I was so impressed with Safelite and especially how quickly we were able to get an appointment! Miguel the technician was great, and did such a good job! I would highly recommend Safelite!!!

Their repair service is fine, but you can only call a corporate answering machine that tells you to make a reservation on-line. You cannot talk to a real person. And, in making an on-line reservation for a repair it is current three weeks out! So if your windshield is unsafe to drive with, you cannot get it repaired for three weeks? I could go someplace else (and I would) except it is the only place my auto insurance uses.

They sent a tech to my house with the wrong glass. And he said can I just cut off your rain sensor and install this class? I stated no and that I would like the other glass. They said they could do it. That there's an additional $240 for rain sensor which is ridiculous.Cause I was quoted in town for way cheaper.Than five hundred and fifteen dollars I will never ever ever tell anyone about safe lite Safelite does not repair and they do not replace they are ridiculous. Shut this company down, don't use them.

Wasted a lot of my time. On June 13 I got a quote online and made an appointment for mobile windshield replacement on June 24. On the day of the appointment, I got a call saying that they didn't have the windshield in stock and they have to reschedule. After they got the windshield, a new appointment was scheduled for July 9. Around 2pm on July 9 I got a call from the tech saying he would probably be there around 5 or 5:30pm. Around 5:30 I got another call from the tech saying he didn't have the clips that he needed for my car and could we reschedule for first thing in the morning on July 11, so I agreed to that. On July 11, I got a call in the morning saying that someone didn't show up so they were short-staffed and could they come pick my car up, take it to their shop, and then drop it off when it was done. I didn't want a random person driving my car across town so I said I could drop it off even though I had to leave work and this wasn't convenient. I told the Safelite employee I would be there in about 20 minutes to drop the car off. Also, when I received an email confirmation of the new appointment, the price was $76 higher than my original quote. I brought this up on the phone and the employee said that we could look at it and get it fixed when I was there. When I got to the Safelite shop, there was no one in the lobby and I waited for about 10 minutes until the person I spoke with on the phone finally came back. I brought up the price difference and was told that some clips were not included in the original price quote and so the charge would be around $25 higher, but they couldn't even tell me what the exact cost would be. After they canceled on me 3 times, had me leave work to drive across town, and refused to give me the price I was quoted, I decided to have the windshield replaced somewhere else.

I cannot recommend this Safelite store for any work. I dropped my vehicle off for a SCHEDULED appointment and 7.5 hours later walked to the shop and had to get my key from the staff because the staff didn't feel it necessary to repair care of a broken windshield that I needed to be done. I have been doing business in this place for 14 years. Never again. I assume that service will be provided when I receive a phone call and a text to ensure that I will be at the appointment 30 minutes before my windshield is scheduled to be replaced. Why make me schedule if its first come first serve? If I have an appointment, then the staff should be getting to work on the repair at that time or close to it.

We have used Safelite for both of our cars now. Setting up an appointment online was easy and quick and it was so convenient to not have to take my toddler to a shop to have our windshields fixed. I could stay home and the technicians come to us. They also worked with our insurance for us, which was one less thing I had to worry about. I am impressed with the professionalism of the technicians and we will continue to use Safelite for our future windshield needs.

So many incompetent staff. Originally booked a self pay appointment and was told I can switch it to insurance after. I had to speak with 4 people over the phone in order to make the switch. One said I just couldn’t keep my original appointment bc it was booked differently even though the glass for my windshield was already there waiting to be installed and the time slot was saved for me. Ridiculous. Then we get there and they still try to charge us the full amount saying we owe $1100 even though they can also see our deductible is only $500. What a disaster. Then someone randomly steps in and says it’s fine, I see your deductible is $500. Spent several HOURS only the phone and 45 minutes in person before my car is finally getting its windshield replaced. This should not be so difficult. Staff needs better trained on making and changing appointments.

Arrived a little early for the appointment ( perfect) was very friendly and professional, explained the process to my complete understanding. Looks great all the electronics work as before. Apprised me of all the calibrations I had no questions about the process and finished installation.

How often do you look at your wiper blades when the weather is good? We found out that it is over 10 days for my wife’s car. After an 8 hour, in the safelite shop window replacement, we discovered (10 days later) that the job wasn’t finished. The need for wipers arose but oddly enough there were not any! Odd for sure and after some pondering all roads indicated the windshield replacement was the probable reason. I’m really disappointed that for an entire week and a half that our wipers were on a counter at a safelite shop and no one contacted us to let us know that something as variably important as wipers was forgotten. When we did contact , they did offer to finish the job if we could bring it to them again, no at home service was offered or any special accommodations to correct THEIR problem!

The scheduling was easy, with an at-home option for my fairly rural area. They provided text and phone follow-up to let me know when the tech was showing up during the windows. They also did all the dealing with the insurance company, so I just needed to pay my deductible. The tech (Nik) was very professional and detail oriented, down to making sure the windshield was completely clean and free of smudges from the installation. This was my first, trial, experience using Safelite, and I was completely satisfied. I have another car with a cracked windshield, and I'll definitely be using them again.

Safe lite was contacted by my insurance company when I received three chips in my windshield from a passing truck. They were extremely efficient in setting the appointment and it was a trouble-free experience. Technician was personable and explained everything. The work did not take long and the chips are gone. Just looking you’d never guess there had been a problem. I highly recommend this company.

Staff is friendly, fast, and professional. Was in and out of the shop in less than hour for a complete windshield replacement. I was a previous Safelite customer at this location and Ill be taking another vehicle for a full windshield and calibration appointment.

Called and scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. I am two hours away. Drove into town and received a call before appointment saying they could not find order, so sorry. Drove home for two hours. Had multiple interactions checking to make sure I was coming and everything was going to be great. What business is so shoddy they don’t check and manage inventory well before customer comes in? Called me one hour ahead of time. I had already made the drive. Find someplace else in town to get your auto glass.

The crew at Safelite out of glass in Idaho Falls did an exceptional job. Candice was so friendly and welcoming. This is the third windshield I've had them do and they always do such good work. My only downfall was I wish that I did not receive text messages or emails everyday after the service and this is nothing against the crew but their corporate needs to get a grip on that. People have lives and stresses throughout their day and they don't need to deal with that.

The staff and service here are excellent—very communicative, understanding and helpful! I had a challenging experience with a windshield replacement, but it was only because I chose an all-day dropoff appointment without finding somebody who could give me a ride home. Quite a few others needed new windshields and recalibration that day, so knowing when my car would be worked on was a mystery. But I don't fault anyone for that. Just the way she goes. I'm happy with my new window :)

Love the speed of service and professionalism and courteousness of staff. Great customer experience! Extra special thanks to technician Brennan for finding a much better appointment time than the one I scheduled, and then getting me in and out in time for another appointment I had. This is third repair and second vehicle and we will continue to use Safelite in the future!

The staff in the store and very helpful, however, I would not recommend their mobile services.

They ordered me the wrong windshield glass and delayed my appointment by more than a week. However the staff members that are working inside the store and the technicians that are at the store are very good.

Jake was a total professional and had a great attitude. Easy and pleasant to talk with, and he had my mustang done in about an hour. The whole staff was great. I had to change my appointment twice and they were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be using them again if I need auto glass replacement.

DONT go to Safelight!! We had a chip repaired and 2 days later the chip spread into a 2 inch crack. I called and was told there was nothing they could do, we'd have to get a new windshield. We thought we were getting the chip repaired so we wouldnt have to get a new windshield!! No guarantees, no follow up repair, nothing. Not happy with Safelight at all!!

Horrible experience. Took my truck in to get the windshield replaced. A tech took the pinch weld off and then told me it was to rusty and he couldn’t fix it. He didn’t put the pinch weld back on or replace it or do anything at all just said sorry I can’t help you or touch it. Now I’m left with no pinch weld it’s super loud driving down the road and looks horrible. They won’t help you at all 100% wouldn’t recommend them way to corporate and by the book find someone local that will get you taken care off.

I got to be honest I expect better. First off I had to make a reschedule after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. Then when I came in on the rescheduled day they were a man short so I once again rescheduled for that week’s Saturday at 7:00am. Got there and waited three hours. When I returned to check up on things my car was sitting out in the lot and I was told that due to some calibration issues I would have to wait and that they were working on a car ahead of mine. Mind you I was in the store when it had opened and the time was now 9:40am and my car was sitting off to the side because they couldn’t figure out the sensor issue. So I left once again. After some time around 11:00am they finally finished it. I showed up paid way too much for it. Then when I walked out to my car the hood was still unlatched from when they opened it from doing work on the interior. If I hadn’t noticed it and closed it properly it could have flown up when I drove on the highway right afterwards. I expect better from y’all this is not what I wanted from you guys.

Absolutely abysmal service. I need to get my windshield repaired right away as I was about to start a road trip and the chip was directly in the middle of the glass. There was no availability at my local shop in the near future. I needed to find a shop in the area that could support a repair Today. I called the service line and it literally routed me through the same menu options 10 different times. Calling the service line does not result in you connecting with a real person. I would love to use Safelite to repair my windshield, but I will go find a local repair shop that actually has a person that I can talk to to get my windshield fixed. A safe flight if you’re going to try and use voice automation when you call the phone number at least have somewhat of a reasonable AI. The one I spoke to was not even close to understanding what I needed.

Spending hard earned money on things like a chipped-turned-into-giant-crack windshield down right blows and frankly, at my age, I think I'd rather get stuck upside down on a ferris-wheel at a low budget fair with a shady ride operator than forking over a few hundred bucks because I thought I was doing a good thing by choosing a higher deductible with my car insurance agent. Well, at least I faithfully get a birthday card from a guy I've never met who claims to have my family in his good hands but I digress. If I'm being honest, the folks at Safelite were so professional and kind, I could've sprung for new windshields for everyone in the joint. Place was clean, not that it matters much when we're talking about a garage, but I like a well maintained restroom if I'm required to sit and wait. Well, I didn't sit and wait but my kids usually have to experience every toilet they pass for some reason and they remarked that it was clean just like we keep ours at home. The only negative was my kids weren't strong enough to open the door to exit the restroom and are still in therapy successfully dealing with the few seconds of trauma they experienced. Did I mention it was clean though? I recommend a professional doorman to open the door for all people, strong or weak, who can dispense breath mints and spritz cologne. You know, you can tell a lot about a place by how they keep the most personal room in the building! I've digressed again- sorry, it's a gift. We immediately felt welcome and in order to save my appointment, they had to find a windshield somewhere else since there was a shipping snafu. Rather than inconvenience me they absorbed the problem and gave me an upgraded product. Imagine that! Old school, good business, likeable experience, professional people, who also referred a pretty good Chinese restaurant nearby, which maybe I'll write a review after I spend a little quality time in my own glorious restroom.

I had my car detailed on the inside about a week ago. I had my window replaced this last Monday and the technician that replaced my windshield left dirt and grime on the dash and everything inside. If this is the kind job they do I would be careful about having them come to your place. I am not impressed at all and would not recommend them at all.
