prices on the shelves already) but that she would get a manager for us “because we dont understand”.

We understand that there is a problem with merchandising at this store. After the Bell employee was rude I left the store. I called and spoke to a manager named Josh. He said he would speak to the Bell employee but didnt offer any assistance with their pricing issues.

Clean & warm inside in the winter! Plenty of spring items out already on St Patty’s Day! Tons of nursery items in the lawn area outside. Selections for paint-appliances -tools-doors-masonry-electrical-plumbing-cabinetry-patio living space options and so much more under one roof for all your housing needs. Kind customer service and self check outs. Lots of parking. Close to eateries and shopping. Gasoline. Interstate is within 5 miles away. Check out clearance items all the time on display.

This Home Depot has some wonderful employees, and they are willing to help if you have questions or a problem happens (like lost receipt, lol) the lady at the returns desk (Heather I think?) was super nice & I can't thank her or the store manager enough for helping me! Definitely 10/10 recommend - more so than the competitor.
