All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me get the best deal, James even got me an extra $1000 off a brand new 2026 Kia Sportage. They were not pushy, and helped me to pick the best package to extend the protection on my vehicle. James even helped me get my vehicle back home as i had to drive me rental back myself. Overall a very pleasent experience in an otherwise potentially stressful process, especially for someone like me who was dealing with it all, on the day, on my own.

I purchased a 2017 Lincoln for around $20,000 from Dutch Miller Kia. Travis was my salesman. A couple of days after the purchase, I realized I hadn’t received the keyless entry code for the door. I contacted Travis, but after a week of vague responses and follow-ups — including calls from my husband — we were eventually told there was nothing they could do. I would have to schedule an appointment with a Lincoln service center myself to get the code.

You would certainly think that after giving them my business, someone would be willing to help me with something as simple as a door code. But unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

On top of that, I received a text message saying that if I left a positive review, I’d receive a free detail or a full tank of gas. After I posted the review, I was told it was just a mass text and didn’t apply to me. Eventually I was told I could take my car some where on the West Side to get it detailed but I would have to drop it off.

My experience with Dutch Miller Kia has been subpar. I would not recommend them..

Easy to get service appointment and work was done in a timely manner.
Only issue was they said I needed a new engine air filter and it was done at the previous oil change.

Looking to buy a 2013 to 2015 car, but ended up with a very good deal on a 2017 Ford Fusion. $4K under average retail. Staff was courteous, helpful, and made this a very pleasant car buying experience. Would highly recommend them .

Dutch miller you dont buy a car you by an experience and make a friend. No one else will ever see my families business. They keep going for the long haul they have a multigenerational patron...my 8y always asks to go to Dutch miller to see Ryan,joey and all the cars. Recommend them to everyone i meet....please go and see them. My wife loves her Wagoneer, its her dream. Ryan and Joey made it happen every step.

Went to get my tires re balanced at the Dutch miller dodge service dept. While waiting my girlfriend and I walked around and looked at used cars. We test drove one. I didn’t like it. Asked Lucas what the price of a new Kia was he told us. We talked for a bit. Well the balancing of my tires ended up on me buying a new Kia for my daughter. Lucas was very knowledgeable and polite. Service dep. employees are promt and friendly. Go over work with you before it's done. Work is done in a timely manner. Nice new waiting area with complimentary coffee and snacks. Our salesman Lucas answered all our questions and went over the vehicle and Zack the finance manager went over financial options and searched and got us a very good finance rate.

I was greatly pleased with the service I received at Dutch Miller Kia of Charleston. I was able to schedule my maintenance quickly. I was very pleased that everything necessary to enable my Sorento to pass inspection was performed so quickly. I was also pleased with the reasonable price for the entire service. Before I bring my Sorento in for anything the next time I'll be sure to check my messages on the internet because I missed a free inspection by one day. I've been greatly pleased with everything concerning your dealership.
