Very professional and completely thorough. Went above our expectations and gave helpful recommendations to improve areas. Very pleasant to discuss issues and explain findings positive and the few that needed attention. I highly to recommend them. We asked for a test which would have been extra and cost us more but being honest and a reputable company they told us the test wasn’t needed unless we still wanted it which they would do it. Very honest as well as dependable. Awesome presentation with a top notch binder with results and pictures and recommendations for future explanations and information. I give them a A+ They are what you pay for and more. Well worth the money.

We live over 300 miles from the home we are purchasing. Our realter attended the inspection for us. We then were able to speak to one of the inspectors that evening. I’ve worked for realtors as their assistant for a long time. I have seen thousands of home inspection reports. When I moved to east Idaho I wasn’t sure who to use for my home purchase since I was new here but I knew pillar to post to have a a good name for themselves. They said nothing significant came up on my home. A few minor things here and there. Great, I was so excited!! Fast forward 3-6 months and I’m seeing soo many things that were missed that I’ve seen in soo many other inspections. Now that I’ve lived in my house for 5 years and done many home improvement projects I CANNOT BELIEVE the level of laziness and things that were missed. My poor husband has had to correct sooo many things that should’ve been caught on the report. I’m
Now a licensed Realtor and have worked with other companies in this area and I am so sad I selected this one for myself but I didn’t know any better. This biggest and scariest thing we uncovered is the deck on our house was so improperly attached and completed I am so lucky my family literally didn’t fall through it! It wasn’t attached correctly, didn’t have proper posts in the ground, rotting wood was attached to newer wood to try and “hold it together” it’s so obvious it’s here guys didn’t even look at it! I’m so mad because I have two small children who play on it all the time and I just think what could’ve happened if we didn’t catch this ourselves. Now we have to spend $$$$$ to get this fixed properly.

Poor quality inspections. They somehow managed to miss every single major problem with our house. They found all the minor ones though… Chimney needs to be reflashed and sealed. There is obvious water damage around where the chimney meets the roof. There is massive gaps in the crown. Multiple electrical outlets have shorts and have fried anything plugged into them. The hvac system doesn’t properly heat the house. The master bathroom toilet makes an extremely loud squealing sound when flushed. So far we’ve had to have plumbers, electricians, chimney and masonry people, and roofers out to the house. For an house that has no “major” issues with it. HA. And the list goes on. If you want someone who does a lousy job, look no further.

Jake Barry was very prompt and professional in all aspects. He video conferenced with me since I was out of state and not physically present for the inspection report. My daughter was present and he treated her with respect and thoroughly explained his findings to us. I would definitely recommend he and his company for your inspection needs. Very honest and accommodating even when a different termite inspector showed up unbeknownst to us and performed the termite inspection portion. They refunded the fee for that inspection willingly and immediately. Thank you!
