I would never recommend anyone I care about deal with them. I bought my car from them in 2022 and it was a week long nightmare bc they could not keep sales reps in office and the ones they did were no help. Then the garage didnt tighten my tire and it almost fell off on the interstate, to which no one cared once again. Fast forward to having issues with the car I bought from them and they give the same shady runaround with employees that could not care less. I wouldnt get another car from them if they gave it to me for free because they DO NOT care about safety or their customers. Disgusting business

cody was the best salesman me and my family have ever had. we were having a lot of trouble finding my moms dream car which was a cacti green trax 2025 and as soon as we asked cody what we were looking for he found it in under an hour. he even drove all the way to ohio to drive it back to us. we even was able to finalize the sale in just a few days. i will definitely recommend jo holland and cody ray to everyone i know.

This is my fourth car I have bought from Joe Holland. They never try to “wheel and deal” with you. They are always straight forward on the pricing. My only complaint is the financial department. I felt the gentleman in charge of that aspect was condescending.

Regarding Service Costs: Need an EGR Cooler replacement for my 2018 Cruze. They are charging $800 for the part when I can find online OEM for $400. They wont allow me to buy it myself and bring it in. They also want to charge about $700 for 4 hours of labor. Ridiculous. I have been a loyal customer for years...actively looking for other options.

I came in to get my air conditioner fixed under my warranty. Apparently something had hit it and messed it up. Not able to fix it without over 1,000 dollars. So needless to say I drove over and hour, set for 3 hours then had over an hour drive back for NOTHING////Now after 2 years you offer to help me? Little too late for that!!!!!
