When my mom and I went here to get oil for a car I asked him for oil and he was nice the whole time we were there. Thanks, dude for the help.

We were on our way back to Wisconsin from a visit in North Carolina when our car’s battery light came on. We got off in Charleston and went directly to this Autozone, where our car completely died (thankfully in a safe spot). Damien helped us get a new battery and called our anxiety as we still had 8 hours left in our drive. He was super helpful and we are so thankful for his expertise! Thanks, Damien!!

The store manager helped me diagnose and fix my window that had fallen off the track outside in 86 degree weather. Extremely grateful for her ingenuity and helpfulness.

Husband went in for windshield washer fluid. He always likes auto zone their friendly and he can always find what he needs

Terrible customer service I took my battery there to be charged they gave me a receipt, went back to get it they acted like I was tryna steal my own battery and I had my receipt with me was told basically to leave. Lady had a bad attitude for no reason

I walked into Autozone #1139 this morning stressed because my heater in my truck wasn’t working. I was pleasantly greeted by Shannon who I later found out was the store manager. Her smile was really pleasant and bright which took some of the edge off of my poor attitude. After I told her what was needed I she began asking me a series of questions which helped me to immediately get my heater working. Of course, my day immediately became brighter as my issue was temporarily solved. Shannon went on to diagnose my issue and give me the price that I would need in the future if this issue popped up again.

I learned today how a simple smile can lead to a positive outcome. Good customer service is alive and well at the Charleston, WV Autozone #1139!!!! Thank you Manager Shannon!!!!

If i could give this store 10 stars i would. Manager Shannon and the Assistant Manager are amazing. The ladys at this store are very knowledgable and care about their customers. We had no clue what was wrong with the vehicle. They ran a check on it and it threw all kind of codes. They did everything in their power to help us try to figure out what was wrong with the car. Shannon was suppose to get off work at 4 but stayed to make sure if we got it running. after 12 hours of working on it my fiance couldnt get it figured out. Shannon called her husband an he came to help. They took us to a hotel and picked us up the next day and her husband worked on the car for us and got it running for us. Shannon and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we got back on the road. Very thankful for them. The assistant manager was amazing and very helpful as well.

Austin went above and beyond to help us with a bad battery. We were heading back home from a day trip and had problems with the car battery. He was kind and super helpful. If your ever in the area, go see him!

2022-Had to get a new battery suddenly, and I definitely wasn't expecting that expense ($200). That being said, the gentleman who sold it to me also installed it and cleaned the connector where the old battery had caused some build-up. He was very nice and as quick as he could be given the circumstances.

2024 Update: I had to return because the battery went bad, but the awesome lady mechanic fixed it right up! Yay for girl power!!!

2025: had to replace the brake system and was able to be in and out with the required equipment in just a few minutes. The 2 gentleman were very helpful and offered to carry the items to the car (I definitely underestimated how heavy rotors were).

Place was great. Customer service was superb. Helped by the only female in there and she knew her stuff and helped me with everything!!!

I like going there the people are friendly and the store is nice and clean and you can ask somebody about a part and they know what you're talking about so they're very knowledgeable.

I was traveling out of state and having car issues. Dealership wasn’t able to look at my car. Stopped at auto zone and the female ( manager I think). Went above and beyond to assist me. You need more employees like her.

Austin Montgomery gave the best customer service I’ve had ever experienced at any AutoZone in my life I mean he went above and beyond he was so patient so helpful so polite I appreciate my experience there today with Austin thank you!! I even offered him a tip he said no thank you ! doesn’t get no better than that.
